-BARTIMAEUS TRILOGY- A cute fluffy moment that I think might have happened between Kitty and Jakob. Written like a poem.

AN: This was hard to do! Some things here are not meant to be taken literally, they are there to serve poetic justice and so forth. Kitty and Jakob are supposed to be around five or six at this point, maybe in one of their front yards. I'm not sure how likely it is that it could have happened, but people change as they age, and I thought it was cute.
Feh. I just no I'm gonna get my guts ripped out for this, but I really don't care!

She stared at the stars
From her place on the ground
Watching Venus and Mars
As she made not a sound
She was waiting for him
But he had yet to show
As the lights had grown dim;
The new moon doesn't glow
A cool breeze came by
Finally he was there
A glimmer in his eye
And long curly black hair
He sat down beside her
And caught her dark gaze
And silent they were
His eyes seemed to glaze
She looked away
And glanced back at the sky
He decided to stay
And she didn't ask why
So minutes had passed
And theywaited quitewell
But awakeness fades fast
And her little head fell
Onto his shoulder
Not making a peep
Suddenly he felt older;
He just let her sleep
