Chapter 1: Naruto Returns to Fairy Tail
Three years into this war with Madara Uchiha had been going on. Nothing had managed to work against him. He had killed off everyone he knew and loved. Tsunade Senju, Kakashi Hatake, Sakura Haruno, Gaara, and many others he had gotten to know over the course of the war. We now find Naruto working on a seal that would send him to another world, but not just any world, but a world known as Earthland. The reason he was working on it so fast right now was because Madara had managed to find him and had nearly killed him when Naruto had managed to get away with cuts, bruises, and was bleeding all over his body.
"Come on, it's almost done and ready." He says, as he's finishing it up. "Finally! It's done. It's just me and him now and I can't beat him now even with Sasuke's Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. I haven't mastered it like he or Madara had been able to either."
'Are you ready, Kurama?' Naruto asks his best friend and partner.
'As ready as I'll ever be Naruto. I'm with you the whole way.' Kurama tells him.
Just when he was activating the seal, the door blew open with Madara walking through it ready to end the Kyuubi's Jinchuuriki. "It's over now. You're all that's left in this world. Everyone you knew and cared for is gone now, so why not just let me end this once and for all. You can't beat me, Uzumaki." He tells him.
"You're right I can't, but I won't let myself get killed!" Naruto says to him. He activates the seal covering where he's standing with a bright light. Before he can disappear with the seal, a kunai is sent flying into him which hits him in the stomach before he is gone completely from his view.
(Magnolia X791X) Fairy Tail Guildhall
Everyone was talking and catching up, celebrating the return of the members who were thought to have been lost at Tenrou Island. We see the usual happening with everyone partying, Natsu Dragneel, Gray Fullbuster, and Elfman Strauss in a brawl dragging other members into it, Cana Alberona is drinking from the barrel, Mirajane Strauss, Lisanna Strauss, and Kinana working at the bar, Erza talking to Bisca and Alzack about them getting married and having a daughter, and Macao talking to Makarov about what has been going on the last seven years while they were gone.
"It sounds like it has been a troubling seven years for everyone, Macao, but I'm proud of you for stepping up to Guildmaster and keeping everyone here afloat. You've been a fine Guildmaster and should continue being it." Makarov compliments his longtime friend.
"It was nothing. I only wish I could've done more and had kept us out of debt from Twilight Ogre since they've been taking advantage of us." Macao says.
"Don't sell yourself short. You did what you could and no one can take that away from you." Makarov says.
The conversation would've kept going until they saw an array they haven't seen in 7 years which caught everyone's attention. Even the brawlers had stopped to notice it. Everyone knew that array as they'd seen it once before as it made everyone smile knowing it was a return of their friend. Especially two sisters as they had grown attached to a certain blonde and developed feelings for him during his time here even if it was brief. What they didn't expect was to see him in the condition he was in. He had various cuts over his body, bleeding everywhere from his head to his sides with a kunai wedged into his side while he's breathing heavily.
"NARUTO/NARUTO-KUN!?" Everyone shouted in worry at seeing his condition. Especially Mira,Lisanna, and Cana seeing their crush like this. They all run to him while he is standing one second, before falling unconscious. Before he passes out though, he says one thing. "I made it."
"Mira. You and Natsu get him to the infirmary now and Erza go get Porlyusica! Tell her we need her now. It's an emergency!" Makarov shouts at them giving them orders. They all scatter and do what they were told to do as everyone is worried about what could've happened to their friend whom they haven't seen in four years. They get him to the infirmary as they are taking him away. People start wondering about what happened to him.
"Naruto-kun looked terrible. What could've happened to him to get him to be in that condition?" Lisanna asks out loud while sobbing into her brother's arms.
"No idea, but it does make me worry if he will be okay. I've never seen such wounds in him before it's scary to think about it." Gray says to her shivering at that.
