Hi everyone, as you can imagine this is one of my first fanfics on this site and I'm really surprised at how fast it has grown here. I would like to thank you guys for that and I hope you like what I have planned for this fic.
Anyway, I have some warnings about the fic, much of this DC universe I'm doing will have a mix of elements from several different versions used in comics, series, animations and movies (New 52, Young Justice, Justice League Unlimited, rebirth, etc. ...) In addition, this DC universe will also have things of my own that will make sense in the course of it.
Also don't expect a fic that will strictly follow the Young Justice script, I plan some changes in the plot, which at some point I will start my own development.
Now as for Naruto, in this fic there will be no Chakra or elemental nations, but there will be certain adaptations of some characters, but not all of them.

"Dubbilex, what exactly is the meaning of this?" Asks the omega project looking at the other humanoid genomorph that faced the three heroes inside the cloning capsules, but mainly for some details that did not match.
The handcuffs, for example, were a little looser than usual, and he was outside his cage, just like his brother, the two of them were looking at the three unconscious heroes. However, unlike the Kr project, the omega project already knew the main genomorph, Dubbilex, who was the only one who could knock him unconscious for a few seconds.
"Nothing to worry about brother, your new friends will wake up soon." Dubbilex's voice states in his head, though that only made the omega project roll its eyes.
"They are not my friends, and I only have one brother, the Kr project." He answers back in the same instant only to receive silence in response, which made him sigh, typical Dubbilex.
It was at this moment that the three helpers suddenly woke up gasping for air; however, the two clones just watched them without reaction.
Kid flash was the first to pull himself together and spotted the two.
"What? What do you want!?" Asks the redhead, making the other two heroes look at the clones, while they stared at him. "Stop staring at me like that, you're scaring me."
"KF? How about not teasing a guy who can fry us just by staring at us?" Asks Robin for his capsule.
"We just wanted to help." Aqualad declares calmly making Kid Flash advance a little inside his capsule.
"Yeah, we freed you and you attacked us what kind of thanks is this!?" Exclaims Kid Flash annoyed making the Kr project squint while the omega just stared at him.
"I could escape any time I wanted..."
"Kid, please keep quiet." Asks Aqualad giving the red-haired hero a look before adopting a softer look while turning to Cadmus' two projects. "I do not think they had control of their actions."
At the same time, Robin moved his hand, released some sort of equipment from one of the glove's fingers, and began to fiddle with the lock on his handcuff.
Unbeknownst to him, the omega project noticed this, but decided to ignore it. After all none of them were a match for him even if their mentors were here, after all this was one of the simulations he had to do, destroy the justice league and them protégés alone, the results were perfect, so the omega project didn't care about them.
"That's where it is, he didn't have it, but me?" He comments on the omega project, making the attention go to him. "I was always in control, when they created me they needed to remove many weaknesses that they could have, mind control was one of them."
Hearing this Robin narrowed his eyes, this clone, also called the omega project was different from Superboy, it didn't have any trait in it that gave away the DNA they used on it, and the worst its powers didn't help much either.
(Flashback.)
"Release them." Commands Aqualad making Robin wave, as soon as the boy was going to click on the keys the sound of something breaking echoed through the room before the three heroes turned to the capsule that had the 'omega' symbol on it.
The clone that was in it was completely gone; the three of them quickly looked around but saw no sign of him.
"Robin, where are you…" Aqualad starts before something grabs his back and throws him into the doors behind them, the hero slams into them before falling to the ground unconscious, which makes Robin and Kid Flash widen their eyes. , finally getting a good look at the teenager.
The Omega project was tall, maybe the size of his fallen comrade, though he was wider, he had messy red hair, with mixed green and red eyes, and his skin was pale gray. The boy wore a dark suit that covered his entire body with the Omega symbol on his chest.
"Okay, this one is strong enough to knock out an Atlantean in one hit, good to know." Robin comments before pulling out a taser and shooting the clone.
However, the Omega project did not make a single move as the weapon hit and electrocuted him. The clone gave the weapon a single glance as if analyzing it before looking at the boy wonder who swallowed hard.
"He's resistant to electricity too..." Robin mutters before the clone grabs the cables and pulls the boy towards him.
The hero screams in surprise before Project Omega grabs his head and slams him to the ground, knocking Robin out, after which the clone raises its head to face Kid Flash before crossing its arms.
