Chapter 2: Yumi…

Normal POV

"Today is going great! Yumi is as beautiful as ever, Odd's jokes are actually funny, and I got a B in Physics! Even Sissi isn't being a bitch! Today is the perfect day to ask Yumi out!" Ulrich thought. Suddenly, Yumi came into Ulrich's view.

"Hi Ulrich. How are you? ," Yumi asked.

"Hello Yumi. I'm fine, how are you?"

"I'm good."

"Great," said Ulrich, " Would you like to go on a picnic with me today?"

"Sounds great! ," exclaimed Yumi, "What time?"

"Um, like, uh, 5 o'clock? ," asked Ulrich.

"Sure, see you then," said Yumi as she waved goodbye.

Later, at the picnic

"Mmmm, the food is great Ulrich! ," said Yumi happily as she bit the end off of a baguette.

"Thanks, I spent four and a half euros on that baguette! ," exclaimed Ulrich. Yumi giggled, then looked suddenly calm.

"You didn't have to spend that much on me, Ulrich."

"No, no, Yumi. It's okay, really." Their faces were now moving closer and closer towards each other.

"Yumi?"

"Yes Ulrich? ," Yumi said through slightly labored breaths.

"Do you think we could go out together again? ," Ulrich asked, still leaning towards Yumi.

"Sure, Ulrich. But could you do one thing, for me?"

"Yes, of course. I'll do anything for you."

"Kiss me, now."

" 'Kay." They leaned in closer as their soft lips met. Ulrich parted Yumi's lips slightly as he slowly slipped his tounge into her mouth. Yumi could feel Ulrich's tounge caressing hers. "This is so wonderful!" Yumi thought.

As they slowly leaned away from each other, Yumi whispered, "That was nice, Ulrich. Well, I guess I'll see you later. It's getting late and I have to be home by 7:30. It's 7 o'clock right now," Yumi said as she glanced at the watch on her small, pale wrist, "Call me later and we can… talk," Yumi said with a wink.

" 'Kay, talk to you later, Yumi," said Ulrich, "Bye."

" Bye," Yumi said as she waved goodbye.
