AN: Hello, Before I begin I would like to thank my good friend Angelxoxoxoxo8, for allowing me to use her classic universe as well as her famous OC, Amy, to write this story, just warning you this fic will most likely suck, but keep in mind the actual show sucked so, that's expected XD. On with the chapter.

East Meets West: Part 1

Somewhere in China, stood an ancient hut near a lake inside one of the rooms, which looked like some sort of training room, a boy who looked to be 18 or 19 years old with, Dirty Brown hair, wearing a black tank top, black pants, black boots, a black head band and black gloves on his hands was currently doing pull ups when a cloaked figure approached him, the boy, noticing the figures presence let go of the bar he was using and jumped down to face the figure.

"Still worried about the master?" the boy asked grabbing a towel and drying off the sweat caused by his workout.

"Yes, it is not like him to remain distant from us for so long, It brings me much worry." The figure replied her voice reveling her to be female.

"Hey, relax if something was wrong he would tell us, you know that. I trust him, after all he took me in when I had nowhere to go, he's like my father," The boy replied before turning to a wall that had a photo of a man nailed to it before continuing " Of course if I ever met my real dad...I'd kill him." The boy said glaring at the photo of the man who appeared to be his father.

"Still, I am not sure everything is fine with him." The figure replied before turning toward the master.

In the main room, an elderly Asian man wearing a black kimono was sitting in front of some kind of mirror that created some kind of ripples as if it were water shaking when the cloaked figure approached him.

"Master please, you haven't slept or eaten in days, I worry for your health. Why won't you speak to me? and this glass, why does it absorb you so? have you stopped talking to me?" The figure asked with worry.

The master turned to her hearing the worry in her voice. "S-stop talking to you? No, you are like a daughter to me, this vigil must be preformed alone, the glass has become unstable." The master explained gesturing to the glass as it rippled some more. "Maybe I could drink some tea." The master said a little weakly.

"Yes Chung I, I'll prepare some immediately." the figure said before leaving.

The boy then came in clearly having heard their conversation. "Give it to me straight Chung I, somethings wrong isn't there?" The boy simply asked.

Chung didn't turn to the boy but still responded "More than you can imagine, Dexter." Chung I answered the boy as they both looked toward the glass, when what looked like a dragon head appeared out of it and stood face to face with Chung I. " I fear the most ancient evil has awakened, to destroy us all." Chung I stated before an evil laugh was heard from the mirror.

Opening credits

Meanwhile at night on the streets of New York, things seemed normal with the lights from the skyscrapers to the usual traffic sounds. The only unusual thing was that two figures arguing in an alley, the main reason this was unusual was because they were mutant humanoid turtles who were also ninja's as well as teenagers one wore a red bandana on his head and carried a pair of ancient Japanese knives called Sai's his name was Raphael or 'Raph' as his brothers called him the other had a blue bandana and carried an ancient Japanese sword called a ninjato his name was Leonardo or 'Leo' to his brothers. The two humanoid turtle brothers were currently arguing which was a daily occurrence for them.

"I said get out of my face man!" Raph yelled.

"Wrong, dude I will not get out of your face! You're reckless, You're totally irresponsible and you put everyone at risk!" Leo yelled back

"How I live my life is my own business!" Raph defended

"No no, It's everybody's business and that's the problem!" Leo said with disapproval.

"Kiss my shell!" Raph yelled before leaving.

"I don't even know you anymore!" Leo yelled out to Raph as he continued walking away.

Raph then entered the turtles secret garage and turned on the lights to reveal his prized motorcycle. "Yeah, free at last." Raph said as he got on the bike statred it up and rode off. Raph rode through the empty streets until he spotted some ninja's who happened to be part of the foot clan a well known enemy of the turtles. Raph stopped and was surrounded by foot ninja's "So, you wanna play?!" Raph taunted as he rode through the wall of a nearby building "Follow me!"

The foot ninja's chased Raph into the building where he stopped and got off his bike to face them. "Aw man, not again, do the words 'get a life' mean anything to you losers?" Raph taunted "Okay let's do it, but I'm telling you, any of you chumps put a scratch on my bike you're footing the bill, get it? footing the bill."

Ignoring Raph's terrible joke, the ninjas began charging at him but he successfully managed to doge their attacks and fight back .

Meanwhile, in Central Park a mutant humanoid rat named Splinter who was the turtles' adoptive father and mentor was playing chess with a man named Andre who was not disturbed by his appearance, mainly because he was blind. "Queens Bishop pawn to Bishop three." Splinter said after making his move.