"What is it you don't want to fight me because I'm red too?" Plays the speedster before the clone points behind the hero who hears a grunt coming from the pointed location.
Immediately the speedster turns around before receiving a punch in the face that sends him to the console, hitting it and then fell to the ground groaning in pain, he tries to get up but ends up falling to the ground unconscious.
(End of flashback.)
"...Does he know how to speak?" Asks Kid Flash, surprised, making the Kr project's fist close.
"Yes, they know." The Superboy growls making the two heroes stare at the speedster while the omega project gave his brother a strange look.
Kid Flash turned his head to his two friends seeing their disapproving looks and shrugged.
"I didn't call them 'it'…"
"Still, the genomorphs taught them, by telepathy, they can only do what they think is right. – Aqualad declares making the omega project wave.
"Yes, you are right, they taught us everything, reading, writing, the name of things." Superboy answers making Robin cheer up.
"But have you seen them? Did they allow them to see the sky? Or the sun?" Asks the wonder boy making the Omega project frown, they never saw it, but the images were implanted in their heads.
"The images were implanted in our brains, but no, we never saw them." Says Superboy calmly while looking away at the end, clearly immersed in thoughts.
Seeing this, the omega project looked like it wanted to say something, but it also started to think a little with the lines of the heroes.
"Do you know what you are? Who are you?" Asks Aqualad, making the heads of the two clones rise almost robotically as they turn to the Atlantean.
"I am Superboy, project Kr, a genomorph, a clone made of Superman's DNA created to replace him when he dies or to destroy him if he strays from the light." Explains Superboy shocking the heroes.
"...And I am the omega project, without other designations, a clone made from confidential DNA created to defeat the justice league and other heroes if necessary and replace them, be the ultimate weapon if necessary." Completes the Omega project while frowning to himself with his words.
A weapon, was he nothing more than a weapon at all? Why did that bother him so much? Was that all he was?
The omega project strayed a bit while the other heroes focused on his brother, for some reason it did not seem to bother him, not as much as him. If they were, members of the league did that mean he and his brother were discovered. What was going to happen to them? Would they going to be destroy as he originally thought or was it a rescue mission?
Looking at the heroes talking to their brother, the Omega project was not sure, they seemed to focus more on their brother, the clone of Superman, but not on him.
"Brother? Is everything OK? I feel your anguish." Dubbilex's voice comes in his head, however the clone just ignored it, and he had no patience for the older genomorph's games.
"No, they cannot." Desmond's voice declares when he enters the room followed by another scientist and the guardian, which makes the omega project come out of his thoughts. "They will be very busy around here, activate the cloning process."
"I'm sorry; the batcave already has a lot of people." Robin jokes, trying to buy some time.
"And send the weapons back to the pods." Orders Desmond making the guardian wave.
At that moment, the guardian advances towards Superboy grabbing his shoulder before the clone looks at Aqualad.
– Help us. – Ask for Aqualad
This made the Superboy pull away from the guardian's grip, until Desmond walked to his side with the genomorph hopping onto his shoulder. Something the Omega project notices and narrows its eyes before looking at Dubbilex who has silently entered the room.
"What are you doing?" Asks the omega project raising an eyebrow making Dubbilex just stare at him before turning to Superboy.
"…Now go back to your capsules." Orders Desmond making the Kr project turn and leave, the omega project stared at him for a few seconds before walking away going after his brother.
As soon as the doors closed, he could hear Desmond's small startled scream as Dubbilex appeared, which gave him a small-amused smile.
"I figured you would like this brother." Comments the voice of Dubbilex making the face of the omega project close up.
"Again, you are not my brother." The Omega project growls in his mind as the two walked along the omega project noticed that his brother stopped, as he seemed to listen to something, intrigued by what it was, the clone also stopped and concentrated on his hearing.
"Superboy are you alive and that gives you the right to go your own way, a weapon or a person? It is your choice..." Aqualad's voice speaks making the omega project's eyes widen.
Was it that easy? Did he just have to choose? Confused, the Omega project raised its hands and stared at them, for a second he saw them bathed in blood with the bodies of the league members beneath him. The vision came as quickly as it left, the clone soon clenched them into fists before seeing his brother walk away, returning to where he came from.
