AN: Hi, okay so here's chapter 2 and.. well I don't have much to say accept thanks again to Angelxoxo8 for letting me use her OC and universe to write this story, and for those of you who have doubts about this story, just think of Amy and my OC Dexter as replacements for April O'Neil and Casey Jones in a way. Anyway on with the chapter.

East Meets West: Part 2

Later that night in the sewer lair Splinter was still in his trance laying on his bed with Amy and the Turtles watching him with concern.

"I'm worried Leo." Raph said with the rare concern in his voice.

"We got to do something, what's wrong with him?" Leo asked Donnie with worry.

"I don't know I can't wake him up." Donnie admitted also worried.

"I'll get a doctor." Raph stated

"Don't you mean a veterinarian?" Donnie responded with slight annoyance.

"You might as well grab four nurses while you're at it." Mikey joked earning laughs from the others much to Amy's annoyance.

"Okay first of all, If we did get medical help I highly doubt that they'll believe us about a giant humanoid rat in a mental trance, and second, How can you tell joke's at a time like this!?" Amy just couldn't believe her mutant friends could be acting so immature while their surrogate father was in a serious state.

"Oh come on Ames, were just trying to lighten the mood." Mikey tried to reason.

Amy sighed pinching the bridge of her nose "You know sometimes I-" Amy was interrupted when a crash was suddenly heard prompting the five to assume battle positions.

"What was that?" Donnie asked

"We've got company." Leo answered spinning his sword.

"The Foot's back?" Raph asked

"I hope so." Donnie responded with confidence in his voice

"It does seem like the appropriate time for them to show up." Amy agreed releasing some Ice fumes from her hands.

Another crash was heard followed by mysterious orbs falling from the ceiling knocking out the lights as the group called out in the darkness.

"Guys!?" Suddenly Amy was grabbed from behind by a mysterious figure but she managed to escape and kick back and into the sewer section of the lair. Amy took a fighting stance as her attacker expertly sprung back up to his feet reveling himself as Dexter, the young man from china with the female turtle, Amy attempted to punch him but, almost at the speed of light, he caught her fist in his hand and kicked the back of her feet, knocking her on her back just a second later. Shocked by how quickly her attacker managed to counter her own attack and turn the tables, Amy resorted to using her powers and blasted an ice ball at him, but Dexter quickly formed a forcefield around himself to deflect it.

'What the?' Amy mouthed to herself in shock. Dexter then lunged at her, but she backflipped to escape, Dexter managed to grab her leg but she jumped out of his grasp but her pocket was torn causing her wallet to fall out opening to the picture of her parents when it landed. Amy tried to tackle him but Dexter again quickly grabbed her and pinched a nerve on the back of her neck causing her to become unconscious.

"You looked like you could use some rest." Dexter told her with a smirk, he then looked down at her opened wallet and noticed a certain picture that looked familiar to him.

Opening Credits

Back at the lair the lights were turned back on, while Amy and Dexter were sparring the female turtle had taken care of the brothers and tied them to the ceiling by their feet, while Dexter tied the unconscious Amy to a chair. The five awoke to see Dexter and the cloaked female turtle in their lair.

The cloaked turtle approached Splinter's room "Get away from him, Splinter's sick!" Leo called out to her.

"Your master isn't sick, he has been trapped in the realm of dreams by scheming dragons." The cloaked turtle explained much to the Turtle's confusion. "My name is Mei pei chi and this is Dexter.

"A girl turtle?" Donnie asked in shock the four male turtles remained silent before laughing much to the annoyance of the other three.

"Want me to whack them?" Dexter asked

"I would." Amy said annoyed

"Hey quiet girly, I got questions for you?" Dexter sternly told her.

"Dexter we must focus on our mission." Mei pei chi reminded him.

"She has a picture of my father in her wallet and I wanna know why." Dexter said holding up Amy's wallet showing said picture.

"Your father?!" Amy asked shocked catching the attention of the turtles "Those are my parents."

"Oh please, you think I wouldn't recognize my own father's face?" Dexter asked pulling out an exact same looking picture out of his jacket. Everyone stared in shock until Mikey broke the Silence.

"Bum, bum, buuummm!" Mikey said at an actually appropriate time.

"That's it I'm whacking him!" Dexter said walking towards him until Mei Pei chi held him back.

Later the five were cut free and attempted to learn more about their new guests. The turtles surrounded Mei pei chi who was sitting in a meditation position.

"Okay 'Girl Turtle' let's try this again, you claim you were found 17 years ago here in New York?" Questioned her with some doubt.

