Seto hates words. Especially the ones he uses on Jou. "Make inu" and "mutt" are just a few examples of these. Seto only wants to use three: I love you.
Seto hates words. Especially the ones Jou uses on him. "Bastard" and "rich ass" are a few examples of these. Seto knows it's his fault for hurting Jou, but what Jou doesn't know is that Seto's already hurting before Jou retaliates.

Jou hates words. Saying "rich ass" takes a lot of control, but he frowns when Seto walks away from him. Jou yells profanities at Seto's retreating back. Seto doesn't respond, so Jou runs after him and forces Seto to turn around.
Jou hates words. That's why when Jou had to choose words or action, Jou kissed Seto.
