Chapter 2
Kenji's Lullaby
After that fateful day of Miruku, our mom dying Kenji had taken me home and had put me in my crib. I kept crying and crying "Shhh, sis…its okay don't cry" He picked me up again and cradled me in his arms and tightly hugged me to calm me. He starts to hum a song so softly it soothed my crying. Then he starts to sing beautiful words:
Hush, baby girl
There's nothing to fear
I am here we can go free now
If you cry I'll wipe your tears
Hush, baby don't say a word
I am going to protect you from this evil world
Hush, baby don't be scared
I'm here for you…
Don't cry. I'm here for you now.
Don't run, you've got nothing to fear.
Don't hide; I've saved you from your tears.
He put me down into bed again and kissed me on the cheek for a goodnight kiss. Later that night he came into my room and had put a dagger under my pillow for self defense when in trouble. He left. A year past still no sign of him. Depression to the max, I didn't know loneliness could be so painful. One Christmas Eve, still no sign of Kenji. I felt an overwhelming darkness present. I saw a satanic pentagram appear on my wall and it glew dark blue, fire, and black. My symbol colors. I heard a voice that called to me "Come Home" then I knew I was Princess Resureyu…daughter of Zapru (Satan). I took the dagger under my pillow and slashed each wrist and died in a pool of blood. The next morning was Christmas; Kenji came…but, was too late. "Sis! Sis! I am home at last! Come ands see your ol' older bro!" he cried happily. I didn't reply "Sis?" he called…there he opened my door his jaw dropped. "SIS???" he rushed over to me
"Why sis? Why did you kill yourself?" The last thing I heard from him was his lullaby.
