A day went by after the fight with Den-O. Bella was relaxing in the hot spring as she was just lying there wrapped in a towel. She was stuck in a depression like state as she was remembering her times with the Imagins.

"I can't shake off this feeling. It just sucks…" She said as she submerged her head under the water and ran her fingers through her head before coming up for air. "Only one more Rider. I need to strategize my next fight. It's not every day you fight a vampire."

Bella got out of the water as she walked back to the cabin and changed into her clothes and began blowing her hair. She started combing herself and checking her face as she began to apply some makeup.

When she was done, she sat in a wooden chair and looked at her Rider Cards laid out on the table. She picked up the Ex-Aid and Build Rider Cards.

"I know I was supposed to use Ex-Aid and Muteki in the last fight but I'm going to hold onto it for something special. Muteki has a very good powerset that'll give me an upper hand over Tobias and Erica. This fight with Kiva will be with Build and Build Genius." Bella fell back on the chair and placed her hands over her face. "It's almost over. I just need to beat Kiva and I won't have to kill anymore Riders. Once I get Kiva, I'm going to kill Erica before she can get too Travis. I wish I knew what world Travis was in, I could just hop over there and let Kiva be. I wonder if what I'm going through is similar to what Travis went through becoming a Rider?" Bella took a deep breath as she stood up and scooped up all her cards and placed then into the card holders she had attached to her right hip. She checked to see if the NeoDecadriver was held securely in the strap holder on her left hip then opened a portal to get ready for her next battle.

Erica was wondering the halls of the Shocker organization, "It always feels so empty in this giant domain with just the two of us. We definitely could use some henchmen." She laughed as she was skipping down the halls. Suddenly a black mist formed in front of her as Tobias appeared through it bleeding down his shoulder and was seething in rage.

"That piece of shit!" He roared as a black wave of energy shot out from him causing cracks in the ground and walls.

Erica ran towards him as she placed her hands on his shoulder, "What happened to you?! Who did this?!"

"DON'T TOUCH ME BITCH!"

Tobias back fisted Erica in the chest sending her through the wall as he walked towards the entrance.

"What the hell is wrong with you!?" Erica said as she got up in a pissed off state.

"Travis has gotten much stronger than I anticipated." He said angrily.

"Do you think that gives you any reason to hit me!?" Erica said as she charged at Tobias. Tobias placed his hands up as a wave of energy shot out and froze Erica in place.

"Don't forget who created your Ridewatch and gave it to you. Even when I give you all your power back, you can't hurt your creator. I specifically made it to where you can't hurt me no matter what you do. A safety precaution you could say. As for my anger towards you, don't think I don't know either about you visiting Travis and exposing my plan to him. Where do you think you get off doing something like that? Everything I have laid out has been planned and ever since you've been brought on board all you've done is tear everything I've worked on to pieces and I'm getting really sick of it." He said as he tightened his grip on Erica. She was beginning to choke as a hand print showed on her throat.

"Please…I'm sorry…" She begged.

Tobias released his grip on her as she kneeled to the ground coughing. He then hovered over her.

"So, we are having a change of plans. You are going to not kill Travis, instead once Bella finishes her fight with Kiva, you are going to get all your power back and you will go and fight her." He said as he grabbed the hair on Erica's head.

"But we decided that us fighting the other Rider would be a safe bet so if they got the upper hand somehow, they will die either way." She said with a look of fear on her face.

"You'll be fine if I give you all your power. Now go check on Bella and report back to me. Once she's sealed Kiva, we'll get you ready to fight her." Tobias said as he tugged her by the hair and tossed Erica away from her before walking through a black portal.

"Travis must've done something to piss him off if he's acting like this. What did he do is the question?" Erica said holding her head. She looked over and saw the device that would belong to Bella after she got all the Riders sealed. "I'm gonna rip you apart and then I'm going straight for your lover. I'll rip him to shreds." Erica summoned out a dark portal as she vanished to another world.

Bella appeared in what looked like a dark and decrepit city. Everywhere up and down was just screaming like scenes out of a horror movie with a little bit of an apocalypse. Buildings were damaged, there was dry blood that covered the streets and windows, broken glass and damaged vehicles littered everywhere. "What the hell happened here?" She wondered as she was walking in circles looking at her environment.