The omega project was still in doubt, but there was no way he was going to abandon the only thing he had, his brother. Then without further hesitation, the omega project turned and followed Superboy down the hall.
The two soon found themselves in front of the cloning room door, the pained grunts of the three heroes could be heard from there. Superboy grabbed the door and ripped it off its hinges before tossing it aside, causing the scientists, guardian, and genomorphs to turn on them, at the same time the cloning process stopped.
Soon Superboy advanced slowly into the room as the omega project took one last look at the ripped door until he heard a grunt, causing him to turn back to the room to see that his brother had knocked them all down and was now looking at Desmond seriously.
"Don't give me orders." With that said, the clone heads towards the capsules and faces the heroes inside.
"Did you come to help us or did you come to fry us?" Kid flash asks weakly, which makes Superboy squint as the omega project makes its way to the console.
"Huh, apparently I don't have heat vision, so I think helping is our only option." Comments the Kr project giving a look to his brother who clicked on the keyboard before the handcuffs and the capsules of the three opened, knocking them to the floor.
Robin managed to land on his two legs as Kid Flash and Aqualad fell to the ground groaning a little. Seeing this Superboy took one look at the Omega project that frozen seeing the two heroes to the ground before seeing his brother's gaze.
"...Oops?"
With that Robin and Superboy helped Aqualad and Kid Flash to their feet before the five ran out of the room. At that moment, Desmond stood up and faced the fleeing heroes.
"Y-you will never leave here, I will make you go back to your capsules today!" Desmond exclaims angrily.
"This guy is not whelmed, not whelmed at all" Commented Robin throwing three shurikens in the capsules before they explode.
"What is it with you and this whelmed thing?" Kid Flash asks dryly making the Omega project stare at them confused.
"Whelmed?" Asks the clone making Kid Flash and Robin face him.
"Inside joke." Both answer at the same time.
Meanwhile Desmond looked at the three destroyed capsules before turning to the door from which the heroes ran, with an angry expression on his face, at that moment a genomorph jumped on the scientist's shoulder.
"Activate every genomorphs in Cadmus." Command the scientist by making the creature's horns on his shoulder glow.
(With the heroes.)
The five of them ran through the corridors quickly heading towards the elevators.
"We are still 42 floors underground, but if we can make to the elevator..." Aqualad comments when suddenly several giant Genomorphs appeared blocking the way to the elevator, which made the heroes and clones stop.
The five turned only to see the humanoid genomorphs pop out of pods on the walls and growl at the heroes.
It was at that moment that they heard a roar and turned to see one of the giant genomorphs raising its hands to crush them, the heroes jumped out of the way of the blow, but the Omega project grabbed the creature's fists creating cracks beneath its feet. The clone grinned at the creature before flinging it after him blocking the small genomorphs.
It was at this moment that Superboy jumped over his brother and punched the other creatures, knocking her to the ground before a fist smashed him to the ground. At the same time, the heroes rushed to stand in front of the elevator.
A noise catches their attention causing them to turn around and see Superboy hitting one of the creatures on the wall while the omega project punches another one, knocking it backwards.
"Hey, the goal is to escape, not bury us here!" Aqualad declares annoyed making the two clones stare at him.
"You want scape?" Asks the angry Superboy before throwing his opponent at the genomorphs that approached them.
With that, the two clones joined the heroes opening the elevator doors. Kid flash enters the pit before starting to run along the wall, Robin throws a grappling hook at the wall and jumps, Superboy grabs Aqualad before they and the omega project jump, quickly climbing up.
Suddenly Superboy and Aqualad stopped climbing before falling, causing the omega project to freeze before descending after them and grabbing them before they fell.
"Superman can fly…why I can't?" Asks the crestfallen Superboy while the omega project looks worriedly at his brother before realizing how he floated in the air, or rather flew.
"I don't know, but you can still jump buildings in a single jump, which is still pretty cool." Kid Flash comments while Robin looks at the Omega project.
"So he can also fly carrying a Kryptonian clone and an Atlantean ... good to know..." thinks Robin before noticing the elevator descending towards them.
"Guys, this has to be our way out!" Robin declares before Superboy punches the elevator door allowing the five to enter the floor as the elevator passes them.
With that, the five turned to the hallway and saw several genomorphs running towards them.
