A ribbon in my hair
You know I am thinking
It gets in my eyes you see
My hair dose
Weather I am trying to save my skipping stone
Or trying to save my sister from a bird cage hanging from a tower
I'm thinking of a way to make life better
But though I have tried
One invention has always let me down
My grappling hook prevailed
My lock pick worked like a charm
And though eating peppermints caused swelling and itching
It got us out of a tight spot
My brother has it in him
And though he hardly tries
His chewed up gum wad did the trick
For saving someone's life
The clapping shoes kept crabs away
Welding sticks would have melted bars
I got the flying machine off the ground
And who would have thought
My hair ribbon and some paper clips
Could convince a man they were keys
I got the coaster car rolling
And made shoes to climb the falls
But through all of my success
Count Olaf got away
Every time
