Harry could feel himself floating, air pushing itself away from him. He strained open his eyes, trying to remember, trying to figure out what was happening to him. A crash, bright lights… Why couldn't he remember? It felt as if he'd been floating for miles, and the experience was completely new to him. His eyes wouldn't open, and yet he still struggled to lift his lids. A bright light burned against his still closed eyes. Harry could still feel the air swooshing beneath him, but somehow it seemed to get denser. He was moving even faster than before. A bright light, a crash, Harry pictured images flashing though his mind. A stuck stop light, a fire hydrant, people- lots of people sitting outside a coffee shop. Harry could see his fingers tapping on a steering wheel. Come on, he could even feel the impatience. Another glimpse, Ginny was laughing next to him. Another glance at the people, the stop light was still emitting a steady red, glaring light. BAM! Harry felt his head crash into the steering wheel; he caught a glimpse of the shattered windshield. He saw a car's crumpled front, from a top view, the front crashed into the fire hydrant. Water, water was everywhere. He saw the stop light again. What had happened?
Harry could feel himself loosing conscience fast, the air moving so quickly now that he could barely draw in the scarcest breath. Suddenly, the blinding light which had pierced through his eyelids seemed to dim, as Harry withdrew his final breath.
