Living In a Dream World
Chapter One
"Not good," Reno says as Titus and Reg back him up against the edge of the cliff. He glances behind and sees the drop. "No way."
One of the gang throws Rude to the snow as another grabs Tseng and they both watch as Titus and Reg force Reno closer and closer to the edge of the cliff. Titus gets his sword and slashes at Reno, who clocks it with his electro-mag rod. Titus takes a swing again at Reno who blocks it, but as he does so, Reg attacks him, throwing him back. He drops his mag rod and grabs hold of the edge as he falls.
"Reno," Rude calls and one of the gang punch him.
Titus moves to stand over Reno.
"I've been waiting to do this for a very long time now Reno," Titus says and smiles. He treads on Reno's fingers, his smile widens and he pushes down. Reno grits his teeth and tries to hold on but can't, he falls.
"No," Rude calls. Titus, Reg and the rest of the gang members leave Rude and Tseng alone. The two if them get to their feet and walk over to the edge. Rude bends over and picks up Reno's mag rod. The two of them look down over the side but there is no sign of Reno.
"He's really gone," is all that Rude says.
