And this is my rewrite of Danny and Booette. Yes, I said Booette. This is a different version of the Ette I've been using in Danny's Ghost Princess. It's actually going to be tied closer to the Luigi's Mansion series. What this rewrite is going to be is that Danny is dared to stay in a Hunted Mansion by Dash during Halloween. Once inside she meets Booette and learns she having a little trouble. I have not decided if Danny is going to have his powers or not. As of now, this chapter is just Danny meeting Booette. Enjoy!
Halloween was in full swing. Kids and Teens alike walked streets, knocking on doors, getting candy from people. Danny was dress as an astronaut as his friend Sam was dress as a witch. Tucker was also wearing a costume. A bag tied his body, saying he was dress as candy. They just left the house they were at, and Tucker frowns.
"That guy could have given me more candy." He mumbles.
"Maybe you should wear a real costume, Tucker," Danny said.
"Yeah, wearing a trash bag is so not a costume," Sam added.
"What? I work hard on this! Is a great costume!" Tucker said, upset.
"Tying a bag around your waist and called it a costume is lazy, Tucker! At least me and Danny actually work on ours." Sam told him.
Danny sighs as his best friends started to argue. They have been like this since he knew them.
"Look, we can go over costume ideas at a later date. Let's head to the next house." Danny said.
Tucker and Sam sigh and nodded. They didn't get far before they heard a familiar voice.
"Look what we got here. It's Freaky Fenton and his Freaky Friends."
Danny groans as he faces his high school bully, Dash Baxter.
"If you think I'm giving up my candy, you're out of your mind," Danny told him.
"Funny..." Dash said, snatching Danny's bag.
"HEY!" Danny shouted, and tries to take it back.
"Wow! That's a lot of candy!" Dash smirks, keeping Danny away.
"Give it back, Dash!" Danny said, trying to reach for it.
"Nope! It's mine candy now." Dash said before getting an idea.
"Okay, Fenton. If you want your candy back, then you have to earn it." He said.
"And how do I do that?" Danny asked.
"Easy. Follow me." Dash said, walking away.
Danny looks at his friends, confuse before they all follow Dash.
A bit later...
Danny was quite surprised to see Dash stop near a path that leads into some woods where it was said that an old hunted mansion sat on top of the hill. People were forbidden from going there as it was claimed to be truly hunted. Not even his parents were allowed to go and check it out.
"Okay, Fenton. Here's the deal. If you can last the entire night inside that Mansion, I will not only give you your candy back, but I will also set you up with a date with Paulina." He said.
A date with Paulina? That sounds too good to be true.
"Dude, you're not thinking about going up there?!" Tucker asked, seeing the look on Danny's face.
"What? It's my chance to finally show Dash up. Getting my candy back and a chance to date Paulina? I can handle this." Danny said.
"I don't know, Danny. I heard that the mansion had some very strange ghosts." Tucker said.
"Guys, come on. There's no such thing as Ghosts." Danny said.
"Danny, you live with ghost hunters." Sam pointed out.
Danny flinches at that. He had forgotten that little fact.
"Well, if you're too much of a wimp to head up there..." Dash started to say.
"I'm not a wimp!" Danny said, angrily.
"Prove it! And to show proof, your friends have to stay here so they can bring you back!" Dash said.
"Fine!" Danny said, pulling out his flashlight and started to walk down the path.
"Ha! What a sucker!" Dash said, pulling a sucker out, and put it in his mouth.
"Later, Freaks! I have some Trick and Treating to do!" Dash laughs before walking away.
Sam looks ready to chase after him, but she looks down the path, worry about Danny. As much as wanted to go after Danny, he was far too stubborn to listen.
"You want to go after him too?" Tucker asked.
"Yeah," Sam said.
"But Danny will not let us go with him because he's stubborn?" Tucker asked again.
"Yeah," Sam said.
"Danny is going to be in a lot of trouble when his parents learn about this." Tucker sighs.
"That's what I'm afraid of," Sam said, worried.
'Please be careful, Danny.' She thought.
