Hey everyone, I'm here with a new story. This is rated for reasons, expect character bashing and please enjoy the first chapter.
Izuku sat in an interview room with his homeroom teacher Shouta Aizawa along with Detective Noamasa Tsukauchi sitting across from him. Noamasa sighed as he set down a tape recorder and hit one of the buttons. Looking up at the One for All bearer, the detective took a deep breath, "Detective Tsukauchi present along with Shouta Aizawa, interviewing one Izuku Midoriya about the sudden death of Katsuki Bakugou,"
The two adults looked at Izuku and Izuku frowned as Shouta spoke, "Okay problem child, tell us what happened today on the school roof and why your classmates blame you for Bakugou's death,"
Izuku inhaled slowly as he shook his head, "This morning Kacchan texted me, which I found odd because he rarely ever texts me, but he asked to meet him in the roof. I went and saw him standing by the railing. I walked up to him and asked what he wanted.
Kacchan turned to me and said he was done, that he didn't want to be second best in school or in hero work. He took his phone out and ran his fingers across the screen, but at the time, I didn't think anything about it. He then dropped his phone, dug a knife out of his bag and before I could react, he stabbed himself in the chest and began laughing as he fell back.
Once he hit the ground, the door opened and the rest of the class ran onto the roof. They looked at Kacchan and then at me and began accusing of killing him. I tried to explain what had just happened, but Uraraka said that Kacchan had texted all of them, asking for help because I was attacking him with a knife and Iida said that if I had gotten rid of the evidence, they probably would've believed I was innocent and they ask got ready to attack me at once and that's when Mr. Aizawa, and several other teachers came up to the roof. Mr. Aizawa escorted me out of the school and Principal Nezu ordered everyone back to class.
After a short drive, Mr. Aizawa brought me here and then we started this interview." the two adults stared at him in disbelief as Izuku looked at Shouta and frowned, "What's going to happen, Mr. Aizawa?"
"Right now, Principal Nezu is looking at the surveillance types from this morning to see what had happened between the and Bakugou,"
"And I can assure you that you are not lying," Noamasa sighed, turning off the tape recorder, "I'll tell your principal about this so it'll be easier on him...try to take care, kid," Izuku frowned and nodded as he and Shouta stood up and walked out of the room.

Izuku started out the window and frowned as Shouta quietly drove. Looking at his teacher, Izuku sighed, "Mr. Aizawa, what's going to happen no one believes I'm innocent? What if they still think I killed Kacchan?"
"Then they'll think that, problem child, there's not much we can do about that, but you heard what Detective Noamasa said, you're not lying, and Principal Nezu is looking into the surveillance footage and that will help your case as well, but if that doesn't help, the only thing I can tell you is to ignore them and continue with your schoolwork," Izuku frowned and slowly nodded as he looked out the window again and Shouta took a deep breath as he mumbled under his breath, "I'm sorry, kid, there's not much anyone can do outside of telling your classmates that you didn't do anything wrong. It'll be up to you to prove to them that you're innocent if they don't want to listen to reason."
The rest of the drive fell into silence as Izuku frowned and continued to watch the scenery pass by.

Shouta and Izuku stood in front of the class, many of the students glaring at Izuku with narrowed eyes before Shouta's eyes began flashing a hellish red and everyone looked at their teacher, "Listen up, I took Midoriya to talk to Detective Tsukauchi and he interviewed him and it was determined that Midoriya was not lying. He is innocent and I don't want anyone harassing him unless you want to face three months of house arrest," everyone stared at the tired-looking man in disbelief, "Now, everyone take your seats and get ready for class," Izuku sighed as he walked past his classmates and over to his desk before sitting down, ignoring the glares from those around him.
Shouta looked around and took a deep breath, "Okay, so for today, you all will be-" before he can finish, Tenya raised his hand, "What is it, Iida?"
"Sir, forgive me, but why is Midoriya still here? Shouldn't he have been arrested for murdering Bakugou?" Izuku frowned as Shouta glared at Tenya with narrowed eyes, "I...I mean, we saw Bakugou on the roof and Midoriya was-"
"That's one month, Iida, do you want to try for two?" Tenya's eyes widened, "Now sit down," Tenya did as he was told as Shouta continued, "Now, today all of you will be training with All Might, and because of recent incidents, there will most likely be one team of three an-"
"We don't want Midoriya on our team!" most of the students shouted, "Let him work solo,"
Momo sighed as she stood up and looked at their homeroom teacher, "Midoriya can be on my team, sir," Izuku looked at the black-haired beauty with a stunned expression crossing his face, "If you said Midoriya didn't do it, and Detective Tsukauchi proved it, then we shouldn't isolate him like this,"
Everyone stared at her in silence before Shouta took a deep breath and nodded, "Very true and very mature, Yaoyorozu, thank you, now then-" the door slid opened and Shouta sighed as he shook his head.
"I am here, entering the classroom like a normal person!" the frail, skinny man entered the class and everyone looked at him, "Now students, get in your costumes and make your way to Delta Training Ground," everyone stood up before Toshinori spoke, "Midoriya, can you stay back for a minute?" Izuku nodded at his mentor as everyone walked out of the classroom, Momo slightly glancing at Izuku before closing the door behind her.
The former Symbol of Peace and Shouta walked over to him and Toshinori sighed, "Listen Midoriya, Principal Nezu reviewed the security footage from the roof from earlier today, and as it turns out, young Bakugou committed suicide and it looks like you two have had a few words before the incident,"
"All Might, I swear I'm innocent. I was trying to stop him an-"
"We all know, young Midoriya, but until Principal Nezu holds an assembly this afternoon, try to be careful and don't listen to what the other students may tell you," Toshinori took a deep breath and Izuku nodded, "Get in your costume and meet everyone at the Delta Training Grounds." Izuku nodded as he walked past the two educators.
Toshinori sighed and shook his head, "It's going to be a long week, isn't it?"
"And right now, it's your problem," Shouta walked back to his desk, "It'll take some time, but they'll see that Midoriya is innocent and I warned them not to bother him out they'll be on house arrest," Toshinori hummed and nodded before walking out of the classroom.

Mina, Ochako, Tsuyu, Kyoka and Tooru looked at Momo as they changed into their hero costumes before Mina spoke, "Are you insane? What if he tries to-"
"You heard what Mr. Aizawa fair, he took Midoriya to see Detective Tsukauchi and he was proved to be innocent and to leave Midoriya alone or we'll be on house arrest for three months," the five sighed, "Get ready, we don't want to be late," she finished putting her costume on and ran out of the locker room.