"I mean, I remember him telling us about his condition and that a group of criminals were after him and the others who were like him, but it would've had to be pretty bad to have looked that bad." Cana says, worried about her crush/drinking buddy as no one could match her or last as long as she could.
"He's a man, so whoever did this to him is not manly." Elfman says with a frown
"I remember that as well, Naruto was friendly to all of us and such a kind person. It's hard to imagine someone would do something like this to him." Lucy says as she had grown to care for her fellow blonde.
"Let's hope he can get through this. He'll need us for his recovery and for when he wakes up." Makarov says to everyone. "He helped us when we needed it and now it's time to return the favor and help him out."
In the Infirmary
Mira and Natsu were able to get Naruto settled into the infirmary with worry on their faces as they've never seen anything like this. It looked like he was tortured and for awhile too.
"Oh Naruto-kun. What could've happened to you?" She asks him, sobbing at seeing her crush in such a state as he is now.
"I'm not sure. I mean, Naruto is one the toughest people that I know and it took a lot to take him down from the spars they had when he was here last. To see him like this is hard to swallow. "We should let him rest Mira. Come on. The others are probably waiting for an update on him." Natsu says to her. She shakes her head at this.
"It's the first time I've seen him in years and he's like this. I need to be here in case something happens to him. I know it'll be awhile until he wakes up, but I want to be here with him. I'll be out soon Natsu." Mira replies. Natsu nods at this and leaves the room where it's just Naruto and Mira where she takes his hand in her own and starts to stroke his spiky hair as she notices he got taller now that she gets a good look at him and his hair grew out a bit. He now had bangs framing his face with two going down the side. He looked even more handsome, which she didn't think was possible in her eyes. She sat there for a few minutes until she decided to leave and let him rest and recover.
Two Days Later
Naruto still hadn't woken up yet, but to everyone's shock his injuries had been healed at such speeds that it would normally take weeks to wounds like he had to heal. Mira and Lisanna had been watching after him and talking to him about their adventures since he had left to go home. They even told him their feelings for him and how they never went away. Even after he was gone. To their surprise and joy, they saw a small smile appear on his face when they told him that they loved him. The girls knew about each other's feelings for the blonde and were okay with sharing him much to the surprise of the rest of the guild at the two sisters going after the same man. Fairy Tail had found out that they were no longer the number one guild in Fiore anymore. They were considered the weakest now out of everyone. They had their work cut out for them to get back to their former glory at the top, but knew it wouldn't be easy to do. Erza, Makarov, and Mira had gone to the guild that belonged to Twilight Orge to discuss finances for the two guilds, but turned into Erza and Mira fighting the mages there and ended up not owing them anymore money.
We find Mira in Naruto's room playing with his hair that she loved to do as it was soft despite being spiky. As she was doing this, she heard a groan come from him until he started fluttering his eyes open. He did this until he could see clearly again and when he saw Mira, he smiled until he started crying into her saying that he failed everyone and wouldn't stop. It broke her heart to see him like this.
"Naruto-kun? It's okay. It's okay. Shhh. I'm going to get the master and the others. We've all been worried about you since you showed up with the amount of injuries you had. I'll be right back." She tells him soothingly. He nods at her in understanding as he lets her go. Not long later Master Makarov walks in with Mira, Erza, Cana, Natsu, Gray, Lisanna, and Lucy.
"It's good to see you again my boy. You had all of us worried about you when you came in as injured as you were and we're wanting to know what had happened to get you into that situation. Are you feeling okay enough to talk about it?" He asks.
