DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN HARRY POTTER

A little more than two weeks after visiting the family graves, Friday…

"Harry, Susie," Aunt Melinda called out from downstairs, "I'm going to eat you!"

"Shhh…" Susan whispered to Harry who was under his blanket along with her in Harry's bedroom.

They heard footsteps nearing, and then Auntie Linda calling out, "Hmmm, where could my little ones be? We just came home from school, and since Mummy and Daddy are at work and I'm hungry, I thought maybe you would let me eat you, but you won't even let me take a teeny bite of you."

It was true. For, once again, Sirius and Amelia had asked Melinda to babysit Harry and Susan till the parents got back from work. Luckily, Melinda had not been overloaded like the two of them, and had been glad to take up the task.

Suddenly, Melinda who was in Susan's bedroom heard some sound coming from Harry's bedroom.

It was some sort of moaning or whimpering.

She walked in there and forgetting that she was supposed to play 'evilly', she slowly removed the blanket to find Harry, looking weird.

Susan screamed saying, "Ahhh, she found us!"

Harry on the other hand, was not feeling good.

Forgetting that he was supposed to try and escape, he whimpered and softly called out, "Auntie."

Melinda felt worried as she sat on the bed and kissed Susan's cheek before gathering Harry in her arms and checking his forehead.

It felt warm; very warm; not good.

She asked, "Harry, are you okay?"

Harry replied softly, "I don't feel good."

Melinda took a look at his face and suddenly, his mouth opened and a bile of puke erupted.

"Oh no, no, no," Melinda cried out as she picked up Harry, rushed him to the bathroom, opened the toilet and held him firmly, patting his back as he puked into the toilet bowl.

After a while, Harry stopped puking but seemed to be weak.

Melinda brought him over to the sink and cleaned him up gently, washing his face and arms with soap.

She took a look at his shirt and said, "I think we'd better put that shirt for wash, and your track pants."

Suddenly, Susan came running into the bathroom and cried out, "Harry puked! First Brian puked, and now Harry is sick too!"

"Oh no," Melinda groaned, "He must have gotten it from him."

The previous day, a boy named Brian in Harry's class had been slightly sick and Harry had been quite close to him. The next day, Brian had thrown up in the playground when Harry had been playing with him on the slides despite warnings to not go too close to him. Some of the other kids had also fallen sick, and now Harry seemed to have gotten whatever bug it was from Brian.

Melinda promptly took off Harry's clothes, washed off whatever puke had fallen on him, and then carried him to the bedroom.

She was tempted to call Amelia, but then, she was in a meeting with the Minister.

However, that didn't mean she couldn't call someone.

Some minutes later, Harry who was now lying on his bed which had been cleaned with the sheets and pillow covers changed for good measure, with Susan sitting next to him and reading, heard footsteps nearing his room, accompanied by Auntie Linda's voice and a familiar male voice.

And then, he saw Auntie Linda enter the room, followed by an uncle that Harry recognized all too well, thin and fun, and a friend's daddy.

Auntie Linda rushed over to Harry and spoke, caressing him, "Oh my poor baby, can you sit up? Doctor Uncle Teddy or actually Healer Uncle Teddy is here to see you. He needs to find out what exactly is wrong."

Harry slowly sat up, with some help from Auntie Linda, and propped up against the pillows, he softly spoke, "Uncle Teddy?"

Susan cried out, "Hello Uncle Teddy, Harry's sick!"

Uncle Teddy moved closer to them replying, "Hello little ones, Harry and Susan. Oh no, dear Harry, are you sick?"

Harry simply whimpered in response.

Uncle Teddy proceeded to pull out his wand and a stethoscope and examine him carefully.

He then asked, "What was the last thing you ate?"

Harry replied, "My lunch; a sandwich and banana."

Uncle Teddy then nodded, spoke with Melinda for a little while, asking her about the details of the incident and finally said, "It's Muggle flu that he's got. He's got it really bad. I would suggest bed rest for the rest of the day, and definitely no cheese or sweets, not even if it's those sugar-free ones that he's gotten from Hermione's parents. I'd better give you a couple of medical potions that will help. Oh, and one more thing; definitely no swimming or flying or anything like that until he gets better."

Melinda said, "Poor Harry is certainly not going to be happy about that. Well, he does need to rest. Perhaps reading out to him will help. I just hope he gets better by tomorrow or at least by Monday."

Ted replied seriously, "If he's not better by Monday, don't send him to school. Make sure you tell Sirius and Amelia that."

Melinda nodded and said, "Okay. Thank you so much for coming."

Ted replied, "No problem. It was my pleasure. It's my duty as a healer. Although my wife will probably be mad at me for not telling her about it before coming. Come to think of it, she would have rushed here too. She's a healer like me."

Melinda laughed and said, "Perhaps she'll rush here once she hears Harry's sick. Although I doubt it'll be as intense as Amelia's when she gets home."

Ted replied gravely, "You never know. Andromeda is a very fierce woman when she wants to be, just like Amelia."

Melinda laughed at that statement.

Harry who was lying on the bed couldn't help smiling.

Ted then gave some medical potions to Melinda and wished the children well before leaving.

Around an hour later, Melinda heard a knock on the front door and opened it to find Amelia standing there.

Amelia smilingly hugged Melinda and said, "Good evening Melinda, how have you and the children been?"

Just then, she noticed Melinda looking worried.

Melinda replied, "Amelia, it's not good. You remember Brian was sick yesterday at school? Well, Harry got it from him really bad and threw up just after we came home. He's got flu."

"What?" Amelia cried out, "Why didn't you call me at once?!"

