A
Costume Party?
By Acalanatha465
This is my new story. You may notice that the one of the main characters in this story is a little familiar. That is because it crosses over with the Evolution series. I hope you enjoy, but remember that this is only a prologue. That is why it is immensely short. If you notice this, please don't hurt me!
The first thing that you could notice about him was the fact that he was wearing a pair of wings in the middle of winter. Second to that was his hat. His hat had black yin-yangs all over it. He was wearing a shirt with smiley faces all over it. Red smileys. It was a Chinese year of the dragon shirt. Was he Chinese? Of course not.
She tricked me again. 'Gah!' I will get her back for this.
He listed his arm to reveal a device that could be described when seen from a far as a wristwatch. When a closer look is taken, it is discovered that this device is so much more than a simple wristwatch. It does tell time though. It has a slot for the insertion and reading of discs that can only be obtained using a special method. The only way he could get himself out of this predicament was to implement one of these special discs.
"Digi-port open!" This voice command was entered into the device's microphone.
"Please insert crest." The female computer voice answered coolly. The teenager fumbled in his pockets for a while before removing a blue disc. This blue disc had an image shaped similarly to a bolt of lightning emblazoned upon its non-readable side. The young boy inserted the disc into the disc slot.
"Now opening Digi-port. Please enjoy your stay at the Moon Mountain Haven, Cele." A hologram had now appeared. The boy now identified as Cele walked into the hologram as if it were a portal. He emerged in the lobby of a bustling Hotel.
"What kind of Gijinka could this be?" A burgundy haired girl was now standing before him.
"Shut it, Roxxanne." Cele's arm twitched slightly.
"Aww, are we still bitter about the fake costume party?" Roxxanne enjoyed provoking him for some reason.
"I said SHUT IT!" Cele had stormed over to the staircase and disappeared from sight.
"What's eating him?" A Gijinka with a bright red sun marked upon her forehead had emerged from the shadows.
"I think he's just bitter because of the trick I played on him." Roxxanne whirled around and fell onto one of the cushions in the hotel lobby; her burgundy colored hair flying behind her all the way.
"You played another trick on him? You know how he gets when you do that."
"Yeah, I know, Emeibermon. But he has to learn to lighten up, especially when he is around me. He's way too uptight about things."
"I would be uptight too if the fate of an entire world was resting on my shoulders."
"Hey. I've got it too you know, but I'm not nearly as uptight about it."
"Yeah. I know." Emeibermon walked over to the stairs while her heals clicked softly on the marble floor.
"I'm going to check on Cele, to make sure he hasn't broken anything up there." Emeibermon said calmly
"Fine with me." Roxxanne just finished speaking as she heard shattering glass.
"See??!! This is what happens when you provoke him. He breaks the light fixtures of my Inn!" Emeibermon huffed off to make sure that Cele hadn't broken anything else.
"Sorry."
"Yeah, yeah." Emeibermon had gone up the stairs as she said this.
Well? Whadaya think? This is my OC series. It's all special and new! Doesn't Roxxanne remind you of somebody? She's like Daisuke, except smarter. You must remember though that this is only the prologue. Please R&R. You know the deal. no voting this time though. I have it all planned out.
