Dawn becomes the next vampire slayer

Summary- One day this older guy Luke is following Dawn. Why he is following is suprising to some. She gets the news shes the next chosen vampire slayer.

authors note- Hello people I come in peace! Be nice this is my first Buffy fic! I stick mainly to The Outsiders. I hope you like it though. It may not follow to the best charachterization plots. I really do not watch the show often. I stick with Everwood and 7th heavan. No offence! My sister owns all but one season of Buffy, so i've seen enough to write a fic. Well enjoy!

Dawn's Pov

" Yeah I know what you mean. These tests are hard to pass." I said to my friend Angie. "I really think I failed the tests." Angie whined. "No, you did not. I bet you passed it with flying colors." I assured. "Thanks for believeing in me so much." she said. "I will always believe in you." I confirmed. Angie just smiled.

"Hey Dawn who is that guy over there? The one who keeps stareing at you?" Angie asked. I turned around to see a guy around his late thirtys staering at me. He was a tall man. He had blacl hair and blue eyes. He turned around quickly once he saw me stareing at him.

It was all day the guy followed me. I was walking home talking to Anigie when he confronted me. "What do you want?" I asked. A long silence. "I have came to guide you. You are the new chosen one." he confirmed.

I stared him in the eyes. "Why me?" I asked. "Its because slaying is in you blood young slayer." he confirmed.

"Who are you?" I asked. "I'm Luke van Calson." he confirmed."Why don't you just leave me alone Luke?" I asked.

"If thats your wished I will return soon. You are the chosen one and you will have to full fill the duties of a slayer. Its up to you to slay. No one else will again be chosen till your death." he said.

I turned around for a second. Then the next thing I know when I turn back around he is gone. I walk home in silence. I sprawled across my bed when I arrived home. Buffy came in after me.

Whats up Dawn?" Buffy asked. "This guy named Luke was bugging me thats all." I told half of the truth. That was all Buffy needed to know before she exited again.

I was laying thier just thinking. Then I thought maybe I should ask Giles about this. With this I fell asleep. I slept peacefully.

The next day at school I went to the libary to find Giles. I spotted him at the desk reading.

"Hey Giles!" I called. "Hey Dawn!" he greeted. "Giles yesterday this guy name Luke was following me. He confronted me and said I was the chosen slayer. He said it was in my blood is why." I explained.

"Well since your sister Buffy was the current slayer, You were chosen. It is really because its in your blood. It's the top determineing factor of who will full fill the slayed duties" Giles explained.

I stood there stunned. "What happens if I fell to accept the duties of being the slayer?" I asked. "Well for starters you will be the slayer till your death. If you fail to do the duties then vampires may take over Sunnydale and start movieng towards world domination." Giles explained.

Why was I the one stuck with this diffucult decision? I sat up all day in night balanceing both ways of the deal. I would not get to do what I wanted to do if I accept. Then again if i refuse the world and the people is at risk.

I layed thier. I finally came to my decision. A hard decision, but my final.

Well review and tell me what you think. Okay don't take this wrong, I accept flames. I decided against deleting any flame. Flames will be laughed at.I love getting suggestions. I know I have grammer and spelling problems. If you notice it tell me. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Don't think me mean cause I really am not. I just hate flamers.
