New fanfic! Naruto Uchiha. Some things I would like to say:
1. No harem! I am not writing anything like that anytime soon. Unlike my other fic, this will actually have one ship and then stick with it.
2. Naruto won't have the Mangekyo until part 2. Rinnegan? Who knows. Hehehe
3. Minato's parents still were civilians. Just that his father was an Uchiha civilian. No Madara lineage.
4. Something interesting will happen before the academy graduation. A unique (I'm hoping) idea that I wanted to work with for a long time. Hopefully, you like it.
Well, that was it. I hope you enjoy this idea as a whole. I'm hoping the pacing is better than my other fic which honestly was pretty bad. Naruto will be stronger but he won't be the strongest.

Minato Uchiha. He was a half Uchiha and the fourth Hokage of the Leaf. He was a master of the Sharingan when it came to perception and was known as the fastest Shinobi in the world. Faster than even the Raikage. No one knew who his parents were. Even Minato didn't. All he knew was that his mother had long blonde hair. That's all he could remember of his parents. After that he lived in an orphanage. He had also inherited his mother's blonde hair.
While the Uchiha's reputation had gotten better now that an Uchiha was a Hokage, people still feared the Clan. The civilians would say stuff like "He only got to be Hokage because he's only a half Uchiha. The other half saved him from the Uchiha's evil minds,". People were scared. Scared of those eyes. So much so that they would want to come up with anything to have them out of the village. Even if the Clan was one of the founders.
Minato later married Kushina Uzumaki. The Clan wasn't happy with that. Something about the Uchiha blood being diluted. Minato, however, didn't listen to them. He loved his wife and his wife loved him. They were a happy couple and were even happier when they found out that she was pregnant. That happiness wouldn't last long due to Kushina being the Jinchuriki of the Nine Tails. Bearing such a monster in you brought terrible luck.
He was a Hokage and his wife was the Jinchuriki of the strongest Bijuu. They were prone to be targeted especially since the seal of the Kyuubi would be weakened during birth.
They were careful and took precautions. Giving birth in a remote location that only very few knew. A strong barrier would be formed and ANBU would guard the place. Very few people should be able to go through all that and no one should be able to go through all that without making any noise. No one alive.
The plan was for Kushina to give birth and Minato would then tighten the seal. Sadly, things rarely go as planned. They were attacked by someone. Someone who actually went through all the barriers and seals and defeated the ANBU without making any noise. Only one person should be capable of this. Madara Uchiha. The legendary Uchiha. Those would be Minato's thoughts.
He would threaten the baby and later would release the Kyuubi under his control and summon it in the middle of the village. Minato would rush to take his son to safety and then take care of the Kyuubi.
A fight would ensue between Minato and the supposed Madara with Minato pretty quickly taking care of him. That was due to his Mangekyo Sharingan's ability. The ability to teleport to anything or anyone he would mark. A mark that would not disappear from the target even in death. Such ability made Minato known as the Yellow Flash.
This Madara however, had a Space-Ninjutsu of his own. It was why he could escape the Hokage. Minato didn't bother following him as the Kyuubi was still in Madara's control and wreaking havoc in the village. The village's safety was the Hokage's top priority. He teleported to the village near the Kyuubi as he would see the third Hokage and other Shinobi fight the Kyuubi off. Minato was formulating a plan on what his next move should be. The Kyuubi cannot be killed as it is pure Chakra and even if you could, doing so would endanger the balance of power that the five great villages have and so would endanger the village.
Sealing someone like the Kyuubi, the strongest of the Bijuu, was also something near impossible. A vessel would be required. Kushina, his wife, was too far gone and sadly could not survive. Minato stared into Kyuubi's eyes and would see a Sharingan.
'So, Madara took control of you with Genjutsu huh? I'm not great at it but I must try,' thought Minato as he would focus his Chakra. He would first need to remove the control that Madara had. After doing that, Minato would try to put the Kyuubi under his Genjutsu. A feat not easy to achieve but he did.
'I did it! I can't control it for long. The Kyuubi's power is too strong,' thought Minato as an idea popped into his mind. A sad one. Madara was going to be a threat in the future too. A threat for the village and the world. Something Minato didn't want. That's why the best way to ensure the safety of his village and the world, was to do this. 'Forgive me, Kushina'
He would order the Kyuubi to go to a certain place as he would teleport to his wife and son. Minato would prepare everything for the sealing of the Kyuubi. The Kyuubi would sit nearby but from time to time it would shake its head. Minato knew that it won't be long until it regains control again.