"Mercy, how do you know I want your shabby old rook?" Andre asked chuckling.

"How many times have we played chess over the last two years?" Splinter responded

"Oh, a coupe of hundred." Andre responded

"You want my rook." Splinter pointed out

"And I'll get it too." Andre replied as he and splinter shared a laugh. Suddenly Splinter had a vision of Raph's fight with the foot ninjas and saw that they were beginning to overpower him.

"I must go." Splinter said deciding to rush to his son's aid.

"We're the only one's out here Splint, use a bush." Andre said misunderstanding what splinter meant.

"Uh, yes a wise suggestion, I will return." Splinter replied before going to help Raph.

Splinter wasn't the only one who would soon be involved with Raph's battle, up on a rooftop was a girl who looked to be about 17 years old with black hair that had a blonde streak in it with green eyes and wearing a white tank top with black sweatpants and black boots and has tape wrapped around her hands, was currently practicing some martial arts moves, this was Amy Smith she also happened to be Leo's girlfriend despite their 'Major differences', although she wasn't completely normal either seeing as though she had the ability to blast ice from her hands which she also used to assist the turtles whenever they fought crime in the city often being called 'Ice Queen' due to these abilities.

While training Amy heard some crashing in the distance from a nearby building as well as some grunting that she recognized. "Raph" Amy sighed shaking her head before jumping off the roof of the building and blasting some ice from her hands creating some ramps for her to slide on as she went to Raph's aid.

Meanwhile, in the sewer where the four turtles lived, Leo along with his two other brothers, one was a turtle with a purple bandana who wielded a steel bow-staff named Donatello or 'Donnie' as his brothers called him was at his computer while the fourth turtle with an orange bandanna who wielded a pair of to named Michelangelo or 'Mikey' as his brothers called him was curious when Leo was setting up some cinderblocks.

"So, what exactly are you trying to do Leo?" Mikey asked

"It's an exercise of mental and physical discipline, with three cement blocks." Leo explained as he continued stacking.

"Okay, this I got to see." Mikey said thinking it would be interesting, while Donnie was trying to figure something out with his computer.

"Okay, just-" Donnie was interrupted when it suddenly short circuited. "Huh, wrong wire." Donnie said fanning away the smoke

"You're gonna bust your noggin Leo." Mikey said in a sing-song voice.

"No Mikey, I'm gonna break the bricks." Leo agued confidently.

"Hey Donnie, come watch Leo turn his noodle into strudel." Mikey idiotically quipped before Leo lightly smacked him on the head.

"You don't break the bricks with your head you break the bricks with your will, breaking the breaks is about focus and making a precise strike." Leo explained as Donnie, continued with his computer.

"Dudes, we are satellite positive." Donnie declared as he finished.

"Ugh, I can't concentrate if you're gonna keep blabbing and blowing stuff up!" Leo said frustrated.

"Man I'm good, guy's come dig my 'Turtle flight eye in the sky'. Donnie said showing them a tracking screen on his computer.

"Oh, neat Donatello figured out how to tune in the weather channel." Leo joked much to Donnie's annoyance.

"No, bricks-for-brains, it's a tracking system, I figured out a way to nab satellite time, I tweaked our tracking program to read our body temperatures and physical configurations" Donnie explained in his usual brainiac way. "I've even color-coded it, watch and be amazed." Donnie zoomed in and showed them multiple colored dots on the screen.

"Aren't you a little old for connect the dot's dude?" Mikey asked

"The grid is showing our precise locations, I'm the purple blip, Leo's the blue blip and you're the obnoxious orange blip." Donnie clarified. "Let's see where Raph is." Donnie searched the screen and saw a red blip moving in a certain pattern on the screen.

"Hey, looks like Raph is taking up a little square dancing." Mikey joked but they all knew what was really going on. They then noticed a green blip approaching Raph's location.

"Hey, what's that green blip?" Leo asked

"That would be Amy, looks like she's going to provide back-up." Donnie figured, as Leo smirked

"Amy, always getting involved in everything." Leo said a little dazed at the thought of his girlfriend. "Hey, does Splinter have a blip too? Leo asked.

"Yes, a dignified yellow one," Donnie switched the screen to Splinter's blip to see it moving at a superfast speed. "Hey, look at that blip go!"

"Why is the masters blip hauling so fast!?" Leo asked worried.

"He seems to be running." Donnie assessed.