"Quick, this way!" Robin exclaims before the four follow him.
As they ran, the Omega project felt Dubbilex invading its head; however, this time the clone blocked the genomorph as it continued running. At this point Superboy looks slightly confused before looking down the hall.
"To the left, to the left." Command Superboy making the group follow the path he said.
They kept running until Superboy looked the other way.
"Right!" With that, the group turns once more in the corridor facing a dead end, however the Omega project does not stop and jumps in an air duct, breaking the entrance with its body before quickly following the path.
The four heroes shocked by how quickly the omega project is before they follow it.
"Okay, I can add an improved intellect to his list of powers apparently… good to know." Commented Robin impressed.
[…]
The five were back together inside the pipe as they followed the path, at that moment Kid Flash decided to manifest.
"That way we will never get out of here!" Claims the hero before Superboy and Project Omega stop and turn around.
"Be quiet, listen..." Superboy comments making everyone turn around to hear several genomorphs moving in the ducts.
(Some time later.)
Desmond ran through the halls with the Guardian and Dubbilex, holding a tablet with the map of the place.
"That Robin… I bet he hacked the security system and turned off the internal security cameras, but he forgot the motion sensors." The scientist comments, smiling mischievously before heading towards the bathroom.
"The genomorphs are approaching them, they surrounded, and they will come out here." Declares Desmond when he and the guardian enter the bathroom and stop in front of one of the ducts before waiting.
They stand in silence staring at the duct when several Genomorphs who fell on top of them suddenly opened it.
(At the same time.)
The omega project started laughing causing the three heroes and the clone to stare at him with flat expressions, causing him to stare at them with a small mischievous smile.
"What? It was funny."
"...I think we have another person with a dubious sense of humor among us." Kid Flash comments dryly before giving Robin a look. "Batman wants a third Robin yet?"
Those words caused Robin to freeze and glare at the red-haired hero, which caused him to freeze and rub his head in discomfort.
"Sorry, I did not mean to…" Kid Flash starts before Robin gets up at once.
"Forget it… Let's just focus on getting out of here." Asks Robin before Kid Flash waves, putting on his glasses and running down the stairs.
The other four followed close behind as Robin looked at a hologram coming out of his gauntlet before turning back, facing Superboy.
"There's more behind us!" With that, the clone stopped before knocking down the stairs causing the genomorphs that climbed it to fall.
They continued until they reached Sub-Level 1, with Kid Flash exiting the stairs and running down the hall when a door slammed in front of him, causing him to crash right into the door.
Soon the other heroes arrived and saw the redhead lying on the floor and the door closed, at that moment the omega project laughed again making everyone look at him.
"What? It was funny." The Omega project defends itself before Superboy and Aqualad head towards the door and try to open it.
At that moment, several genomorphs appeared before Robin saw a door next to them.
"This way!" Robin exclaims breaking down the door before the five enter it only to find themselves surrounded by several genomorphs, the guardian and Dubbilex.
In this, the five was into combat stance before the horns of all the Genomorphs flashed causing them to fall, however the omega project narrowed its eyes and blocked the attack itself.
"Okay, that's enough now, what exactly is your game Dubbilex?" Asks the red-haired Clone turning to Dubbilex who just walked calmly towards them.
"Perhaps for the sake of all genomorphs our brother Superboy should make his decision." It declares Dubbilex causing Superboy to widen his eyes as the omega project stares at him idly.
"So it was you!?" exclaims Superboy in the telepathic conversation, before Project Omega glares at him and turns to Dubbilex.
"Of course it was him, who else do you think could start a fire in Cadmus all by himself? Wake these three up almost instantly and guide you through Cadmus?" Thinks the redhead making his brother turn to him, just like Dubbilex.
"Did you know!?" Ask the two surprised, making the clone roll its eyes.
"Of course, I found out after we captured them for the cloning tanks, we were never in danger and even if we were, I would kill him." Explains the omega project making Dubbilex gulp and Superboy stares at him in shock.
Dubbilex knew that the omega project spoke the truth, he is made for exactly that, to win, from the justice league itself and any hero or villain that got in his way, every simulation, every combat and test that put him out he came out with 100% of perfection. If he had wanted to, he could have escaped on his own and there would be no one in Cadmus who could stop him except…Superboy.
