Deciding to honor his mother's legacy, he travels to Sequin Land...just in time to aid a certain Half-Genie Hero in stopping the latest diabolical plot from Pirate Queen: Risky Boots.

At the request of Shantae, a Half-Genie of the Arabian Peninsula, baby Harry Potter is delivered to the lighthouse where she lives, to protect him from powerful Dark Magic that might return soon after the fall of the most feared Dark Wizard in 20 years, but their biggest threat is in the hands of Risky Boots, a pirate who wants the boy's magic for evil.

When Harry Potter reads a book about a genie, he wishes that he had a genie of his own to save him from the Dursleys. And thanks to his own natural magic, this wish comes true... Shantae finds him and learns of his past. She isn't a full genie, so she can't grant wishes instantly...But she still offers the little boy three wishes anyway.
