Chapter 8
Eren:
Right now I'm at Paradis with my first queen Historia, Mikasa isn't by my side because of the things in Hizuru. The three of us have been working together with the alliance of the two nations, and fortunately, none of the other nations know that we are the rulers, and we intend to stay that way.
Mikasa and I also try to persuade the nations, but because of Marley's constant war against the outer nations and the fact that they keep using pure Titans to create giant destruction, it only makes the nations grow more hatred against us Eldians, and that is not going to help Paradis... with all of the population consisting of Eldians.
"Eren... are you alright?" Historia sits by my side as she is worried about me. I squeeze her hand and say, "I'm just stressed... if Marley continues to hold the Titans, we are definitely not going to have our peace with the other nations. Eventually... they are going to fight against us and Paradis will be destroyed... this is what I'm concerned about."
"You're right... Marley wants to stay as the global power by using our Titans..." Historia says to me. "And that's why we have been preparing for the time when we finally get to declare the war on Marley, right?"
"Paradis won't be able to win against Marley alone, that's why we need Hizuru's help." I say. "For 2000 years, Marley has been an enemy of us Eldia. But no matter how many times we defeat them, they will always find a chance to rise again. And eventually, the Coward King decides to give Marley the win and then leave here, causing our misery."
Historia frowns and says, "This time we're going to conquer Marley no matter what. We can worry about the other nations, but Marley is our biggest threat. I heard that you have been discussing this with Hange and the others about the plan. How did it go?"
I sigh as I remember the planning back in the day.
(Flashback)
"And that covers up all of my plan." I say. And in the meeting, Hange, Levi, Armin, Annie, and Floch are the ones listening to the plan. "Does anyone have any questions?"
"Never thought you would think up such a plan like this." Levi mutters. "However, doing so is also such a huge gamble."
"And I don't think it is wise to have you spy on the military alone because you're the King of two nations." Armin says. "I know it is for taking the rest of the Titan power... but still..."
"So you want a person to keep me company..." I say. "Very well, as for the Liberio, what are your opinions?"
"If the gamble works, Marley will only lose their soldiers, and both innocents and children will be safe?" Annie asks.
"The ideal way is that it will be just like the coup that we had 3 months ago." I say. "And you're important in this mission, Armin, Annie, because the two of you are Titans. And Marley will still have the War Hammer Titan with you. You two are the only hope to buy it some time so I could take the power of the War Hammer Titan."
Hange says, "I have to agree... if they're not going to fight back, then it will be better. So when are we going to leave for Marley?"
"The day before the forum for the "Association to Protect the Subjects of Ymir." And I will also go to Hizuru and Mikasa and I will also talk about the plan there."
The others nod as they can hope the plan will work.
(Flashback Ends)
"Eren... do you really think that it will be that easy?" Historia asks me with concern.
"That is the ideal way... however, there is going to be blood, because there have to be rebels. And this plan is the only way that we can destroy Marley and also take the rest of the Titans back with us." I say. "And tomorrow, I'm going to Hizuru and talk about the plan with them."
Historia nods at me and she asks, "What would you think... about me having a child?"
I stare at her with my face becoming red, and I say, "Is this because of Zeke's plan? Or do you really want to?"
"Of course, I really want to." Historia says to me. "I know it sounds selfish to me, but I want to become a loving mother for my child... my mother never loved me and I don't want my child to become like that."
"I see..." I sigh as we share a kiss, and then that night, we are now united as one as we all give in to our own selfish desires. Our clothes are scattered on the ground, and the moans from the queen are really attractive. Eventually, both of us are now lying together as we cuddle until the next day.
The next day, I was about to board the ship, and Historia decides to come with me for a farewell. She says, "The next time we've met is on Liberio, right?"
"I'm sorry that it is going to be a long time for you." I say. Historia is also coming to Liberio with the rest of the people, she is not going to take part in the battle herself because of her pregnancy, but she has to be there when Marley surrenders, or so I hope.
"It is necessary. And we're going to destroy Marley and take back what belongs to us." Historia says to me.
Armin says, "And please say hi to Mikasa for me, Eren."
"I will." I smile as I walk onto the ship and takes off. Once I arrive at the Hizuru territory, I see three of my friends waiting for me.
"General Hideyoshi, Sergent Masumi, Colonel Takeshi." I greet the three people.