"I would never hurt Superboy..." Dubbilex declares causing Superboy to narrow his eyes.
"But what about my brother? You would hurt him." Asks Superboy doing Dubbilex gives a small look at the other clone.
"I couldn't, if I tried, there's no chance I'll survive, or any of us." Dubbilex answers making Superboy widen his eyes. "But unlike him, you are our hope, a genomorph hero, you light our way, guiding us to freedom."
After that, the Guardian blinks as the genomorph on his shoulder jumps away.
"What is happening? It is like I'm in the middle of a fog..."
At the same time, the other heroes get up and see Project Omega helping Superboy up, the two stare at each other for a few seconds before turning to Dubbilex.
"What do you choose brother?" Asks the genomorph making Superboy look at his brother.
"Whatever you choose, I'll be on your side brother." Secures the omega project with a nod.
"I choose freedom."
This caused the guardian to wave at them before pointing to the hallway that led to the hallway. "Go, I'll take care of Desmond."
"I don't think so..." declares Desmond behind the Genomorphs making everyone look at him as he held a vial in his hand. "The blockbuster project will give me the power to restore order to Cadmus."
With that, the scientist drinks the whole vial at once making everyone stare at him in tense silence. Project omega just stared at him impassively before turning to leave for the elevator; he really did not want to waste his time on this.
He ignored the sounds of struggle and the thud the Guardian made as he was hurled into a wall, though he stopped short when he heard his brother's grunt of pain. Immediately the red-haired clone turned to see his brother got punched in the face that sent him skidding to the ground.
It also made him see that Desmond turned what appeared to be a monstrous Bane on steroids. A gasp escaped the clone before it blurted towards Desmond and grabbed his head hard causing the creature to scream in pain before the clone hurled it towards the ceiling making a hole.
To his surprise though, Superboy gave him an annoyed look before jumping after Desmond. The omega project just stares at the place his brother was confused, why did he stare at him that way? He just wanted to help.
At that moment the clone shook his head before flying off after his brother, being followed by the three heroes, as soon as the quartet gets up there they see Desmond holding Superboy by the arms before freeing himself. However, the creature grabs his legs and throws him at the heroes causing Robin and Kid Flash to dodge while Aqualad was not so lucky and got hit by the clone's body, but the omega project grabs them both before placing them next to him.
Soon the other two heroes join them before facing Desmond who roared at them, prompting Kid Flash to advance along with the others. The speedster went under the creature's legs before stopping behind him, meanwhile Desmond received a punch from Aqualad and Superboy causing him to lose his balance and Kid Flash knocked him to the ground using his body to trip the monster.
"Did you like the movement? I learned in kindergarten." At that moment, Robin jumped over him and threw his shurikens at the monster; however, he just dodged the projectiles before facing Superboy.
Desmond roared advancing on the clone, though a blur hit the monster and hurled it into a wall, soon the blur revealed itself as the omega project, though now it looked different from before.
He seemed to have increased in size almost like Superman himself, in addition to his skin having become like a rock and his eyes glowing red, which made the heroes widen their eyes.
"Darkseid…" The three heroes mutter in disbelief at what they saw.
Project omega remained calm as it landed in front of the creature before taking a punch from it, however the clone did not even move before several more hits hit it. The clone then grabbed the creature's head before throwing it over the side of one of the pillars.
The creature growled before grabbing the pillar and pulling it out, at which point the omega project was right in front of Desmond who used the pillar to hit his opponent and making everything shake.
At that moment, Superboy appears punching Desmond to the side before a mace of water hits the creature and a punch from Project Omega sends him into the wall. However, the creature smiled before grabbing Superboy causing the omega project to widen its eyes before hitting the other clone, which returned to normal, and Aqualad causing the three of them to fly until they fell to the ground.
The Superboy growled before turning to his brother who stood up rubbing his head.
"Why aren't you like that anymore?" Questions the clone angrily making his brother stare at him.
"Because the impact would hurt you." Responds the other clone when they hear Kid Flash hitting the wall before Superboy punches the omega project, shocking the same.
"W-what?" Asks the surprised omega project.
"I don't need your help!" Superboy exclaims before he and Aqualad run after Desmond leaving the omega project there alone.