As she was slowly walking around, she heard a scream as she turned around and saw a woman running in pure terror from a creature that was hunting her down. Bella quickly pulled out her belt and placed it on her waist. Two clear fangs appeared above the victim who was running and they pierced her neck and began sucking out her life force. Her body became transparent and then vanished. The creature stared at Bella but before she could get a good like at its features, a golden blade pierced the back side of the monster and its body shattered like a paint-stained glass. Standing on the other side was a gold vampire like Kamen Rider. The Rider reverted back to their human self as Bella's jaw became agape as she saw who Kamen Rider Kiva was.

"You have got to be kidding me…" She said as the person who was Kiva, was Travis.

The man who looked like Travis was wearing a torn black leather trench coat with a white plain t-shirt underneath. He had a red scarf with black stripes that was wrapped around his neck and black cargo shorts with chains on them and matching colored leather boots with red laces.

A red and gold bat was fluttering next to his face as it began talking to him.

"Is that…Bella?" He said to Travis.

Travis stared Bella down with a stoic and emotionless expression. He raised his finger up to her.

"Who are you? You're not Bella and you're not a Fangire. Why do you look like my dead wife?" He asked with a very masculine tone in his voice.

"Do you remember fighting a man named Apollo Geist?" Bella asked him.

"I do not know the name, but I feel like this meeting is not just by mere coincidence." Travis began walking towards her with his hands in his pockets.

"It's not anything pleasant I promise you that." Bella said as her heart was beating a mile a minute as she saw a variant of Travis that she had never seen before. "He's really dark and broody. I don't know how to handle this." She thought as she was blushing.

Travis stood hovering over her as he placed his hands on her jaw and began observing her.

"I had a feeling this time would come. I was given a dream that has been plaguing me for the last few months when my Queen died by a man in a white cape. I was the only one who was left alive. Everyone else was killed and sealed into cards, including my own Dark Kiva powers. In the dream I died by a woman who wore my wife's face and had the same name as her. I was told to lay my life down willingly and that I would be brought back to life by the same one who kills me. I don't know what kind of lame story is being written here, but my world is falling apart due to the Fangire's sudden rampage and hundreds of people a day are dying. Our society has collapsed and the only way to return it back to normal is by me exterminating every single one of these vermin." He said as he turned his back on Bella.

"Your dreams weren't dreams. They were a prediction. You're not the only Rider I have encountered with the same prediction, there's been others." Bella told him.

"You may look like my dead lover, but don't expect that to be a reason for me to lay and die. In my prediction it was no matter what I did, the fight we would have will happen no matter what." Travis said in a low tone. The gold bat named Kivat began flapping his wings and hovering around Travis. Travis then slowly turned around with a scary look on his face. "But I can't just leave my kingdom when I'm in the middle of changing history. I can't rest until every single Fangire eithers bows to me, or dies by me. If you want this power then you need to fight for it and I'm not so easily beaten. KIVAT!"

"Kivat here! Here we go! Gabut!"

Kivat opened his mouth as Travis grabbed him and placed him on the palm of his hands as the teeth sunk into his skin and painted glass tattoo like designs went up his arm and covered his face.

"Henshin." He said as he held Kivat out in front of him as a red belt appeared around his waist and silver chains formed around his waist turning into the belt straps. He placed Kivat upside down as ripples began to form around him and his Rider Form appeared. He had a black leather under suit with red veins on his arms and a red chestplate. He had silver shoulder armor pads with chains wrapped around them and a silver bat wing closed up and wrapped with the same chains and silver bracelets. His face mask was red with giant bat eyes that had yellow inside them. He had a silver insect mouthpiece and once his transformation was done, the city was encased in darkness and a red moon illuminated the entire city and a creepy fog formed around the battlefield.

"He can change the scenery of the battlefield?! Of course, the last Rider I need to beat is gonna be insane." Bella said as she placed her driver on her waist and pulled it open as she pulled out a different Rider Card. "We are going to go a little different in this transformation." She said as she slid the card into her belt.

"Kamen Ride: B-B-Build! RABBIT! TANK! BEST MATCH! HAGANE NO MOONSAULT! RABBIT! TANK! Yeah!"

A blue and red set of pipes appeared around her in a rectangle like shape as each end of the rectangle began forming a side of her body armor. Smoke began forming off of them and then each end of the rectangle slammed into Bella's body forming her new form.

Bella had a black under suit and on her right section of the body was red and then turned to blue on her left side with a red stripe near the midsection. Her right leg had blue stripes around it and blue shoes while her left foot had red but white springs wrapped around her calf. Her head was blue on the top right and a blue eye with an antenna sticking out and on the left side red with a light pink eye with a bunny ear coming off it.