"Yeah I am. You guys remember the situation I was in with the group of S-class criminals after the Jinchuriki's right?" He asks, which they nod at remembering him tell them about it. "Well the leader of the group started a war with the five great villages. At first things were going well and we were making progress in ending it rather quickly until he was able to revive Madara Uchiha using the Rinnegan. With him back the tides changed really quickly as only one person could stop him until he had absorbed the statue that had the Biju sealed in including the eight tailed beast and chakra from two people who held part of Kurama's chakra. He became the Juubi's Jinchuriki and essentially the new Sage of Six Paths and things only got worse from there. He started eliminating the villages starting with the Mist with them being the weakest of the five. The Sand was next, then Lightning and lastly my village. No one stood a chance against him. Even with me and Kurama synced and working together with Sasuke we were no match for him. I'm the last Shinobi of the alliance. I failed in protecting everyone. I'm the only survivor. Before I got here, I was attacked by Madara and was able to escape from him. As I was activating the seal to get here, he threw one final kunai to hopefully kill me, but I moved in time for it to be lodged in my side instead of my neck where it was going." He finished explaining as he had broken down by the end of it and was hyperventilating remembering it all and everything that had happened.
Everyone was terrified with what he had told them as he explained the war and events leading up to him being here. They couldn't believe that everyone he had loved was gone. They wouldn't know what to do if they had lost all of their friends and family like that. Now more than ever, they each vowed to themselves to be there for him as he would need them to help him recover. Nodding at each other as they get in a group hug with him as he just cries knowing that he needed to get this out.
'Poor boy. To go through everything he did, especially so young, is heartbreaking for me and the others here. They care about him as one of their own even if he was from another dimension. They treat him as if he was a member of Fairy Tail. He'd be perfect for this guild.' He says to himself as he thinks of an idea.
"Naruto, I can't begin to explain how sorry we are for your losses and everything that you went through. We'll help you get through this as we see you as one of Fairy Tail." He tells him with everyone agreeing with him.
"Yeah man, we'll be here with you. It's what friends do too. I mean you helped each of us when we needed someone and now it's time for us to help you." Natsu says.
"Naruto-kun, you helped me come to terms with me having a demon inside me when you told me about you not giving in to the villagers in how they treated you. You also brought my sister back to me as well. You're one of the kindest and most caring people I know." She tells him with a smile. Not noticing he caught her saying the kun suffix.
'Did she just say kun?' He thinks to himself.
"Naruto, you helped me deal with my past in the Tower of Heaven and helped me accept it and that I don't need my armor to feel safe when I can rely on my friends." Erza says.
"Despite most people not believing me about Igneel. You believed me and encouraged me to not give up on finding him." Natsu says.
"You helped me come to terms with my teacher's death to not let it consume me." Gray said.
"Naruto-kun helped me get the courage to tell my father that I was his daughter. I don't know if I would've been able to to do so without your encouragement." Cana told him with a smile. 'Did she say kun as well?' He asks himself in disbelief.
"You helped me get more confident in my writing, when you showed me your Godfather's first book and to keep writing even if it doesn't work out the first time." Lucy tells him.
"Naruto-kun. You helped me get back to my sister and brother and to readjust back into things with them and the guild. You were so kind and caring to me and everyone. I respect you and care about you like everyone else here." Lisanna tells him.
'Her to huh? Do all three like me?' He thinks to himself with surprise.
Naruto is touched with what everyone said and was happy that they cared so much about are wanting to help him with his recovery from the war. "Thank you guys. This means a lot to me. I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't met any of you." Naruto tells them.
"I know this may not be the best time to ask, but once you are recovered. What's the plan for you?" Makarov asks him.
"I was hoping to stay with you guys as I was wanting to become a member of Fairy Tail. You're like family to me, despite my home being gone. Fairy Tail had become like a second home to me in the short time I was here before. Would you be able to do that?" He asks.
"Of course my boy. We'd be happy to have you join our family." He says.
"Awesome! Naruto's going to be here with us from now on! As soon as you're feeling better Naruto, I want to fight you!" Natsu shouts at him with excitement to fight him since it'd been years since their last fight had happened.
"Of course Natsu. Besides, I got to train this." Naruto replies with a smirk activating his new Sharingan that was given to him by Sasuke. They didn't expect this which makes Natsu, Gray, and Erza excited to see what they can do.
