It's been one year since the Paladins of Voltron defeated the Galra Empire with the help of their allies and things have been fairly peaceful since then.

Shiro has been reconnecting with his sister Natsumi, spending time with his new husband Adam since they had gotten married the month before and assisting in improving the Galaxy Garrison.

Keith has been assisting the Rangers in lab raids searching for his father who was revealed to be alive according to the records of former Admiral Sanda and being trained by Shiro and Demiyah to eventually become the Paladin of the Black Lion. Though he is hesitant on becoming the Black Paladin since Demiyah already has a bond with the Lion, thankfully Demiyah got him to understand that she wouldn't always be there to pilot Black since she has hero duties.

Katie/Pidge and Demiyah were working with the Ranger Scientists to discover what had corrupted Lotor.

Lance and Allura are working together to help organize former rebel factions to handle reconstruction efforts and assisting in the rebuilding of Planet Altea.

Hunk has been helping revolutionize deep space travel rescue operations with his technical know-how.

The Rangers were currently assisting the Samurai Rangers after the defeat of Master Xandred and dealing with the fallout of the revelation that an agency known as DATS was attempting to police the Digital World illegally. There was also bad reaction all around when it was discovered that DATS was tricking and forcing people into working for them.

Now SPD and other Ranger Organizations were cleaning up the mess that DATS had caused.

However the Rangers, Justice League and other related organizations were also working on a special project that they discovered the Galaxy Garrison had been working on when Admiral Sanda had been working with the Galra Empire alongside several other members of the Garrison that had been captured during the clean up after the Galra had tried to invade Earth.

The project in question was a new version of Voltron made of vehicles. After it was discovered the Ranger organization, The Paladins, SPD, The Silver Guardians, Lightspeed Rescue, The Avengers and other groups debated whether or not the project should be scrapped or not.

After a long debate a conclusion was reached. The Vehicle Voltron project was to be completed with the help of the Rangers and their allies since the Paladins could not defend Earth and protect the Universe from threats at the same time

The Rangers got the technology from SPD, KO-35,Lightspeed Rescue, Wayne, Stark and Kord Industries. The magic research was provided by the Alteans and the Magical Governments that worked with the Rangers and the Paladins of the Lion Force Voltron would train the new pilots.

Let's see what progress that has been made.

We find ourselves watching as Demiyah Oliver, a hero known for her many different accomplishments, including being the Paladin of the Black Lion walking into a research facility in Stone Canyon where the Paladins of Lion Voltron have been relocated to.

"Hey Katie, how have you been?" Demiyah asks her close friend and fellow Paladin Katie Holt, otherwise known as Pidge Gunderson.

"Pretty good. I finally managed to complete the equipment with Coran, Alfor and Trigel's help."

That was a major thing that had happened during the war against the Galra. Apparently Zarkon and Haggar/Honerva hadn't killed the Original Red, Green, Blue and Yellow Paladins. Instead they had cryogenically frozen them and later brainwashed them to serve Zarkon alongside Alfor's wife Melenor, who was turned into the White Psycho Ranger.

That had been a very disastrous situation considering they could override the bonds Keith, Katie/Pidge, Lance and Hunk had with the Lions.

"That's good. So has Iverson finished looking into potential pilots for Vehicle Voltron?"

Another thing that had been discovered was that Sanda had brainwashed certain Garrison Officers into helping her, including Mitch Iverson, who after being freed from the brainwashing had sworn tell them what he knew and to help them in any way he could.

"Yeah, here's the list." Katie/Pidge says, handing her a list."

"Thanks." Demiyah says as she looks through the potential candidates and noticed a few familiar faces.

"Wait Uncle Rocky and Aunt Sharon are volunteering to be pilots of Vehicle Voltron?" Demiyah asks in surprise

"They're not the only ones. I heard that Justin Stewart and his wife Felicia volunteered as well." Reveals Katie/Pidge.

"That makes sense. Uncle Justin has always wanted to go into outer space and Felicia has Sailor Scout training."

"Candidates aside, how has tracking down the mechs of Gladiator Voltron been going?" Asks Katie/Pidge.

"Pretty good actually. The Black mech has been located in Duckburg, the Blue mech is in the world of Trolls and the Red Mech was actually in the Miraculous world." Explains Demiyah.

As it turned out the Voltron Lions were not the only creations Alfor had made using the comet's ore. He had made another Voltron that consisted of three Gladiator Mechs with the colors Black, Red and Blue along with bayards for the mechs.

Instead of leaving Gladiator Voltron in this universe Alfor had sent them to different worlds, which was easy for them since Blaytz and Trigel were Keyblade Masters themselves.

"Wait they were in worlds you've visited?" Katie/Pidge asks with some amusement in her voice.

Demiyah sighs at this.

"Yeah, its kind of surprising that they were there the entire time. Get this though Discord and Chrysalis were safe guarding the journals regarding Gladiator Voltron until Diomedes corrupted them using magic." Reveals Demiyah.

Katie/Pidge's eyes widened before hardening with a dangerous glint in her eyes.

"Katie. It's fine, I freed them from it and restored the memories that Discord had suppressed before he was corrupted." Reveals Demiyah.

That makes Katie/Pidge pause.

He suppressed their memories?" Katie/Pidge asks in surprise.

