It was all his fault, the way Summer had promised herself that she would never,ever have a break down over a guy. He helped her break that promise.

"I got to go." Summer said, getting up and pulling on her jacket. She slipped on her shoes and ran out her door.
It was pouring outside. She didn't care. She had to tell him. Her car was gone, so she cursed under her breath, and started running towards his house.
She knocked rapidly on his front door. Her hand was shaking from the coolth and her body was totally and completely soaked. She rang the doorbell twice, and someone came to answer. Just who she'd been looking for.
"Summer, you look like a drowned rat." Seth laughed. His smile faded when he looked at her serious face. "Do you want to come in?"
Summer shook her head: no. Instead, she inched closer to him and a small smile spred across her face as she took his bottom lip between both of hers.