Travis and Bella were staring each other down as a light wind blew through the town. Bella slightly crouched down and then began hopping at fast speed making her way up to Travis. She came towards him at the side but Travis quickly did a twirl in the air and as Bella was just about to fully pass him, he grabbed her by the leg, stood on the ground, raised her body up in the air, and slammed her into the pavement. He then picked her up as she was dazed at what had just happened. Travis then took a boxing style stance as he began throwing at jabs at her and smashing at her face before raising his left foot and slamming it into her chest as a force of power sent her flying into a car behind her where she bent it in half.

"You're fighting style is just hers. She was always the cunning one when she dawned the power of Kiva." Travis said as he pulled out a whistle.

Bella's vision was all blurry as she was trying to get everything to stop spinning around.

"She used to be Kiva?" Bella said dazed.

"I had the power of Dark Kiva. I was overwhelmed in my own darkness for the longest time. Always having to struggle on my own, unable to trust anyone around me because trusting others in this world just gets you killed. Then one day, one of my own turned their back on me. They left me for dead and I was in the middle of a fight with someone who dawned a giant white cape and a medieval helmet. He sealed my powers as Dark Kiva and as he went to finish me off, I was saved by my world's Bella. She drove off the caped attacker and nursed me back to health. She came to realize that I was Dark Kiva shortly after, me who was the killer of her parents. But even with that knowledge, she took care of me. Over time I began to develop feelings for her, and the regret of things I have done. She completely changed me. We got married and had a child together. Everything was going so well for us, but then that fateful night happened. We had Queen and Rook ambush us at our home. Without my Kivat I was powerless to fight back and she tried her best to hold them back. She killed Rook, but Queen got the upper hand and shoved her claws through her chest right in front of me. Kivat left her and came to me, giving me the power for revenge. Queen vanished after killing Bella and it was on that night as I held my dead wife's corpse in my arms. I was going to show the Fangires who rules them. I was going to lay to waste every Fangire or I was going to force them into submission. I took up the power of Kiva to get back at Queen. Still to this day I have yet to find her. But I will and she will fall with my very own hand pulling out her heart."

Travis placed the whistle into Kivat's mouth.

"WAKE UP!"

Travis began to float up into the air in an upside-down fashion as a red fog began forming around the battlefield. Bella's vision began to fix itself as she looked up to see Kivat breaking the chains on Travis's foot as the silver wings stretched out and a bunch of black bats began fluttering all around him. He crossed his arms over as he came down with his winged foot extended out. Bella pulled out another card as she prepared for his attack.

"Attack Ride: Illusion."

Five copies of Bella all stood in front of her as they took each attack. Bella then pulled out another card and slid it in as she unsheathed her sword.

"Attack Ride: Slash"

She brought the sword over her head and stepped to the side as she swung her blade down in a curve slamming it into Kiva's chest. She put as much force as she could behind the swing as sparks were flying off his suit and Travis was sent flying through a school bus nearby. All of the illusions vanished and Bella pulled out another card.

"You aren't fooling anyone. I know Kiva can take a hit better than a lot of the other Riders before." Bella said as she slid the next card in.

"Attack Ride: Blast"

She put the sword in gun mode and fired off four bullets that all zoomed over the battlefield. Two of them caused holes in the bus allowing oil and gas to leak while the other two hit the ground causing a massive explosion as flames formed rapidly.

"You have your reasons to keep on living, and I have mine. Even if you are my boyfriend in another world, it's not going to stop me from finishing my journey." Bella said as she began walking towards the fiery inferno. A gold dragon brace began zipping all over the battlefield.

"Tension Fortissmo! I have arrived! Henshin!"

The dragon said as it dove head first into the inferno and a gust of wind shot out causing the flames to dissipate. The dragon slashed through the chains on Kiva's shoulder armor turning them into wings as gold bats began flying outwards and colliding into random parts of the body. Kiva's body began transforming into a gold like figure and a fiery flame draped down his back. He waved the back away as it turned into a bright red cape.

Kiva had a black under suit with gold shoulder armors with a bat wing design on them and gold arm braces and legs. He had silver wrist braces, shoes, and knee guards. There was a red chest plate with three green orbs down the middle. The chest plate had a red wing design at the top. His face mask had a crescent gold moon upside down with light blue curved lines underneath followed by giant red bat wing like eyes and a black mouthpiece in the shape of a bat that was also upside down. On his left wrist was the golden dragon with a spinning dial on the back under its head.