"Yeah, he didn't want the information falling into Diomedes hands so he prevented him from finding out." Demiyah explains.

"That makes sense." Katie/ Pidge says as Demiyah continued to look through the Candidates.

Eventually, Demiyah comes to a conclusion.

"We'll bring in these 15 individuals and test them to see if they're capable of being the pilots for Vehicle Voltron." Demiyah says as she gives Katie/Pidge the files on the 15 candidates who were to be tested.

Katie/Pidge looks through the files and notices one in particular.

"My cousin? Are you sure about this?" Katie/Pidge asks.

"Yeah, he's very bright, not to mention he has some combat training from the Wind Ninja Academy." Explains Demiyah.

Katie/Pidge sighs and takes the files and puts them somewhere for later.

Demiyah then asks Katie/Pidge if the project ready.

"Yeah, they're ready we just need to test them and give them to the V-15 pilots." Explains Katie/Pidge.

"Good. Let's hope they're all up to the task." Says Demiyah as the two of them went over the final preparations.

A few days later, we see Rocky and Sharon DeSantos talking with Justin and Felicia Stewart about how they've been doing while eating at Rocky's place.

"So how did your father take the revelation that Felicia is from another world?" Rocky asks Justin.

"Well, he was pretty confused at first, but I think he's getting used to it." Says Justin.

"That's a relief to hear." Sharon says as she looks over the newly married couple.

"I know, I was terrified he wouldn't approve." Felicia says with with a French accent.

"He might not have made the smartest of choices, but he wouldn't have been that cruel." Justin says, trying to reassure her.

Rocky winces while Sharon and Felicia look confused. Rocky promising to explain later.

It was known by most of the Rangers that Zordon had chosen that Justin had a rocky relationship with his father since he left Justin at a children's center after his wife had passed away because he couldn't cope. It was getting better thanks to the family therapy the two of them were receiving but...

Their conversation was interrupted by a knock at the door.

"I'll get it." Rocky says as he heads towards the door and opens it to reveal Demiyah Oliver.

"Miya, what are you doing here?" Rocky asks his niece.

"I'm actually looking for you and aunt Sharon. Is she here as well? Demiyah asks.

"Yeah, Justin and Felicia are here as well." Says Rocky with a confused look on his face.

"Okay, that makes things easier for us." Demiyah says as she hands Rocky four envelopes with their names on them.

Rocky looks confused for a moment before Sharon, Justin and Felicia walk over to them and Rocky hands the letter over to them

"What's this about Demiyah?" Asks Justin.

"Well, you are four of the fifteen candidates selected for the Vehicle Voltron/ V-15/ Voltron 3 project." Explains Demiyah.

Once that was revealed, Demiyah told them the date, time and place they needed to be at.

After that Demiyah left and went to recruit the rest of the candidates for Vehicle Voltron.

Demiyah was able to get Katie/Pidge to give the letter to her cousin Chip. Lance went to Mirinoi to deliever the news to Mike Corbett who would travel with them back to Earth. Denki got in contact with Tenya Iida and had him come to this world where he would be staying while the recruitment took place. Keith got in contact with Sarah Smith, also known as Sunset Shimmer who had come to this world a few years ago and had since then learned compassion as the Orange Overdrive Ranger.

Jake Vallory was given his letter by his friend and Demiyah's other cousin Dan Kuso who Demiyah had given it to. Lance also went to Neathia to send a letter to Princess Fabia who also went with Lance and Mike to planet Earth. Demiyah contacted Mike Collins, an old friend of her from when she helped the Ghost Force with their enemies.

Finally it came time to get Aqua and Kenta Kitagawa, Kazu Shioda and Joe Kido and Demiyah needed some advice on how to handle the situation.

"I know, I should be the one to inform Joe about this, but with Inoue still causing trouble I don't know how to not alert her to what I'm doing." Demiyah says to her triplet brothers Terrick and Michael also known as Takato Matsuki and Mikey Kudo.

Yolei Inoue was both a pain in the rear and one of Demiyah's worst enemies. She was one of the three Darkness D-3 holders and the partner of Lady Devimon, not to mention the Red Mutant Ranger.

Originally that traitorous Maun Luna had planned on placing Yolei in the Digidestined Registry. But that plan had been stopped and Tim Drake was made wielder of the Armor Digi-eggs of Love and Sincerity instead.

During Demiyah's time as leader of the second generation of Virtue Digidestined Inoue had brainwashed Ken Ichijouji, the Child of Kindness. Not to mention Inoue tried to make Demiyah's life miserable however she could.

"Well, I could give the letters to Aqua, Kenta and Kazu since Kazu and Kenta are part of my team." Says Terrick/ Takato.

Demiyah nods her head at this.

"That works but how do I get the letter to Joe?" Asks Demiyah.

The two boys think for a moment before Michael/ Mikey has an idea.

"Maybe Ken could help with that." Says Mikey/ Michael.

Ken Ichijouji was one of Demiyah's old friends from her first adventure in the Digital World along side Ryo Akiyama, Sam Ichijouji, Momo Inoue, Yutaka Himi, Willace Stewart and Michael/Mikey himself.

Demiyah smirks and gives Ken a message on her D-Terminal.

"I take it you like my idea?" Asks Michael/Mikey.

"Yeah. I do." Demiyah says.

With that everything was going smoothly.