"My master, the Shamon Chung I found me swimming in your city's Chinatown swimming in a drainage ditch." Mei pei chi explained.

"Uh you know I uh work out every day." Mikey said flexing his not-so-big biceps much to the female turtles annoyance.

"She's tripping." Raph commented

"She herbaceous." Mikey added

"She's here, it just isn't probable Splinter must have missed her.' Donnie theorized.

"There was a fifth turtle in the jar with us." Leo concluded.

"Okay so that explains her but what about this whole my father being his father thing?" Amy asked

"Okay so, Dexter is it? are you sure this man in the picture is your dad?" Donnie asked

"Of course, I mean I've never actually met him, he left before I was born but my mom gave me that photo when I was little." Dexter explained

"Wait, what about the woman in the picture is she your Mom?" Donnie asked

"No, she looks too kind and caring and...sane, to be my mom." Dexter said

"So this woman isn't your mother but this man is your father?" Donnie asked as Dexter just nodded in response " How old are you?" Donnie asked

"19" Dexter answered

"And Amy, how long were your parents married before you were born?" Donnie asked his female human friend.

"One year, and they dated for eight months before they got married why?" Amy asked with a raised eyebrow.

Donnie looked as if he were doing math in his head before responding "Well based on your respective ages and birth dates, It seems like you two are half siblings."

"I have a half brother?" Amy asked in shock

"I have a half sister?" Dexter asked confused as well.

"But wait how did you figure that out just by our ages?" Amy asked clearly not getting how Donnie was able to figure out their relation through just that.

"Well, since you're two years younger than him and if your father last saw his mother before he was born it's most likely he met your mother, married her and had you in just the two years in between and clearly Dexter had to have been born either around the same time or before your parents even met." Donnie explained making it make somewhat more sense.

"Okay, then how did you end up meeting each other?" Amy asked the newcomers as Mei Pei Chi began.

"Chung I thought I represented good luck and took me back to China with him. A few years later he found Dexter alone on the streets here in New York and took him under his wing along with me, together Dexter and I were trained in the internal arts to replace him as master shaman one day." The female turtle explained.

"You ain't a ninja?" Raph asked

"No, I am shinobi." Mei pei chi clarified.

"You're a full fledged mutant hottie." Mikey idiotically added prompting the female turtle to whack him.

"Do not call me 'mutant' or 'hottie'!" she firmly stated.

"No, he means you're like us, a mutant: An individual or organism that has undergone an aberrant genetic change ." Donnie explained much to Dexter's annoyance.

"Why do I want to punch him so bad?" Dexter asked

"Hey guys I just realized Dexter and I are similar as well, when we were fighting earlier he was moving so fast I could barley get a hold of him and when I tried to freeze him he created a forcefield around him." Amy pointed out shocking the turtles.

"Wait you have powers too?" Mikey asked getting up.

"Yes, but that's not important right now." Dexter answered before mei pei chi continued.

"Our master was part of an ancient sect who stood guard over a looking glass that imprisoned evil Dragons for thousands of years. The Dragons have made their way into the realm of dreams an in-between place shared by advanced masters and deep thinker." She explained

"In other words, your master has basically been 'Freddy Krugered' Ninja style." Dexter explained alternatively as the others gave him a confused look. "What? I know about American cinema."

"So you're saying Splinter has been abducted into a dream world by dragons, is that right?" Donnie questioned.

"That is correct ." She confirmed as Mikey was eying her weirdly before Amy shot some Ice at his neck making him jump away.

"I see what about Leprechauns are there any Leprechauns there? How about Unicorns?" Donnie asked not believing what he was hearing as he and his brothers laughed.

"You guys are mutant humanoid talking turtles who live in a sewer and fight crime and that sounds ridiculous to you?" Amy asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Burn" dexter quickly said smirking.

"Anything is possible, but if we don't act soon I fear your Splinter will suffer the same unspeakable fate as our master." Mei pei chi said with serious determination.

Meanwhile, the shredder was still plotting his next move which only brought more trouble for Amy and the turtles. He sat on his throne speaking to the same banged up ninja's from before. "I have lost face tonight I've been humiliated and you are responsible." Shredder said angrily.

"It's his fault." the first ninja accused his companion.

"Liar!" The second spoke up in defense. " I was sick, I had to take my grandmother to the dentist.

Shredder spoke up not at all pleased with the excuses. "You despicable idiots."

The second ninja then broke down crying much to Shredders annoyance "Get up and stop your whining, you're acting like a yellow bloodless caterpillar." Shredder said as the ninjas both rose. "We will attack again tonight, we will crush them with the entire clan, we will lead The Foot into a frenzy and then we will destroy the freaks once and for all! Shredder declared with determination.