The flames covering the entire area around Kiva vanished from the strong gust of wind as he shook off his cape. In his right hand was a giant sword with a long gold handle and a gold tip. The blade was made of crystals and there was a giant gold bat with red outlines biting on the bottom of the blade.

"My world's Bella created the Zanvat Sword. This sword brings fear to the Fangires and serves as a beacon of hope to what Bella wanted. A coexistence between Fangires and Humans. This form was made by her too. A type of irony plays out before us as you fight against a power that your other self has created." Travis said to her.

Bella pulled out a card but Travis was quick at releasing a red curved blade at her. She put a lot of her body weight on her red foot as she hopped high up into the air. She came down with a Rider Kick and Travis placed both hands on the handle and lifted the sword pointing directly to her.

"So, you choose to die by being impaled by this blade? You aren't all that intelligent if you think I'm going to let you get this attack in on me." Travis said as he reeled back the sword and thrust it. Right before contact Bella summoned out a portal as she zoomed through it. Travis lowered his word and was looking around for her. "What was that?!" He said as he was looking around in circles for her. Suddenly Bella appeared behind him with her sword and went to slash at him, but Travis caught wind of this and hurled around keeping the sword close tuck to his body as he blocked her slash and Bella was putting a lot of her body weight behind her attack as she was slowly shoving Travis backwards.

"Dang was really hoping I'd get you on a surprise attack." Bella said.

"You don't think your other self wasn't a clever little trickster in combat? You'll have to try better." Travis said to her.

"Tell me, can the power of Kiva Emperor do anything like this?" Bella said as she vanished and a portal above his head opened as Bella came soaring down and slashing at Kiva's back before lifting her feet and kicking him away from her. She pulled out another card and slid it in her belt.

"Attack Ride: Blast"

She put her sword in gun mode and fired away as Kiva blocked the blasts with his sword. Bella took this moment to get close to him as she raised her sword above her head. Travis then did a rising block as he anticipated her strike, but then Bella lowered her blade and did a circle around him as she slashed at his side and then his back. Travis then backflipped into the air and moved to face her as he brought his sword down to strike her and Bella did a hanging block and placed her free hand behind the back of her blade. Travis was hovering in the air with his blade pressed against hers as his cape was moving up with the wind.

"You fight well, I'll give you that. But this fight needs to come to an end. I can't let my world that my Bella tried so hard to liberate from the fear of the Fangires come to an end. I must carry out her dream, it's the only way I can find closure on the path I'm on!"

Travis was placing so much pressure on Bella while in the air and it was taking her everything she had to stay in her defensive position.

"Trust me I wish I could find a better way to get what we both want! I don't want to take your life or your world! But if I don't, I'm going to lose my Travis. He will die fighting something that he can never win against unless I'm there! I've had time to learn on my journey that I can't get what I want unless I'm ready to fight for it. That the things that I want demands sacrifices regardless if I like them or not! You should understand better than any Rider I've fought of where I'm coming from otherwise you would've never picked up the Kiva Belt and you would've stayed as Dark Kiva!" Bella claimed as she summoned out a portal underneath her feet and vanished in it as Kiva slammed into the ground above it. Bella then reappeared some feet in front of him holding another card.

"I promise you that I'll bring everything back. All 9 of you Riders will get your world's back, your journey will continue and when I have resurrected your entire world, I will never pick up this belt ever again. I know I'm not deservant of being a Kamen Rider. I'm no hero with the piles of bodies that lay at my feet. But I plan on fixing my wrongs and facing whatever the consequences of my actions will be." Bella said as she opened her belt.

"What if should you fail? My Bella failed in her journey trying to make a dream that she couldn't make ever come true! She gave the same speech of hope that illuminated the citizens of this country and then was killed! I took up the mantle of Kiva to be her replacement! You don't have anyone to take up the mantle if you die! Why should I let you kill me if you're chances of success aren't even high?!" He said to her in anger.

"I wish I could give you an answer that could satiate you, but I'm going to need you to just trust me." Bella replied as she slid the card in.

"Final Kamen Ride: B-B-Build! Genius!"