"Location?" Leo asked

"Uh, West 64th southwest end of Central Park." Donnie answered as they prepared to head out.

"After we save Raph's life, remind me to kill him!" Leo said annoyed. The turtles then entered their car and drove to join their teammates in the fight.

Back with Raph, he was continuing to try to fend off the foot ninja's when suddenly a ball of ice suddenly appeared and froze a few of the ninja's in place. Raph turned to see Amy who add arrived to assist him. "Just can't stay out of trouble, can you Raph?" Amy said smirking a little.

"I think, you've known me long enough to know that I can't" Raph, replied before he was suddenly kicked into his bike by a ninja. "Ah, my bike!" Raph said upset.

"Heh, serves you right." Amy said as some of the ninja's started to gang up on her, but she just smiled and used her ice powers to create an axe-like weapon made of ice and did battle with them.

While Amy was successful in her fight, Raph was being over powered by his opponents luckily Splinter showed up and single handedly took them out with his staff causing them to retreat. Raph cheered while Amy, who had taken out her opponents without breaking a sweat, looked their way and smirked, "This should be good." she said crossing her arms much to Raph's confusion.

"What do you mean?" Raph asked before Splinter lightly whacked his bike before beginning to lecture him.

"A ninja moves in silence, he is at one with the night. This thing is neither silent nor at one with the night." Splinter said gesturing to the bike before whacking it again. Amy kept smirking, thinking 'I would hate to be him right now.' While Splinter kept lecturing "This battle did not have to be if you had not been, what is the word?"

"Tooling" Raph said lightly

"Tooling, around the streets on this howling machine like a tiger with a thorn in it's paw." Splinter concluded before whacking the bike once more.

"What about Amy? She came here-" Raph tried to defend but the human girl defended herself interrupting him.

"Hey, this isn't about me right now, and I wasn't the one who intentionally lured these punks out here just to nearly get destroyed by them." Amy argued.

"And you should be lucky Amelia was here to aid you, at least she was able to fight with proper ninja style, with her gift of course." Splinter said praising her.

Just then then the rest of the turtles arrived in their jeep "This just keeps getting better." Amy said as they got out of the jeep.

"Just can't stay out of trouble can you Raph?" Leo said as Amy walked up to him.

"That's what I said, and we already lectured him." Amy said resting her arm on her turtle boyfriends shoulder.

"Thanks babe, saved me the trouble." Leo said smiling.

"Man, looks like someone went all ninja in here." Donnie commented

"Given our profession, is that a big surprise?" Amy commented back.

"You are all almost 18 years of age, I fear the smarter and stronger you all become the more wild you become as well." Splinter stated as the six walked out of the warehouse.

"Maybe we'll try to play ninja." Raph remarked provoking Leo.

"Don't start Raph!" Leo said annoyed but Amy calmly put Leo's arm down telling him to let it go.

"The Foot is still an unpleasant fact of life, Shredder is still our blood enemy it's foolish to invite violence a ninja does not seek out confrontation." Splinter said in his usual teacher like tone.

Raph was still persistent on his own methods " I refuse to cower in the sewers." Raph protested.

"Cowering in the sewers!" Mikey cheered causing glances from the rest.

"I know and you should not. Now go, quietly, I have a rook in need of my protection." Splinter concluded before leaving.

"Well, anyone for pizza?" Mikey suggested.

"GROW UP!" The others yelled annoyed.

"How does Raph make more immature decisions than you?" Amy said as they left.

Meanwhile, the leader of the foot clan 'The Shredder' was at their lair addressing his men who were defeated. "So let me see if I understand correctly, All of you were defeated by a single turtle and an arthritic rat!?" Shredder said clearly disappointed and upset.

"That Ice Queen girl was there too." One of the ninja's, who was frozen by Amy but now thawed out, said.

"Now, that I understand her I see as a threat." Shredder confessed " But still, why do we continue to fall short of our, glorious goals? Who are my enemies?" Shredder asked grabbing ninja by the throat and standing face to face with him. "Right now, you and these pathetic warriors you train seem to be standing between me and my destiny. If we are to continue to expand then the green menace and their ice wielding ally must be crushed. Now, go Prove yourselves, destroy the freaks. Especially that Ice Queen." Shredder said as his ninja army left to complete their task.

Back at the lair Splinter was in his lounge room meditating when his mind entered another realm. Now in a realm that looked like a place that could be found in an old 90's video game, Splinters mind was greeted with a face that appeared in the sky, who happened to be Chung I the master from before.