"That's brilliant master." the first ninja spoke up.

Meanwhile, back at the sewer lair, Dexter was sitting in the sewer area thinking when Amy decided to confront her supposed 'Half-Brother' still skeptical of the idea that they have the same father. "Hey." Amy simply said walking up to him.

"Hello." Dexter replied casually.

Sighing, Amy decided to just cut to the chase "Okay look, let's just say, for the sake of argument, that somehow my father is also your father, How come he never knew about you? and why did you live on the streets when you were a kid?" Amy asked calmly in an attempt to be friendly.

Dexter silently chuckled before answering "Okay where do I begin? My mom really loved him, he was the best thing in her life when he and her were together, so when he abandoned her, she got so upset and it drove her crazy and when I was born she took it out on me, until one day when I was just seven years old, She abandoned me on the streets, per request of one of her many boyfriends. I spent most of my time there having to do certain things to people and/or let people do certain things to me to survive. One this group of scientists found me and took me in but it turned out that they just wanted me as a test subject for an experiment where they were trying to modify this ooze that turned people into monsters, so that instead it could give people superhuman powers, much like your ice powers."

Amy felt both sympathetic and interested "And that explains the forcefield and superhuman agility, the experiment worked."

"Mostly see, since it was still in the testing phase there was one little side-effect." Dexter added

"What kind of side-effect?" Amy asked with a raided eyebrow.

"This!" Dexter said taking off one of his gloves reveling his hand which had what looked like lizard scales and claws causing Amy to jump back in disgust.

"Whoa! You have...Lizard hands!" Amy said in shock .

"Actually just the one, see." Dexter took off his other glove reveal his other hand which was normal. "I managed to escape and later I was found by Chung I and met Mei pei chi they were the closest thing I had to a real family. Let's go we have a rat to save." Dexter said walking back to the lair Amy processed what she had just heard before following.

"Are you sure this is safe?" Donnie asked as he tended to Splinter.

"Safe, no. Necessary, yes. Dexter and I need to cross over into the realm of dreams to find your master Splinter." Mei pei chi explained.

"You see, since he's trapped inside by his dreams we can only free him from inside." Dexter added

"But what do we do if we get trapped in dreamville? It ain't like we can take the Q train." Raph asked with skepticism.

"I don't require protection." Mei pei chi said with determination.

"Then why are you bringing him?" Raph asked gesturing to Dexter.

"Because this concerns me too." Dexter responded with slight attitude as he and Mei pei chi then began to enter the dream realm.

Once inside the realm the first thing the two noticed was Splinter restrained by small energy spheres by the dragon leader who gave a maniacal laugh. "It pains me that you cannot grasp the merit of our cause, little scratch." The dragon taunted.

"The realm of dreams is a peaceful refuge from fools who would do others harm." Splinter responded.

Dexter attempted to attack but Mei pei chi gestured for him to wait.

"The world of man was once the world of dragons, humans imprisoned us with deceit and magic. What would you do ninja rat, If you and your kind were imprisoned unfairly? Would you not try to escape, to reclaim what is yours?" The dragon asked in a threatening tone.

"I live in a world of humans, and I have known several who possess good hearts, especially one whom I have come to think of as my daughter!" Splinter defended before a smaller crazy looking dragon creature appeared out of thin air.

"Human hearts are delicious, but I prefer the eyes! I wonder how this rat's eyes would taste, majesty." the crazy dragon spoke.

"You'll have to forgive my loyal and obedient servant, 'Wicked'. the dragon leader said referring to the smaller dragon. "I'm afraid he hasn't enjoyed solid meat in some fifteen thousand years." He explained

"Your servant is a nincompoop! Why have you taken me hostage!?" Splinter demanded.

"Don't worry ninja rat, they will come for you soon." The dragon leader said menacingly.

"Fool! My pupils cannot dream walk." Splinter argued.

"Oh, but they will learn." the dragon leader responded with a fearful tone.

"And how is that?" Splinter asked skeptically.

"They will teach them!" The dragon leader said turning around gesturing to Mei pei chi and Dexter obviously knowing they were there the entire time.

"Let's get out of here!" Dexter said as they left back to the real world.

Later, Dexter and Mei pei chi were out exploring central park as Dexter was sharing his thoughts with his lifelong turtle friend. "I always knew my father left for a reason but not once did I imagine it would be for another family nor did I imagine having a long lost half-sister. With all of this dragon chaos going on at the same time it's a lot to take in." Dexter vented making the female turtle comfort him.