Melinda explained, "I was going to call you but you were in a meeting with…"
"Forget who I was in a meeting with!" Amelia cried out, "I'm his mother! I'm Susan's mother as well! I have a right to know if one or both of my children are sick!"

She then rushed up the stairs and into Harry's bedroom where she saw Harry lying down and looking towards the door and Susan sitting next to him reading out a book.

Harry saw her and softly whimpered, holding an arm out.

Amelia rushed towards him crying out, "Oh my baby, my baby, my poor baby!"

Harry continued to whimper and moan even as she wrapped her arms around him and said comforting words to him.

After a minute, Amelia gave Susan a hug and a kiss and said, "Oh my baby Susan, are you feeling alright?"

"Yeah," Susan replied, "But Harry is sick and Uncle Teddy said no swimming."

"Uncle Teddy was here?" Amelia asked.

"I called him over," Melinda who was walking into the room with a tray containing three mugs of warm ginger tea spoke, "I thought it was the best thing to do. He was the one who said he has flu."

"Oh no," Amelia said, "What else did he say?"

Melinda proceeded to repeat everything Ted had told to her and show her the medical potions.

Just as Amelia was about to ask her something about diets, she heard Harry whimpering.

She rushed over to him and lying on the bed, she hugged him tightly even as he burst into tears.

"Poor baby," Amelia softly said, "Mummy's here. Mummy's got you baby. Your Sister and Aunty Linda and Mummy are all here. Baby, my poor baby, I've got you baby. Come to Mummy."

With that, she kissed Harry on his forehead, and then Susan kissed his hand.

A few minutes later, there was another knock on the front door.

Melinda went to open it and found Sirius standing there smiling with a box in his hand.

After exchanging hugs and greetings with Melinda, Sirius called out, "Harry, Susan, where are you? I've got a surprise for you!"

It was only then that he saw Melinda's face, looking not very happy.

He asked, "What's going on?"

A few minutes later, Sirius burst into Harry's bedroom with an anxious expression on his face and saw him lying down with Amelia and Susan on either side of him.

He rushed over to Harry's right side where Susan was sitting and said, "Harry, baby."

Susan turned to look at him at once and hugged him saying, "Daddy, Harry fell sick. My brother is sick."

Sirius hugged Susan and kissed her cheek before saying, "Baby Susie you sweet little girl, you look like you've been watching Harry this whole time. Are you feeling okay?"

Susan said, "Yeah, but sad because Harry can't play outside."

Amelia who was holding Harry looked up at Sirius and said, "Sirius, you're back. Did Melinda tell you?"

Sirius replied, "She did. Why of all days did the Minister have to pick this day for a meeting?"

Amelia said, "At least Melinda managed to handle things well. It was such a good thing she called Ted immediately. Harry's got Muggle flu."

"Poor Puppy," Sirius said sadly, "It was from Brian wasn't it?"

"It sure was," Amelia replied.

Just then, they noticed Harry stirring and opening his eyes.

Harry who was half awake looked at his parents and sister and moaned, "Mummy, Daddy, Susie…"

Sirius and Susan held Harry's hands and the former whispered, "Shhh baby, I'm here. Daddy's here. Daddy's here now."

Just then, they heard Melinda who had entered the room whispering from behind them, "My poor baby boy."

Even as they turned to look at Melinda who was standing at the foot of the bed, Harry suddenly stretched his arms out and moaned, "Auntie…"

Melinda moved forward and sat on the bed just before his feet. She began to massage his legs whispering, "Baby, Auntie Linda's got you. Auntie Linda loves you baby. You'll be fine soon, and then you'll be able to do whatever you want. Just be a good little baby, and rest well. I love you very much Harry."

"I love you Auntie Linda," Harry replied in a whisper before closing his eyes.

Melinda left after a little while, but not before kissing Harry and Susan goodbye.

The rest of the evening was rather solemn, with Harry being in bed most of the time except to go to the bathroom. That night, Amelia prepared some simple tomato soup which Harry was able to eat, although only half a bowl. She, Susan and Sirius kept on reading out to Harry to make sure he was happy. After dinner, she let the children watch a little T.V. and then made them brush their teeth. Harry, who was still feeling a little weak, needed a little support from Sirius.

Finally, the parents were putting Harry to bed, and Susan who had insisted on being there to say goodnight, was sitting on Harry's bed.

Sirius kissed Harry's forehead and asked, "Do you want Mummy to read a story or do you want me to read you one?"

Harry answered almost immediately, "Mummy."

Amelia smilingly replied, "Well then, let me tell you a story. Do you want me to read a book to you?"

Harry said, "Good Night Gorilla."

Susan frowned slightly and said, "No, Three Little Pigs."

Amelia laughed and said, "Susan, how about we read out Good Night Gorilla now, and then when I put you to bed, if you're still awake, I'll read you Three Little Pigs, okay?"

"Okay," Susan replied.

So Amelia proceeded to read out Good Night Gorilla, and soon, Harry was smiling with closed eyes, ready to sleep.

Amelia kissed Harry and said, "Good night baby boy, I love you."

"I love you Mummy," Harry replied, "Good night. Good night Daddy, good night Susie."

Susan kissed Harry's cheek and said, "Good night Harry. I love you."

Sirius kissed Harry's forehead and whispered, "Good night Prongslet. Daddy loves you."

A few moments later, Sirius had just went to his own bedroom and Amelia was closing Harry's door when suddenly, she heard a faint voice calling out, "Mummy."

She turned to look at Susan who was looking up at her and asked, "What is it?"

Susan replied, "I don't feel good."

Amelia took one look at her face, and the next moment, she was rushing her to the bathroom.