Danny walks down the path, hearing a few crows in the trees. The woods were very spooky at night, and Danny was feeling a little scared.
"Come on, Fenton, you can do this. It's just one night in an old mansion." He said.
It didn't take him long to finally reach the mansion before he got a look at it. It was big and looked to be two stories tall. Danny nearly jumps when he heard lighting stuck, giving the mansion a very eerie feeling. Danny walks close to it before seeing two windows were light up, making the front look like a face. Danny slowly walks up to the stairs, hearing them creek as he did. Danny took a breath, and slowly open the door. Once it was open enough, Danny peeks in and turn on his flashlight.
"Hello?"
Danny steps inside and closes the door. He could see that he was in the Foyer. He could make out an old carpet, some double doors that look to cover in thrones. A mirror close by and two sets of stairs leading to the next floor. He walks up them and spotted a few vases and another set of double doors. He tried to open it but found it was locked.
"Great. I might as well stay at the entrance then. Just in case something breaks, and I need to get out of here." Danny said, walking downstairs.
He reaches the doors, and his flashlight suddenly turned off.
"Huh? I just put new batteries in this thing." Danny said.
Danny then started to see his breath and notices how cold it has gotten. Danny then froze up for a second, feeling something behind him. He slowly looks back and saw an orange mist floated in the air. Danny watches as it swings back and forth before suddenly taken off and head upstairs. As soon as it went through the doors, everything started to warm up. Danny stood there before spotting something on the floor. It was a key along with a letter.
Danny picks them both up and reads the letter.
"CoMe Up. We'rE WAiTing FoR YOu."
Danny blinks before looking upstairs. He pockets the letter and walks upstairs. He unlocked the doors and steps inside. He was now in the Parlor, and it felt really cold. Danny started to tiptoe through the room, not wanting for the floor to suddenly break. Danny didn't take more than a few steps when a ghost appears in front of him and scared him.
Danny back away as the Ghost floated closer to him. It looks nothing like his parents show him. It was starting to get closer before it stopped. Danny looks down and saw a teenage girl floating through the floor and stared at the ghost. She has white hair and looking to be wearing a white dress.
"Leave my home. You're not welcome here." She said.
The Ghost laughs and goes to punch her. The Girl easily blocks it before returning her own. The Ghost was knocked into a wall, where it disappeared. The girl sighs and turns around to see Danny. Danny was shocked at the girl. Now that she was facing him, Danny saw she was also wearing an amulet, earrings, and white gloves. Not to mention, her white dress showed off a lot of breasts which look to be between a size C to D. She also had pink eyes.
"Who are you? And what are you doing in my Mansion?" She asked.
Danny couldn't answer. It was clear that this was a ghost, but he didn't know she could look so pretty.
"Hey! I'm asking you a question!" She said, annoyed.
Danny finally snap out of his shock and stood up.
"Um, I was, looking around when that ghost showed up," Danny said.
"And what are you looking for?" The Girl asked.
"Nothing. I heard rumors of this place being hunted. I wasn't expecting a beautiful ghost to show up." Danny said before catching what he had just said.
The girl looked shocked before blushing.
"You think I'm beautiful?" She asked shyly.
Danny knew he voice his thoughts out loud and didn't want to upset her.
"Y-yes! You are very beautiful!" He said.
The girl's face turns red before places her hands on her cheeks and turns away.
"He thinks I'm beautiful. No one has ever said that to me." She said, feeling really happy.
However, she quickly snaps out of it when three more orange ghosts appear. She knew that she couldn't fight off all three of them and couldn't leave this boy alone.
"Come with me, quickly." She said, grabbing his arm and phasing them both through the floor.
And that is the start of the rewrite. Danny was dared to stay in a hunted mansion and had might Booette. I'm following the first Luigi's Mansion game, but I will change some things. Up next, Booette tells Danny what's going on and who is behind everything then. After thinking about it, Danny is going to remain a full human in this rewrite as Booette is a full ghost. Danny is going to get a vacuum that works like the poltergust. Also, there is no Professor E Gadd character in this version. Just Danny and Booette.
