Just a quick update to my fans:
The news of Jerry Orbach's passing has saddening me greatly, but I will not give up writing stories about the wonderful character that he gave form and voice to, in fact maybe that will be my tribute to him to keep Lennie Briscoe alive in stories.
Jerry Orbach said he didn't know "where I stop and Lennie starts, really. ... I know he's tougher than me and he carries a gun. And I'm not an alcoholic."
"I know I wouldn't want to be him," he summed up. "I guess THAT'S where I stop and he starts."
Jerry Orbach has been taken from us, but he leaves us a legacy, let's keep it alive as a tribute to him.
Give me a few days to grieve and then I promise I'll post some things from my hard drive and I'll get back to Behind the Eight Ball
