First TT fanfic! Please be nice. I don't own the Teen Titans!
White Roses
One-shot
It was a boring day at the tower. There were no villains threatening the city, not one. The Titans layed around the house doing there own business. All except two. While Beastboy ate his tofu, Cyborg beast his latest game, and Raven sat reading her book, they never noticed a thing.
Robin was in his room looking up old newspaper clippings of villains that weren't wanted at the moment. He didn't really think them a threat, just wanted to make sure they'd stay that way.
"Robin?" There was a soft knock on the door.
"Ya Starfire?" He replied, knowing exactly who it was.
"I am wondering if you would care to join me for the conversation of talk?"
The door suddenly slid open, "Why not? I guess my work could wait…" Robin lied, anything could wait for her.
Starfire blushed and they silently walked to the only place in the tower they had to themselves.
The wind rustled outside as clouds formed in the sky. It was nearly dusk as the two hero's peered at the city.
"So what did you want to talk about Star?" Robin asked as he formed a single question in his mind.
"I was just hoping the we could spend sometime together. We have not done so in some time." Starfire asked quietly.
"Good," Robin said quietly, he turned around and faced her beautiful face. Silently he touched her waist and drew her closer to him.
There eyes locked for what seemed like hours when Robin broke the silence.
"Starfire, uh, I don't know how to say this…" he stumbled with his words, trying to get this right.
"What is it you have hidden behind you friend Robin?" Starfire asked, becoming aware of the item in Robin's hand.
"I was hoping to," Robin stopped, and suddenly brushed Starfire with a gentle kiss, "ask you on a date." He finished, dropping the item in his hands and walking towards the door.
Starfire, still shocked by what happened, looked at the thing on the floor as Robin closed the door behind him. She picked up the item and suddenly realized something. "Yes," she replied to the air, "all ways."
The thing on the floor represented something special to her from that point on:
White Roses, meant love.