"Woah! They look so cool! I want to see what they can do. How much do you need to train to be able to use them really well? Natsu asks him.
"I'm not sure. I need to get used to them more since I've only used them once, but it didn't go too well." Naruto tells him.
"Alright everyone. I think we should let him get some rest now. We can see him later. You should be able to leave tomorrow." Makarov tells him.
"I'll see you guys later okay?" Naruto says.
"For sure man. Take care and see you tomorrow." Gray says.
"Actually Naruto-kun, can we talk to you about something tomorrow morning? There's something that me, Cana, and Lisanna want to talk to you about." Mira asks.
"Sure. That's not a problem, Mira-chan. I will see you girls tomorrow morning." He tells them which makes them happy and excited, but nervous also at not knowing how he will react to them both having feelings for him.
'I wonder what they want to talk to me about.' He thinks to himself.
'I think it's obvious what they want to say to you, Naruto.' Kurama replies in his mind.
'What do you mean? Does it have anything to do with them adding the kun at the end of the suffix to my name?' Naruto says to his friend clueless about them.
'It's easy to tell that they have some feelings for you brat. Which I must say would be a good catch. Imagine getting together with two sisters and a brunette like her.' Kurama says with a smirk seeing Naruto blush at the thought.
'Shut up furball! I'm not a pervert!' Naruto tells him, but still blushing at the thought.
Next Day
Naruto-kun, may we come in? It's Lisanna, Cana, and Mira." Lisanna asks.
"Enter. What is it that you girls wanted to talk about?" He asks.
They look at him nervous about it as not how to go about it to tell him. Naruto notices this, but pulls them into a hug which makes them gasp not expecting it. "It's okay whatever you two want to tell me that it will be okay." He assures them.
"Well we wanted to tell you that we have come to develop feelings for you, Naruto-kun. All three of us have feelings for you and we know you wouldn't want to choose one of us if it hurt the other, so we agreed that if you returned our feelings then we would share you." Mira answered much to him blushing at the thought of dating the three of them with Lisanna and Cana agreeing with what she said..
"She's right, Naruto-kun. You're so kind, caring, and always wanting to help others. You're sweet and easy to talk too and get along with as well." Lisanna says.
"Not only that, but you also have always been able to smile knowing the kind of life you had before you met us. It just feels right whenever we talk to you." Cana adds her thoughts onto what the others said.
"I don't know what to say. I mean you're all beautiful and amazing women. I do care about you a great deal and did develop feelings for all of you as well, but didn't pursue knowing I wouldn't have been around long enough to see if it would've worked out. I'd like to see if we could make it work out if you'd be okay with that." He says nervously hoping he doesn't upset them in any way, but to his surprise they hugged him each with a kiss from them on each cheek.
"Of course we're okay with that Naruto-kun. We weren't sure if you felt the same way, but knowing you do makes us happy." Mira says.
"I'm not going to lie though. I was kind of expecting you to bring this up since a certain fox, who mentioned it to me."
"He is pretty smart after all." Mira says.
"Oh by the way, I was able to figure something out. You know how I could summon the toads to help right?" Naruto asks them.
"Yeah. I remember you saying something like that. Why do you ask?" Lisanna asks.
'Ready Kurama to make your appearance?' He asks his partner mentally.
'Of course brat. I can't wait to be outside finally. Even if it is for only a period of time. It will still be good.' Kurama answers.
"Summoning Jutsu!"
A puff of smoke appears and they wait until the smoke disappears to reveal a small Kurama to them.
"Sup." Kurama says with a wave of his paw.
They say nothing for a minute until they tackle him with a hug. "Kawaii!" They exclaim in unison.
"Umm girls. I think he's having a hard time breathing. He's looking a little purple and blue." he says trying not to burst out laughing at his partner's predicament.
They look down at him with blushes seeing how he's close to passing out. They release him as he gaps for air being able to breathe again.