He stood there wide-eyed watching his brother and his rescuers fighting Desmond and seemingly failing, in that moment he felt anger. It was as if fire was flowing through his veins, he slowly got back into that shape he had been in before as he stood up, but now his eyes seemed to release a small red mist.
Suddenly Desmond felt something grab his arm and shoulder making him turn to the omega project staring at him before pulling the creature's arm off earning a roar of pain and making the heroes widen their eyes at the level of his violence.
The omega project did not care about that, nor the bloodstains that covered it now, it advanced calmly towards the creature that roared at it before raising its other arm and preparing to punch it, in response to that, the omega clone did the same before punching.
As the fists met, the creature's arm swung around like it was made of paper as the omega project's fist lunged towards Desmond's face before hitting him creating a shock wave.
The entire building shook before starting to fall as the omega project faced its falling opponent with its neck looking like it had stretched and half its face disfigured as the blood poured. Slowly the red-haired clone returned to normal as rubble fell on top of him.
[…]
A fist came out of the rubble before Superboy removed a large boulder from his back revealing Robin, Kid Flash and Aqualad standing up before facing the rubble around them.
Suddenly the omega project appears floating in the sky behind them before landing behind them and approaching their brother causing Superboy to squint at him, freezing the omega project before he gives his brother a weak smile.
"I'm glad you're okay brother."
"Yeah, yeah, whatever."
After that, the two fell silent before seeing the other three heroes approaching them giving the omega project a look before turning to Superboy.
"It saw? It's the moon."
With that, the two clones turned to face the moon with wide eyes full of admiration watching the star. It was at that moment that Project Omega saw a small shadow approaching, one he recognized after a few moments was Superman.
"Oh and Superman, do we keep our promises or not?" Kid Flash plays ignoring the nervousness until he notices several other heroes approaching, it was the justice league.
It was at this moment that Superboy stepped forward causing Superman to narrow his eyes at the boy, before the clone revealed the Superman symbol on his outfit causing the Man of Steel's eyes to widen.
However, his surprise was replaced by anger and seriousness making Superboy's expression falter and the omega project clench his fists looking at the older hero. Batman however looked at Superboy and the other clone for a few seconds before narrowing his eyes.
"Is that what I think it is?" Ask Batman before Kid flash advances alongside the clone.
"He does not like to be called that." Answers the redhead making Superboy and the omega project look at him, the speedster swallowed hard before clearing his throat. "I mean, they don't like being called that."
"I'm Superman's clone and he's a Darkseid clone." Declares Superboy surprising the entire league upon hearing this.
"...Tell me everything." Orders Batman narrowing his eyes on both of them.
(A while later.)
Some of the league left taking what was left of Desmond away, while others stayed there talking and interrogating some of the lab members. The three partners were talking to Superboy while Project Omega was a little further away watching everyone trying to understand what was revealed to them about the DNA used to make it.
He was made from the DNA of one of the league's most powerful enemies that it took the entire league, outside heroes and even villains to defeat him and send him away, which was too much for him. The omega project then looked at the blood that covered him and growled, punching a rock next to him causing everyone to stare at him tensely seeing his fist in the middle of one of the rubble.
Suddenly he withdrew his fist and flew away, never seeing the worried look on Superboy who was about to jump after him before Aqualad caught him.
"He needs some time alone."
(A while later.)
The omega project was sitting alone on a park bench at night looking at the ground holding his head, it was at this moment that he hears someone sitting next to him making the clone raise his head and look at the person next to him.
It was an elderly man, with white hair well with some wrinkles on his face and gray eyes, he wore a black suit with a small vest of the same color that had a small golden chain, and in his hands was a black cane with a golden frame.
"Are you okay young man?" Asks the man with a gentle voice making the omega project narrow his eyes.
"That's none of your business!" The boy growls making the man smile before laughing.
"You are witty, that's good, but it's good to control it before it hurts someone." The man declares before holding his cane and adopting a solemn look. "Even those close to you… like your brother."
This made the omega project widen his eyes before turning to the man who remained quiet before smiling gently and pulling a rag out of his pocket and wiping some of the blood from the clone's face.
"Come on boy, you look like you need a shower and a new wardrobe." Declares the man getting up and starting to walk away making the omega project get up and face him.
"What... what's your name? Why are you doing this?" Asks the clone before receiving a smile from the old man.