"Great! All Yeah! Yeahh! Yeahhh! Yeahhhh! "Are you ready?! Muketsu no bottle Yaro! Build Genius! Sugei! Monosugei! "

Blue pipes with a conveyor belt line formed in a four-foot circle around Bella with the industrial tubes forming behind her and a plateau under her foot. A bunch of grey colored mini bottles began filling the conveyor belts as the bottles slam into Bella creating a silver under suit with white armor around her legs up to her knees, elbows to arms, and shoulders to mid chest. Every white armor had bottles sticking out. On her right side was a bunch of magenta, red, and orange bottles with blue and purple bottles on the back of her right leg and stacked on top of the right side of face as a giant eye piece. On the right side she had orange lines that connected to a gold gear in the middle of her chest with 60 very small bottles of different shades of color forming a circle inside the gear. There was a crooked looking lightning bolt design in the middle of it. On her left side was the blue and purple bottles sticking out matching the same position as the right side of her harm. Her legs had the red, orange, and magenta bottles sticking out in the same position of her left leg and left side of her face. In the middle of her face was a gold circle with a variety of colors inside it and a white helmet with black streaks down the back of the forehead. She had orange lines on her left leg and blue lines on the right. Every line ended at the centerpiece of the gold dial on her chest.

"I grow tired of this. I'll end this and go to finish my journey." Travis said as he pulled on the gold dragon's mouth and the dial in the middle began to spin. A red bat symbol appeared as a dark red energy mist formed around his right foot. Travis stretched his arms out wide and Bella pulled out a gold card.

"Either way you're going to die." She said as she slid the card into her belt.

"Final Attack Ride: B-B-Build!"

Bat wings formed on the sides of Kiva's leg as he hovered off the ground and came soaring towards Bella as they were slashing all around.

Bella had a bunch of rose vines shoot out from the ground to try and bind Kiva, but the bat wing kept slashing through them all.

"This is gonna hurt…" Bella said under her breath as her right side began to light up and a variety of rainbow energy formed around her fist. She reached her shoulder back and slammed her fist into Kiva's foot as a shockwave of energy shot throughout the battlefield shattering every piece of glass around them. The red wings began stabbing into her arm but Bella held her ground as she was trying to overpower Kiva's kick. Kiva was still holding his sword as he raised and was ready to throw it at Bella. But the moment he lifted the sword, he saw a woman's hand touch his.

"It's okay babe. Take a break. You'll be back."

Kiva's version of Bella was next to him as a tear ran down Travis's face inside the mask.

"How can you be so sure that I'll be back?" Travis said facing her.

"Just trust me." She said to him.

The wings stopped stabbing into Bella's arm and then the plants erupted out of the ground due to Bella's power as they held Kiva in place and the left side of her body lit up and the rainbow aura surrounded her feet. The plants positioned Kiva standing in front of her as Bella raised her foot and slammed it into his chest as he was sent flying into a thick cement pillar holding a building up. The building then collapsed on him but Bella moved at intense speed as she got inside and dragged him out just before it buried him.

Travis had reverted back to his human form all torn up. Kivat and the gold dragon were flying around him. Bella opened her belt and pulled out her Rider Card as she reverted back to her human self.

"That fight was basically yours. Why did you throw it away?" Bella asked him.

Travis kept his head held up while lying on his back on the ground.

"Because my Bella told me it was time to go. She's never led me astray before and whenever she's told me things were going to be okay, outside of when she went and died, everything did. It's funny, maybe her death was necessary in a way for your journey to come to a full completion." He said with a slight smile.

Bella pulled out the Kiva card as the negative images transformed into Kiva's mask and colors.

"I'm going to restore everyone's worlds. I promise you that." Bella said to Travis.

"Not much I can do now, but I wish you the best. At least I'll get to see my Bella one last time. Considering everything I've been through, maybe a nice little break wouldn't be so bad." Travis said as Bella slid the card in.

The world began to fade away and Bella summoned out a portal and appeared back at the cabin. When she arrived, Bella started getting ready to recover her wounds in the hot springs. She grabbed towel and fresh clothes from the closet. She was thinking long about her journey so far.

"I have all 9 Kamen Riders powers. The last thing I need to do is take the fight to Erica and end this once and for all." Bella said.

She approached the hot springs to find someone who was already sitting inside. The person turned around and Bella dropped everything in her hands to the ground and her mouth opened as she saw Erica just enjoying herself.

"Why hello there, other me." Erica said with a huge wicked smile on her face.