Kushina and Minato would argue about what to do next. She wanted to take the Kyuubi down with her and let Minato live with Naruto but Minato knew that was not possible. Without the Kyuubi, the balance would be lost. Then there is Madara who would bring catastrophe to the world and he knew his son, Naruto, would be the one to stop him.
Minato would summon the Shinigami, the Reaper Death Seal Jutsu. He planned to divide the Kyuubi's Chakra into two. He sealed one half in his body and quickly put Naruto on the sealing altar that he had summoned. After Kyuubi's Chakra was divided into two, it would regain its control. The Kyuubi would quickly realize what Minato's plan was and would try to stop him. Kyuubi would try to stab the baby with his huge nail so there would be no vessel for it to be sealed into.
Kyuubi's plan would come to a halt after both Minato and Kushina jumped in front and stopped Kyuubi's nail from going further.
"Kushina, I'll seal our Chakra into Naruto. When the moment comes we will be able to meet a grown-up Naruto," said Minato smiling as Kushina also nodded. This would be the best option they could think of at the time.
Minato would continue to seal the other half of the Kyuubi in Naruto and then after the job was done, the Shinigami would claim his soul. Not before the key of Naruto's seal was given to a toad.
The nail would be gone as both their bodies would fall to the ground. Minato already being dead due to the Shinigami taking his soul while Kushina only had a few moments to live.
Hiruzen would arrive at the scene. He saw the surroundings and would already have an idea of what had happened.
"Kushina!" he yelled sensing that she was still alive.
"T-third... please take care of Naruto... Mikoto..." said Kushina weakly as she let out her last breath.
"Mikoto?" asked Hiruzen himself as he would hear a crying baby. "So this is Naruto huh?" said Hiruzen as he would pick him up.
*5 years later*
Naruto was now five years old. He had blood red spiky hair and violet eyes. He wore a black short-sleeved shirt with a high collar and gray shorts. On the back of his shirt, the Uchiha clan crest was present.
Fugaku Uchiha, the Uchiha clan head, and his wife, Mikoto Uchiha adopted Naruto soon after his parents' death. Of course, the council had opposed to this but it was written in both Kushina's and Minato's will that they have the right to do so. The council which consisted of Danzo Shimura, Homura Mitokado, and Koharu Utatane couldn't do anything against it even though they hated the idea of the Uchiha clan having possession of the Kyuubi Jinchuriki.
Naruto's life wasn't all good even though he had a family. His father would most of the time ignore his presence and his brother, Sasuke would do the same. His mother, however, loved him as much as one would love his son as did his oldest brother, Itachi. He would spend most of his time with Itachi and his cousin Shisui Uchiha, or when they were on a mission with his mom or alone training.
The rest of the clan hated him for some reason that he couldn't guess. They would call him names behind his back and interact as less as possible with him. This bothered the young Uchiha a lot at first but later he learned not to care as he had Itachi, Shisui, and his mother.
"Kaa-san, I'm going out with Nii-san!" called Naruto while heading out. "Sasuke, you can still come with us," said Naruto with Sasuke not even bothering to answer and just looking away. Sasuke's attitude was always the same towards Naruto.
He started walking away with Itachi. "Nene, Nii-san. Why won't Sasuke ever come with us," asked Naruto curiously. "It's not because of my hair, right?"
Itachi let out a little laugh. "Hahaha, no don't worry about it. He just wants to stay with, otou-san," said Itachi trying to calm Naruto down.
'Hmm,' thought Naruto as they continued walking.
"Nene, Nii-san. How about you finally teach me another Jutsu," said Naruto cheerfully practically begging Itachi.
"You already have something to train for," said Itachi with a strict voice with Naruto pouting.
"Oh come on. Walking on water or doing a fireball Jutsu is boring," said Naruto looking away still pouting.
"Hahaha, I guess that would be boring for you, huh? You do have excellent Chakra Control and your fire manipulation is pretty good," said Itachi in thought. "Ah! I know," said Itachi calmly as he finally got an idea of what to teach Naruto.
"Oh?! Oh oh oh, tell me! Please please please!" said Naruto impatiently.
"You have an immense amount of Chakra which is why this Jutsu is perfect for you. But you have to promise me you'll be careful," said Itachi as Naruto's eyes shined brightly. They finally had reached their destination and Shisui was already waiting there.