"That was amazing!" He bellows out. "They were so soft and felt so good. Naruto, you are one lucky bastard to get hugs from them." He says.
The girls blush at this before looking at Naruto who is blushing as well trying not to stare at their breasts. Kurama's comment however made his eye twitch at him.
"Well who knew the kitsune was a pervert." Naruto says with a smirk until he gets a smack to the face from one of Kurama's tails.
"As fun as this is, but we should get going and let you rest." Mira says with Lisanna and Cana agreeing.
"She's right, but we'll be here in the morning for you when you get checked out. Okay?" Lisanna says to him.
"I'll see you girls tomorrow morning then. Thank you for everything girls." He says with a smile as they leave with a wave to him.
"How does it feel to have three girlfriends now who are sisters too for two of them and the other can match you in drinking like Tsunade could?" Kurama asks with a smirk.
"Oh shut up Kurama. They are nice women, but I am glad that we're seeing how this will go. I've never had a girlfriend before, so I'm new to this whole thing." Naruto says.
"You'll be fine Naruto. Just be yourself and make them happy. You know them really well after all." Kurama says with a smile to his friend.
"Let's get some sleep. We have things to do tomorrow." He tells him.
Next Morning
We find Naruto, Lisanna, Cana, and Mira in his room getting everything together. He had been given the clear to leave from Porlyusica, but was told to take it easy. When he started grumbling about being fine and not needing to do that, the girls told her that they would make sure that he did take it easy with a too sweet of voice that promised pain if he didn't listen to them.
"Now that I'm released, I'm starving. You think you can get me something from the kitchen in the guild? I remember your cooking being amazing when I was last here." Naruto asks Mira.
"Of course, you can catch up with everyone in the meantime as well while I make some food for you. Keep an eye on him if you could Lisanna." She asks her sister.
"I feel like a little kid being watched in case I do something that would get me into trouble you three. I'm not going to be doing anything. I promise." He tried to reassure them, but they weren't buying it because they remembered how much he liked to train.
"It's not that we don't trust you, Naruto-kun. We just want you to be safe and to make sure you behave yourself. Mira tells him. He pouts at them not trusting him to behave.
"Fine, fine. Let's go get something to eat. I'm starving and I want to see everyone again. It's been four years after all." He says, grinning to see everyone again.
They walk in to see the usual brawl taking place which Naruto wants to join in, but the girls give him glares that stop that idea from happening as he doesn't want to feel their wrath on him.
"Naruto. How are you feeling? It's good to see you again. It's been a long time." Macao says to him.
"Macao!? You got a lot older. I know it's been four years, but you have changed a lot. Now that I think about it. How come Mira-can, Lisanna-chan, Natsu, Cana-chan, Gray, and others look the same, but others have aged. Four years isn't enough to change that much right?" He asks them since he noticed how.
"Actually Naruto-kun, it's been seven years for us since we last saw you. The reason that they don't look any older is because they were trapped in the First Master's Fairy Sphere which kept them isolated and kept them from aging as well in the process. Seconds or even minutes went by for the, but to everyone else in the world. It was seven years.
"Well damn. I know Makarov jiji said that the First Master was incredible, but that's insane." Naruto says to him, impressed with the kind of spell that was used. "Can I get some food though? I'm starving and not ramen if you could please."
That made everyone go silent as they remember this kid wanted nothing, but ramen when he was here before. Now he's asking for something that isn't ramen, as they couldn't believe that would actually happen.
"Did Naruto just ask for food that's not ramen!?" Natsu shouts out loud not believing his friend had just asked that.
"It's hard to believe I know, but I guess time changes everyone, including Naruto. Gray says with a smirk.
"Never in my day would I ever think I'd get to witness this happening. Are you sure you're okay Naruto?" Erza asks, concerned since he loved ramen.
