A young girl gazed at the soft dawn light with a gaze that drowned in it's lullaby. Her silver hair lit by it's rays danced through the cold morning breeze blowing through her face.

Her eyes fell on the sight of her reflection on the waters infront of her.

She looked around at the lush darkness and deep clear lake sorrounding her in a cold embrace as her body dipped in the waters.

She felt the subtle cold sensation of dampness flood her skin.

She sighed a heavy melancholic breath as she gazed at her reflection on the crystal waters again.

A girl. Young as she can be.One that is likely not be called a ripe blooming flower yet was reflected in the water.

She had long silver hair flowing from her head to her waist. It was a messy stream but it was honestly mesmerizing. Her face had a pointed nose and proud purple eyes looking like a deep somber wood. A mirror to what she felt inside.

In the reflection, her face distorted in disgust. This didn't look like her.

She suddenly waves her hand and with it a mirage of a herself appeared. One she has not seen in so long yet she fails to accept that person isn't her anymore.

In her eyes a picture of a woman with black hair and warm brown eyes greeted her.

She carressed it gently to not distort it's view from the waters. But as she did so, the spell ended and out came her real reflection.

In the waters returned a childish young girl with silver hair.

The soft lightness in her face was then replaced by a subtle frown at the turn of events.

She mumbled to herself quietly.

...

"How irritating..."

...

"Nora!..."

She heard a familiar voice call out to her. That was not her name. Yet in the same time, she knew it was and she was lying to herself.

With that, a memory of a past so long ago was on her mind.

In it she remembered a middle aged woman with black hair calling out to her.

Rika...

That was her name or atleast it once was. Despite that, she turned her eyes on the one who called to her.

A girl hardly older with a big resemblance to her walked to her in the darkness.

She gave the younger girl a scolding gaze with her purple eyes as her silver braids raced in the wind.

"Nora, I've been looking for you everywhere. I've been calling you hours ago. You're all wet! What is with you-"

The younger girl, Nora per say, looked at her blankly as she drowned in her thoughts again.

Noelle...

" Noelle-nee, I'll come later. I'm busy."

Nora told her scolder as she layed in the waters to try and fall asleep.

Noelle Silva...

Another echo in mind appeared in the younger girl's head.

She could still hear her sister's voice but she ignored it in favor of the waters soothing sound.

Noelle Silva.. A fantastical character in fictional story...

One titled Black Clover..

Yet despite all odds, she stood here as her elder sister...

How did this happen?

She was burned alive in her own home nonetheless...

She died but..

Rika Holly, a modern woman, has reincarnated. She was once a 21 year old med student. Now she was a two minute younger twin sister to a fictional character.

Absurd..

Yet, here she was so she might as well..

In that moment, she grinned quiets and flickered her fingers as she cast the spell in her mind.

Little water dragon...

Come help me .

Saying those words in mind the little blue gem on her hand shone.

With that a tiny strong spout of water appeared. Hearing the sudden scream and splashing water she chuckled. She suddenly felt a bit of pain in her head but she gritted her teeth grinned then ignored it.

-she might as well have fun. Despite the oddity of her situation, no one could say no to play with a little magic. It was a second chance she didn't plan on wasting it on grumbling over existential crisis and thus that.

If only it were that easy...

Yet at the moment the girl just wanted to laugh with her sister for even just a moment despite it all.

Nora now giggling obviously went to look at her work. Expecting to see a damp silver haired girl with braids to scowl at her..

Instead though, fate's own cruelty perhaps.

A damp older man with silver hair braided in his face glared at her with killing eyes...

Nozel Silva ...

The mischievous girl found herself with a shiver down her spine. Looking to her left only then was she greeted by the now wet older twin girl.

Noelle instead of the annoyed face she expected gave her a wary fearful gaze as she peeked at the older man.

How a tiny spout of water got two people was a mystery beyond her.

Two birds in one stone?..

Feeling the menacing aura coming closer. She remained silent.

Nozel approached her.

Slap*

Whilst thinking of what to do, she felt hard panging force on her cheek.

It stung painfully turning red. She gazed at him in fear.

He just slapped her...

"You pathetic disgraceful-"

Nora felt herself drown in her mind once again as his words faded out.

Disgrace...

Here we go again. The same words...

Despite not fully listening, she could still hear some of the bittering words someone who was supposedly her brother said...

Moments later, Nozel dried himself off with his magic as he walked away. Not before giving her one final disgusted gaze.

"Nora..."

The silver haired sister of hers called out in a whispery cold voice.

She gazed at Noelle who had a blank face. Noelle had seemingly a bit of worry in her face but..

The older twin stood still. Contemplating on whether to help her sister or yield to her fear of offending her brother.

"Noelle, leave that monster be."

After Noelle's few moments of hesitation, Nozel called her out to which she followed after.

In the end, a young silver haired girl was left in the darkness once more with only the company of her reflection in the lake.

She put a gentle touch on her cheek once more. Her eyes fell down on her reflection once more.

In it appeared a child with a painful huge splotch of red on her face.

It gazed at her with a blank face creepily.

That's right keep that face up. Don't you dare-

In the reflection, waterfalls in her eyes began to fall from her blank face.

-cry..

How did she end up like this...

That was when the flashback ended.

...

Nora's eyes gazed at the present once more.

It has been many years...

She was no longer a child but a now a 15 year old girl.

She looked once again at her sister's face she had not seen in a while.

Those familiar eyes gazed at her with a mix of horror and rage.

Both sisters stood there speechless but..

Noelle raised her grimoire slowly.

"Traitorous convict, Nora Silva. For your actions, I shall end you to erase the disgrace you have cast upon our family."

The now black bull cloaked magic knight of a sister spoke softly with a blank face but the tears in her eyes failed to be concealed.

Noelle's disbelieving eyes never left the bloody unconscious bodies of her friends Vanessa and Finral Roulocase.

Hmm...

'don't worry I haven't killed them, sister'

is honestly what Nora would like to say...

That will be difficult though considering what she had to do this time...

It's a few tweaks on the characters nothing to worry...She just had to do what's necessary to survive...

She needed more...

Megicula's curse was consuming her everyday.

Yet...even so it was still hard to look at her sister, Noelle's gaze...

How vexingly complicated...how has it turned out like this...?

Nora gazed at the forbidden seals on her arms as they bursted to a searing pain blood spewing then out of her mouth slowly.

She couldn't back down here...

That person...

Was still waiting...

She wasn't going to abandon her promise to bring that person back.

Even if death was going to await her next.

It was better that way.

She thought as she herself raised her grimoire. Without even a word she said it out loud..

"Blood magic: Curse of the crimson night"

She heard the screams around her echoing like vulture's cries...

Forbidden seals started to alight. They began burning her arms as they increased the mana flowing through her body...

Crimson sparrows fled in a trancing dance around them.

Never would she have thought to hurt her beloved sister...

'I guess I really have sunk so low...'

She thought to herself tears welling up.

Yes Indeed, How has it turned out like this.

When death's awaiting at every corner, she knew she hardly had anything to lose...

But... isn't it just so hard to want to live..?

With that, perhaps it's best to start from the day her pasts life's memories returned. Yes...a good place to start perhaps...
