Darkness
Endless, silent
Darkness
This is where he was bound
This was where he was to serve his punishment.
Held down by invisible chains that ceased movement
He sat
Dark blue eyes narrowed looking through wild brown bangs into the
Familiar darkness to where he was confined
He waited
But he had been waiting too long; he was growing tired of the darkness
Tired of the silence
He needed to be free
"Release me"
He needed pain
Other's pain
He needed to hear screams of anguish and agony
"Release me"
He needed blood
The sweet red liquid from which life was given
"RELEASE ME!"
Slowly the boy began to pull at his chains, his strength being fueled by the need to get out, he pulled and pulled and finally felt one of his chains snap.
looking up the boy smiled and pulled at the rest of his chains until they all broke with the same sickening snap
he was finally free…
Standing up with the same insane smile the boy looked into the murkiness of his prison and laughed.
" I'm coming back…"