"Chung I ." Splinter greeted "Are dreaming as well my friend ?" Splinter asked

"I am not here to meditate. You must leave the realm of dreams immediately. It's not safe." Chung I warned.

"But, the realm of dreams is a spiritual master refuge." Splinter protested. One of the floating rocks surrounding the realm them slightly exploded.

"Please, you must go. The realm of dreams is becoming unstable." Chung I explained. when a light started glowing in the sky. Splinter could hear Raph's voice calling him from the real world.

'Go, you're pupil awaits." Chung I advised.

"But, Chung I, I don't understand." Splinter said, before Chun I's face disappeared. "Go, now the dragons are coming!" Splinter could Chung I's voice one last time before returning to the real world.

Splinter was now back at the lair shaken up by what had just occurred. Raph came up to him and asked "So, like you're mad at me right?"

"No, you are the one so full of anger, a ninja must-" Splinter was saying but was cut off by Raph.

"A ninja must seek his own destiny. " Raph finished the sentence annoyed.

"Our burden is unique in the world. Ninja discipline provides us with focus and purpose, without it we would merely be directionless-." Splinter was cut off by Raph again,

"Mutants! sewer freaks!" Raph said before leaving.

Raph was walking out of the room when a voice called out. "You should listen to him more." Raph turned to see the voice belonged to Amy, who had now changed into her civilian clothes, which consisted of blue jeans, a green jacket and the same black boots as before. "He was just offering advice." She said firmly.

"Wow, always in other peoples business, you and Leo really are perfect for each other. " Raph said.

"We only do this, because we want to protect you, we're family You know after my parents split-" Amy was now the one to be cut off by Raph.

"I know, after you're parents split up, you felt like you were alone, but then you met us and it felt like you had a real family." Raph said clearly having heard the story several times.

"I'm just saying Splinter's been like a father to me, so I know he only does things like this because he cares." Amy scolded.

"I know he does." Raph said before walking away. Amy then pulled out her wallet from her pocket and opened it to see two pictures, one was a woman that was her mother and the other which was a familiar looking man that was her estranged father.

Back at the hut in China The glass that Chung I was observing was becoming worse as it produced a strong wind that filled the room.

"I am frightened Chung I what has happened?" the cloaked female asked nervously pacing.

"Whatever it is it must be something we should be worried about!" Dexter stated, staring at the glass as well.

"As my adopted daughter and apprentice, the time has come for you to understand the mysteries of the glass!" Chung I explained.

"What mysteries!?" Dexter asked as the wind calmed down.

"Thousands of years ago, before recorded history, the world was the domain of dragons. The magic users, who are my ascendants, imprisoned them here?" Chung I explained.

"In this enchanted glass?" The cloaked female asked.

"Yes." Chung I confirmed. "But something has gone wrong. The Dragons have found a way through my mind into the universal realm of dreams." he explained.

"Guess the magic users didn't think they could find a way out." Dexter assumed.

"It seems they did not, but now they are trying to get what they want." Chung I said

"What do they want?" Asked the cloaked female.

"To take back the world." Chung I explained as the dragon face once again appeared.

Back in the sewers, Mikey approached what looked to be a small self-made go-kart boat, planning to do a joy ride. "Time for a little green speed." He said before placing it in the water. "3,000 horsepower pure turbocharged fuel injected, madness, this baby is a sewer rocket." Mikey said as he got on it and started it up. "Set gears," Mikey then took off at full speed.

What he didn't know was that a Foot solider was watching him in secret and contacted his comrades. "I got him, I've got him, the mutant is underneath the park just west of 73rd." the ninja stated as his associates were listening on the other end. "It's on some stupid go-kart. Maybe he'll lead us to their lair." The ninja said as the rest were sent by Shredder to attack them.

Mikey kept riding through the sewer, enjoying his time cruising.

Back at the lair, Leo was again trying to try his brick breaking technique but was interrupted by Raph. "Before you break the bricks, tell me if I'm in your will."

"Yeah, I'm leaving you my self discipline." Leo said sarcastically.

"Yeah, I wonder how much you can sell that for." Raph joked as he and Donnie laughed.

Amy, however kept a straight face. "I'm already concerned enough as it is, so no more wisecracks, got it?" she said.

"Don't worry babe, I know what I'm doing." Leo assured his human girlfriend.

Mikey was still cruising through the sewers, but then went out of control. Mikey then put his helmet on, which he should have done before. when he realized he was about to crash.