"Dexter, I know you have a lot to take in now, but currently we must focus on saving the ninja master from the dragons." Mei pei chi said placing her hand on Dexter's normal one. "And besides you don't have to face this alone." She said with a smile making Dexter feel grateful to have her in his life.

Suddenly, some Foot Ninja's showed up and attempted to ambush them but the two managed to notice them and engaged in battle. Mei pei chi took on half while Dexter took on the other half "Normally I get annoyed when enemies arrive, but right now I'm upset and need to blow off some steam!" Dexter challenged as he began to fight.

Back at the lair, Amy was telling the turtles about what Dexter had shared with her earlier, "And that's how he ended up meeting Chung I and Mei pei chi, and how he got those powers and mutated hand." Amy explained as Leo had his arm around her.

"Wow, I had know idea he had such a rough childhood." Leo added.

"Yeah, like talk about survival of the fittest dudes." Mikey added in a idiotic but still true way.

"Suddenly living in a sewer doesn't seem so bad." Raph asked showing his rare sympathy.

"I guess having the same father isn't the only thing you and him have in common." Donnie told Amy referring to the fact that they both had superhuman powers.

"That and the fact that he was lucky to have someone like Mei pei chi in his life, like how I feel lucky to have found Splinter and you guys, with my father gone and my mother away on business for the summer, when I'm with you guys I feel like I have a real family." Amy said making the turtles smile.

"We should probably go find them though, they don't know New York." Leo pointed out.

"Raph, let's go!" Amy said as she and Raph took his bike to find them.

Meanwhile, Mei pei chi and Dexter were still fighting Dexter took on one Ninja while some others tried to sneak up on him, but Dexter sensed this and summoned a forcefield around himself and the one Ninja he was fighting. "Wait your turn!" He told them before continuing. As he and Mei pei chi continued to fight Raph and Amy showed up just as the two finished fighting with Mei pei chi holding one ninja down with her foot.

"Are you guys okay?" Amy asked as she and Raph came up to them.

"Yeah." Dexter said as Mei pei chi put her hand on the ninja's head.

"Hey don't touch that, it's dirty!" Raph said in a humorous way.

"I am reading his mind." The female turtle responded. "Your enemies are planning a second attack in the toilet tonight!" She said surprising Amy.

"Uh.. That's sewe-" Raph tried to correct her but Amy interrupted him.

"That's the least of our problems Raph, let's just warn the guy's." Amy ordered.

Later the four went back to the lair to warn the others. "Hey, what's with the statue head?" Leo asked referring to the broken artifact piece in the female turtles hands.

"She one it in the park slaying bad guys." Raph explained

"Which was surprisingly easy." Dexter added.

"Hey nice, we could use a new flower pot." Mikey said in his idiotic tone.

"Why is it you guys always see new furniture in destroyed city property?" Amy asked slightly annoyed.

"Your enemies destroyed this piece of art in the park tonight." Mei pei chi explained.

"I call this picture 'Venus De Milo with dead angel." Mikey said with a chef's kiss.

"Venus De Milo, I like that." Raph said quietly.

"It does have a nice ring to it." Dexter agreed with a small smile.

"What enemies." Leo asked.

"The Foot." Amy answered

"Weird name, bad fighters." Dexter commented

"I read one's mind." The now named Venus explained

"You can do that?" Leo asked shocked.

"I can I am Shinobi." Venus answered

"You're not reading my mind right now are you?" Mikey asked nervously.

"No, your mind is empty." Venus answered causing Amy and Dexter to snicker. "The so-called Shredder is planning to attack you again tonight." Venus concluded.

"He'll hit us with the entire clan." Leo realized.

"The foot can't stomp what they can't find, let's split." Raph suggested.

"Run away, brilliant." Amy sarcastically said.

"In order to save your master Splinter, you will all need to learn the art of dream walking." Venus explained "This will take concentration, fighting your enemies is not a conductive activity to centering your spirits."

"Ah, cut the shinobi blab and just cut to the chase." Raph said impatient.

"We eliminate your enemies." Venus simplified

"It really should have been obvious." Dexter added annoyed.

The gang then started staking out the Foot's hide out. "Alright, this is way dangerous, we proceed with mega stealth." Leo instructed.

"This place is full of rage it emanates great anger." Venus analyzed.

"Yeah, that would be Shredder, not a happy camper." Mikey explained

"That's actually kind of a sugarcoat." Amy told Venus.

"Let's just go." Dexter said leaving with the rest following.

Inside the hideout, the entire foot clan were rallying around Shredder as he gave sort of a speech to them.

"Are all my Foot here?" Shredder asked one of his men.

