Chapter 1

The First Attacks

Disclaimer: sighs Okay, you guys should already know this by now, but I do not Own Harry Potter (Or else why would I be writing Fan fiction when I could be making millions writing real stories). I'm just borrowing JK's Characters.

"Get up" Aunt Petunia screamed from outside the door banging on it "get up this instant".

The Dursley's had been fairly decent to him over the past month, since half the order had confronted them at King's Cross station.

"Hurry up" She screamed, kicking the door, and storming away.

"No doubt she wants me to weed the flowers…again" Harry thought. Even though the Dursley's weren't torturing him, It didn't mean that any chance they had, that they wouldn't make him work, or do chores.

Harry got up out of bed, and trudged over to the very small dresser that the Dursley's had left in his room. He pulled out a white t-shirt, and pulled it over his head. He walked out of the room, and into the kitchen.

"Boy" Petunia spat "Go vacuum the floor in the living room, we're having guests today".

Harry wondered who they were having over, but he doubted that it would be anyone that he would be interested in. He walked over to the closet with the vacuum in it, and pulled it open, and then got the vacuum out.

When he was finished vacuuming the floor, he sat on the couch, and watched the TV channel that his Uncle had put on. The news anchor was reporting a current story. It was about a spree of arson attacks on houses all over London.

"I wonder if Dumbledore knows about these" Harry thought It could be the death eaters trying to instill fear back on the wizarding world, by attacking muggle houses".

He thought for a moment about the prophecy, and how he was ever going to kill Voldemort.

"I just don't have the experience that he does" Harry thought "There's no way that I could ever kill him".

Harry came to a conclusion in that moment of time.

"I'm going to have to train my hardest, so that more innocent lives aren't taken by Voldemort" he thought "I'll also have to have the DA train more this year, if Dumbledore will let me. Even though they may not be able to defeat Voldemort, they could be useful if I ever need any people to help me in a battle".