At the same time Leo was about to finally break the bricks. When Mikey crashed through the wall at the exact same time Leo failed his task and bonked his head hard. Everyone cringed at the sight as "Ugh hospital" A dazed Leo said picking his head up and falling back down.

"How was I not expecting that to happen?" Amy sighed shaking her head.

Raph and Donnie walked up to the whole in the wall Mikey made. "Hey, that's not a bad place for a new door." Donnie commented.

"Good thing you wore a brain bucket." Raph added.

"Oh yeah, sewer surfing is all about safety." Mikey said.

"Well, not when it comes to you." Amy stated.

"Like, what's that supposed to mean?" Mikey asked her.

"Don't make me say it." Amy simply said before Leo walked up still dazed. "Here, I got you." Amy said as she generated small ice waves from her hands on Leo's head like an ice pack.

"I crashed in his head hurts?" Mikey asked

"Weird right?" Amy asked sarcastically.

Back in Splinters room he was once again meditating and was back in the dream realm. He then noticed that the realm now looked like it had been attacked by a supernatural force. "What is happening here?" Splinter asked

"Welcome ninja master." A strange demonic voice spoke up.

"This realm is reserved for the dreams of the enlightened, identify yourself!" Splinter demanded.

"I fear you're dreams have become nightmares ninja master." The voice said as some orange streams of light wrapped themselves around him, trapping him.

Chung I saw it from the glass "Dragons! I am Chung I , master of the eternal hours, I demand you release the ninja master, respond!" Chung I demanded when the dragon face appeared once more.

"Your services are no longer required, magician, soon we will use the dreams of man to gain entry into the world of man." The dragon face said before blasting Chung I with orange lightning sending him to the floor.

"No!" Dexter, who along with the female was watching from the distance, yelled before attempting to lunge at it but it moved for him to miss.

"There will be another to defeat you!" Chung I stated

"Surely, you don't mean this armature student of yours, or maybe, you'll send you're pretty daughter." the dragon face said before returning to the glass.

Raph had just returned to the lair from a bike ride, unaware that he had been followed home by some foot ninja's. Raph, had just entered the lair with the ninja's right behind. "He dude's what's the hap's?" Raph greeted the other's who noticed the ninja's behind him and gasped. They stood up and went into defensive position

"What, is it my breath?" Raph asked unaware.

"The next time you decide to invite company, phone first!" Mikey said pointing out the ninja's.

Raph turned to them the same time they began to attack, then the battle began with the four turtles and their human ally defending themselves. Donnie used a vacuum cleaner and trash clan lid as weapons against a few, while Leo used a table against one trapping him in the middle of it.

Amy used her powers to wrap her fists in ice which increased her punches, sending them flying on impact. She then joined Mikey on his fight on the stairs, just then the phone rang, "Wait!" Mikey called, pausing the fight to answer. 'Is he seriously taking a phone call in the middle of a fight?' Amy thought raising an eyebrow.

Mikey answered the phone and spoke, "Hello? No, you heard right, sour cream pizza, extra licorice." Mikey told the person on the other end.

"Mikey, can you go 5 minutes without thinking about pizza!" Amy said annoyed taking the phone out of his hand and hanging it up before continuing the fight.

The ninja's then retreated and the gang celebrated their victory, which was cut short when Mikey, noticed Splinter.

"Master?" Mikey asked tending to him. "Guy's come quick, somethings wrong with Splinter!" Mikey called as the others arrived in were worried when they saw him.

Back at the hut in China, Dexter and the cloaked female, were tending to Chung I. "There isn't much time You two must go to New York, to Splinter's home you are his only hope." Chung I said weakly before the cloaked female removed her hood revealing herself to be a female turtle similar to the brothers' with a mask lighter blue then Leo's before speaking up. "Yes Chung I we will do what you say, we'll to America." The female turtle said as Dexter put his hand on hers.

"We won't let you down, the dragons will pay." Dexter promised.

Once again I would like to thank my good friend Angelxoxoxoxo8 for giving me permission to use her famous TMNT universe to write this story, so basically what this is is a retelling of the 90's live action show 'The Next Mutation' but with Angel's character Amy, and my OC Dexter included, but incase any of you are wondering, No I do not plan to do the 90's movies or 87 series for her, if you want to see her versions of those I suggest you do what I did, write it yourself with her permission. Anyway sorry if this isn't as good as her actual works, I don't have as much experience as her on her, but I'm sure I'll get better overtime, stay tuned.
