At Sir Pentious's mansion, underneath a secret opening in a basement, there was a whole hideout under the house. Sir Pentious led everyone inside. "Make yourselves at home," he said happily.
"Gotta admit, edgy's got some pretty cool shit in here," said Cherri exploring the place with everyone. Though Lucifer, Alastor and Charlie stayed behind with Arackniss and Sir Pentious.
"Back to the question. Why did you two save us from Sevanthian?" asked Lucifer. Arackniss sighed.
"Because we need your help to stop him. He's planning to destroy all of hell, along with all of us," said Sir Penn. Charlies eyes widened.
"What? Why? Why would he do this?" she asked.
"Because he's a sick, power hungry motherfucker," Arackniss growled. "I can't believe I ever trusted that bastard."
"Nissy said that you guys might be willing to help," said Penn. Some Egg Bois beside him nodded in agreement. Charlie and Alastor looked at each other.
"Very well, we will help you, but no funny business. Understood?" said Alastor in a threatening tone. Arackniss and Sir Pentious nodded.
"Come on your highness, we'll show you to where you'll be staying," said an Egg Boi. Arackniss, Sir Pentious and the Egg Bois showed Lucifer to his room. Charlie went to sit on a couch near by.
"You alright darling?" asked Alastor.
"Sevanthian is planning to destroy us all. No, I'm not okay," Charlie said frowning. Alastor said nothing. He just wrapped his arms around her. Charlie started crying.
"Don't worry my dear. We'll get through this together. Let's just keep our spirits up." Alastor wiped away Charlie's tears. The princess smiled.
"Thank you." Charlie sniffed and rubbed her eyes. "I wonder what Sevanthian is planning right now."
Meanwhile, back at the palace. Sevanthian is sitting on his throne whistling a tune before singing.

He then turns around and walks back inside the castle. Once inside, he imagines killing Lucifer and Alastor right in front of Charlie, keeping her alive to suffer for all eternity. He then snaps out of it and keeps singing, continuing to walk through the castle.

• The Next Day •
Charlie was lying in one of Sir Pentious's guest bedrooms, still thinking about the day before. It replayed in her mind over and over.
In one day, she was celebrating her birthday with all her friends and was having a wonderful time. Then Charlie's dad showed up. That's when things went spiraling out of control.
He had bruises and cuts all over him, and was gravely injured. He told them Sev took over the castle using an ancient artifact known as "The Orb". Controlled by the mind of its user, it absorbs power from other demons and transfers it to its user.
He was able to escape with help from Razzle and Dazzle, but Lilith sadly wasn't able to come with them. Lucifer had found the hotel through the invitation to her birthday party that Charlie had sent. They still had yet to talk about it.
Anyways, they realized that Sev had used a tracking device on Lucifer, and tracked them all the way to the hotel. Luckily they were able to make a quick getaway with the help of Arackniss, Angel's brother, and Sir Pentious, who they still had yet to trust.
Now they were safe in Pentious's underground hideout. Something still bothered Charlie however. How were they going to beat Sevanthian? He has the power of thousands of overlords, including her mothers.
"If we can't beat him, who knows what he'll do with the power he wields." It was all so much to think about. She needed to get her mind off it for a while. Maybe she should get a snack. Yeah, a snack would make her feel better.
She walked out of the guest bedroom and towards the kitchen where Alastor, Nifty and Vaggie were as well. Before Charlie could say a word, Vaggie spoke up.
"There's nothing. We've checked everywhere." Alastor and Nifty nodded. Charlie went to sit on a stool near the kitchen counter with everyone else.
"Couldn't sleep?" asked Alastor. Charlie sat next to him.
"Yeah," she sighed. "Still getting over what happened yesterday."
"Me too darling. Though it is quite difficult, wouldn't you say?" Charlie gave a small nod. Sir Pentious then walked in with Arackniss.
"I can't believe you forgot to stock up on food Penn!" said Arackniss.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know we were out. Now what are we going to do? We can't risk anyone going outside!" replied Sir Pentious. Alastor then cleared his throat. The two looked at him.
"If it's no trouble, I'd be happy to stock up on food! I'll try my best not to be seen."
"Okay, if you're sure," said Arackniss. Alastor laughed.
"Of course I am good fellow."
"If you're really going out there, promise me you'll be careful, okay?" said Charlie.
"I promise dear." Alastor smiled and kissed Charlie before heading out of the kitchen. "Farewell for now, I won't take long." Charlie was left red in the face. Nifty and Vaggie chuckled.
"It's not funny," Charlie huffed.