"Yes master Shredder, standing room only." the henchmen answered.

"Remember what I told you, It's the Mutants or your students tonight. It's with the sword or on the sword" Shredder responded threateningly.

The gang then snuck around the back "Donnie, get us up there." Leo said pointing to a wall.

"Certified turtulefied." Donnie said taking out a grappling hook and shooting it to the top.

Dexter smirked as the group climbed. "Child's play." Dexter smirked before he walked backwards and then ran to the wall and jumped up it doing what looked like backflips up the wall causing the others sans Venus to stare with their jaws dropped. "Well come on!" Dexter called already at the top.

"No need to show off Dexter." Venus said playfully shaking her head.

The group then got inside just as Shredder was about to address the clan with the group watching from the top.

"WE ARE WARRIORS!" Shredder yelled into a microphone causing the ninja's to cheer. "Tonight the Mutants will crumble!" shredder declared "Tonight is the night we exterminate a persistent hive of green pests! My loyal friends we must stand united against our mutant enemies!"

"Yeah, right he wears a cheese grader on his head, and we're the mutants?" Mikey said causing Amy to deadpan.

"Really?" Amy asked annoyed.

"Are you ready Venus?" Leo asked

"I'll be fine I just need to concentrate." Venus replied getting into a meditating position.

"Just do your Shinobi thing." Leo answered.

"The only good turtle is a soft turtle!" Shredder yelled causing the crowd to cheer again.

Just then the beam the group was sitting slowly began to crack.

"This isn't good!" Mikey said worriedly

"Yeah, exactly why did we all get on the same beam at once?" Dexter asked causing everyone else to be dumbfounded.

"A plan, we need a plan." Raph said

"Try to land on your heads." Leo suggested sarcastically.

"You call that a plan?" Raph asked panicking slightly.

just the the beam suddenly gave out causing everyone to fall off except for Dexter and Venus the the former holding on to the latter's hand while she held on to a piece of the beam. The turtles landed hard but Amy used her ice powers to make a slide that broke her fall, but unfortunately the impact caught the attention of Shredder and the foot.

Venus managed to pull herself and Dexter up. "Are you okay?" Dexter asked.

"I should have spent more time on the balance beam." Venus replied as Dexter helped keep her up.

The turtles stood up to face Shredder. "How dare you!" Shredder firmly said

"Just thought we drop in." Leo said a little dazed.

"I'm going to blame that on the fall." Amy addressed her boyfriends choice of words.

"Fools, I guess I should thank you for saving my soldiers the trip." Shredder taunted as his men prepared for battle.

The turtles then started to battle the ninja's while Shredder confronted Amy. "Hello Ice Queen, I spent most of my time preparing my men for your turtle friends, but I wanted to save the real potential threat for myself." Shredder taunted pulling out his sword.

"Wow, for a supervillain you sure know how to charm a lady." Amy quipped forming an Ice axe as she and the Shredder began to duel. The battle went on until eventually the turtles were outnumbered and Shredder sliced Amy's axe in half and pinned her to the ground with his foot.

"Once I finish you off I will seek out the old rat and slice off his other ear!" Shredder declared victorious.

"Oroku Saki" Venus called from the distance before she and Dexter dropped from the ceiling. "I scanned that name from your black and turbulent mind."

"What's this? Two more freaks?" Shredder asked with shock.

"Do your Shinobi thing Venus." Leo ordered

"I see you Oroku Saki, you are dead inside you drowned many years ago in a sea of hate called the Shredder." Venus stated

"I'm going to destroy you too, turtle!" Shredder threatened.

"No, you are not going to destroy anyone, you've destroyed too many already." Venus challenged but Shredder was unfazed.

"Child, I am way too sophisticated for your foolish tricks on the mind, I don't know who you are or where you come from turtle but I am going to cru-" Shredder was interrupted when Venus suddenly used her mind skills to stop him.

"I am going to pull Oroku Saki to the surface, I want him to see what he has become." Venus said threateningly.

Soon Shredder collapsed from Venuses mind attack but Venus nearly fainted herself becoming week from her own attack. Leo managed to take care of the remaining foot ninja's by convincing them that they didn't belong. Once Venus recovered the group then prepared for their next step to save Splinter by learning to Dream walk.

AN: Okay I Am so so sorry this new chapter is late but I've been dealing with personal issue's but I have got them worked out, and I should be updating more often now. Before I go I just want to say About Dexter and Amy's relation I hope It seems like a legit relation type and about their birth I hope I described it right (I'm not good at math) Also what are your thoughts on Dexter's backstory?