"I'm fine guys really. I've just been eating better and finding out that ramen isn't the only thing I should eat. Mira-chan and Lisanna-chan did help with that though. They would give me other meals when I was here and I couldn't refuse since they could give the biggest puppy dog eyes ever and it would work every time." He says, sweat dropping at the memories of Mira forcing him to eat other foods besides ramen as he turned out to like what she cooked for him even if it was ramen. "Can you get me the stamp jiji?"
"Of course my boy. Lisanna-chan can you give yours , Mira's, and Cana's new boyfriend the stamp?" Makarov asks her.
"Of course Master." She says while blushing at everyone knowing that they're both dating him now. "Where do you want the mark at Naruto=kun?"
"I'll take it on my right arm in orange with a white outline." Naruto tells her.
"Despite the situation you were in Naruto. Welcome to Fairy Tail!" Makarov shouts at him.
"Thanks jiji. I'll make you proud." As he says this. Mira walks out with some breakfast for him which he smiles and nods at her for making food for him. "Thank you Mira-chan."
"Now that you're a member now Naruto. What are you going to do now? Are you going to be joining our team now?!" Natsu asks him. Hoping he does join them since it would make things a lot more fun.
"I'll have to look for a place to live as I can't keep staying here, I need to train my Sharingan as well in the process, and to take on some jobs so I can afford a place to live." He says to him. "I'll even take the jobs around town that no one else wants to do, since it would provide me with the chances to meet the people and get to know the town and where everything is too and still would be able to recover since I shouldn't take dangerous jobs or else I'll feel certain women's wrath I'd rather not deal with." He says as he's sweating seeing all three of them give smiles that are a little to sweet. "Right now though, I could use a shower and some new clothes now that I see what I'm wearing and how my clothes look too." He continues on with everyone nodding at this. "Do you girls need to work at the bar now or could you spare some time to show me around?" He asks his three girlfriends who smile at him asking for help knowing how stubborn he used to be.
"We'd be happy to show you around and get you some new clothes." Lisanna says happily looking forward to spending time with her boyfriend with Mira thinking the same as her sister.
"I'd rather not miss getting the chance to see Naruto-kun get embarrassed as well since he doesn't like shopping. That and it'll give us time to catch up and what not.
"We'll be back later, master. Do stay out of trouble." Mira tells him as all four walk out of the guild with smiles knowing they gained a new member, but also an old friend to each of them, but sad about how he got here with him being in a war at his age, but also being the last remaining person of his people and everyone he cared about.
"You know he's going to need our help with adjusting here to his new life and let him know that he won't be alone right Master?" Macao asks, Makarov who nods at him knowing that he will need them.
"I know Macao, but for now let him be as the girls seem to make him happy and I'm happy that they were able to find someone like him." He tells him until he starts giggling perversely. "I can only imagine the kind of fun he'll have with all three of them." He says.
"Master!" Erza says while blushing with a red face at the implication and smacks him in the back of the head.
"Ow. Ow. Ow. You're so mean Erza. Why can't you let an old man have some fun like this?" He complains to her with a pout.
"It's not proper to think such things Master. You know that." She tells him sternly.
"No fun at all I tell you." He says to her.
Market Square
Mira, Lisanna are going through the streets while linking their arms through his and smiling and waving at everyone while Cana is on his back laying her head next to his. They're excited to show him around since he'll be here more permanently and to get him some new clothes as well among other things that he will need.
"Alright Naruto-kun. We need to get some new clothes for you as well. There are many stores we can go through until we find something that will suit you better than what you have now and no we won't be getting much orange for you, since it doesn't look so good." Mira tells him which makes him pout at his lack of orange they'd be getting.
"I agree with Mira-nee on this. Too much orange doesn't look good, so we will be looking at other clothing with other colors that would look better on you." Lisanna says much to Naruto's annoyance at being denied his beloved orange.
"Sigh. There's no winning in this for me is there?" He asks them
Now starts his new life with Fairy Tail knowing that Madara won't be able to find him since it was a one way trip and the array came with him, so there was no way Madara could replicate it.