"Your highness. The queen is waiting for you." Hideyoshi says to me.
After I manage to meet Mikasa, we share a kiss before I gather all of the important figures to talk about the plan.
"Since the queen and I are going to infiltrate the Marley Military when the time is right, we will need your assistance." I say as I show them the rest of the plan. After talking for a while, Takeshi asks, "Your Highness. Are you sure that you're willing to risk putting both Eldia and Hizuru in danger by doing such a thing?"
"Like my old commander used to say, this is a huge gamble that we must take. The problem with the Eldians and the other races currently is not because of the ancient history, but because of our ability to turn into Titans. Marley uses this goal not only to try to become a global superpower but also to dump all the faults on Eldians like us." I say.
"Marley needs to be stopped, and we also need to play smart. That's why I approve of this plan." Mikasa says.
"I also agree." Masumi says. "Thanks to Marley constantly declaring war, a lot of our merchants were unable to do trade with other nations. They need to be stopped."
Everyone also agrees as the plan goes smoothly. That night, Eren and Mikasa are now in the same bed, Mikasa says, "So we're going to meet up with the others at Kiyomi's estate in Marley?"
"Yes, and after that, we're going to infiltrate the Marley Military. Since I'm the Founding Titan, at the moment the war ends, I will inform Commander Hange to start the infiltration." I say.
Mikasa nods as she snuggles at my chest, I smile as I am really lucky to have two queens loving me like this... Unlike Historia, I can't risk making Mikasa pregnant right now because she is going to help me if the plan is going to succeed.
A few months later, we manage to get to Marley, and we also learned what happened to Armin and the others about the blood tests.
"I see... so that happened to you? It is true that as blood testing technology has improved, the issue has arisen of subjects of Ymir who have escaped Interment being discovered around the world. At the height of the Eldian Empire, it was considered around the world to be proof of one's high-born status to have a subject of Ymir in one's bloodline. Everyone doesn't say anything as they frown, Armin says, "Still... if we abandon the path of peace... we will have no choice but to use the Rumbling to protect Paradis and Hizuru at the same time..."
"Yes... and we're here in order to avoid that future. Our hopes are riding on this "Association to protect the subjects of Ymir" appearing at the International forum being held tomorrow." Hange says. "We still don't know their beliefs, but we'll need to watch carefully from a distance for now. If it does look like we could cooperate with them, only then...
"You will declare that the island of Paradis seeks peace." Kiyomi finishes. "It goes without saying that the Azumabito Clan, ruler of Hizuru, too would like to help bring about this peace, but just how realistic do you believe this plan to be?"
"We understand how difficult it is. And how dangerous. But that being said, we still have no choice but to give our best efforts here." Hange says.
"Very well." I say. "However, all I can tell you is that don't get your hopes high. Not everything will go just as we wanted."
"Our king is right about that." Takeshi says. "We have to be more careful."
General Hideyoshi, Sergent Masumi, and Colonel Takeshi are our first friends in the Hizuru nation, the three of them have been very supportive of us. Masumi is an Eldian, and because of it, she has a harsh childhood. While Hideyoshi and Takeshi are from wealthy families of Hizuru, and they help us with persuading the other nobles and shoguns about the two of us. Hideyoshi will also help me with some decisions, kinda like Premier Zachary.
The next day, we were at the palace as we listen to the speech.
"We seek aid for the displaced subjects of Ymir scattered across the nations! These refugees were never once Eldians, nor do they have anything to do with the dangerous ideologies of the Eldian Empire. They are nothing more than victims who deserve compassion, forced by the Eldian Empire into creating offspring! It is only the devils of that island who deserve our hatred, now as ever! The devils who escaped to that island a hundred years ago are the ones we must abhor! Our enemies are the devils of the island!"
After the meeting's over, we all gather at Kiyomi's estate. Annie says, "So you hear what they're saying, what are you going to do then?"
"It seems like peace talks ended just like what Eren has predicted..." Armin frowns. "Damn it..."
"We will just go with our original plan. We will take back the Titans and get rid of the Marley government." I say. "We are not going to let them do this declaration of war and destroy Paradis."
After that, Mikasa and I decide to leave and sneak into the Marley Military while the others are heading back to Paradis as they are preparing their forces.