"Ho? Naruto you again!" said Shisui.
"Eh? What's that supposed to mean? Hmm?" said Naruto suspiciously.
"You aren't trying to take away my best friend, right?" asked Shisui jokingly.
"Heh, he's already gone. He's mine, I say!" said Naruto raising his voice at the end.
Shisui burst out laughing as Itachi only observed. He always found it calming how they were always so cheerful. That would get annoying at times but Itachi never minded it.
"Then I better get rid of you," said Shisui with a creepy smile on his face.
Naruto ran behind Itachi scared. "Nii-san, protect me!" cried Naruto.
"Hahaha!"
"Now now. How about we get to that Jutsu I promised you," said Itachi as that got Naruto excited again.
"What Jutsu?" asked Shisui with Naruto equally curious.
"The Kage Bunshin no Jutsu," said Itachi which disappointed Naruto but shocked Shisui. Naruto looked at Shisui and now wondered if he was thinking about the same Jutsu.
"Isn't it a little too early?" asked Shisui which Itachi shook his head.
"Look at him. He has excellent Chakra control and his fire manipulation is not bad at all. His Chakra reserves are pretty huge," explained Itachi as Shisui nodded while Naruto observed.
"Tell me what the Jutsu is!" asked Naruto finally reaching the limits of his patience.
"The Kage Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more physical clones of you. The Chakra is split equally between you and the other Clones," explained Itachi as Naruto was excited again.
"Yosh! Tell me how I execute it," asked Naruto.
"You only perform the Ram seal and then split your Chakra equally to the Clone," said Itachi as he did just that. A clone appeared beside Itachi. After careful observation, Itachi released it.
"Wooow!" said Naruto as he did the same. A poof appears just for a gooey Naruto to appear on the ground. It poofed soon after.
"Wow, you used too little Chakra. You are pretty bad," taunted Shisui as he and his clone were laughing at him.
"I'll show you too little Chakra!" yelled Naruto as he performed the Ram seal again.
"Wait Naruto don't!" yelled Itachi which was unusual of him. Normally he is stoic as ever.
A poof appears beside Naruto as a perfect Clone of Naruto appeared. Before Naruto could celebrate, Shisui would grab the real Naruto and Shunshin away.
"Hey what the hell-" said Naruto as his clone exploded. It created shockwaves as Shisui hugged Naruto showing his back towards the explosion to protect Naruto. Itachi was also able to dodge in time knowing that his friend would save Naruto. Since he is the faster one.
Shisui let go of Naruto after the explosion died down with Itachi appearing beside the two. Naruto awkwardly rubbed the back of his head. "I'm really sorry. Thank you, Shisui-nii," apologized Naruto with a sincere look on his face.
"Hehe, don't worry about it just don't let it happen again. I won't always be there to save your ass," said Shisui jokingly while Naruto only said "hm," with crossed arms.
Itachi only sighed. "Do you know why that happened, Naruto?" asked Itachi getting the attention of the two.
Naruto nodded slowly. "I put too much Chakra in it. I got the hang of it now so I can do it perfectly," said Naruto smirking.
"Are you sure? I don't want to save you again from your own explosion," said Shisui laughing again teasing Naruto.
With a ram seal, a cloud of smoke poofed beside Naruto. As the smoke cleared out, Naruto would show himself. A perfect clone of Naruto. Chakra was perfectly divided.
"Good job, Naruto," said Itachi with his usual stoic voice. Naruto giggled as he looked at Shisui only to get angry again. Not only was Shisui not paying attention, but he was also joking around with five of his Clones.
Naruto got a serious look on his face. "I'll show you," said Naruto as he performed the same seal for the fourth time. "Tajuu Kage Bunchin no Jutsu!" yelled Naruto with Itachi trying to stop Naruto from doing something reckless yet again but failed to do so. Soon, the whole area would be full of smoke. As the smoke cleared, around 100 clones of Naruto would be revealed. Naruto smirking looked at Shisui who now had his eyes widened.
"What do you think of this one?" asked Naruto as Shisui smiled.
"Good job, Naruto!" he said with a thumbs up.
Naruto looked away in embarrassment but still smiled having finally gotten acknowledgment by Shisui.
"Indeed, good job, Naruto," said Itachi stoically.
"Heh, it was pretty easy," said Naruto smiling as he then let the clones poof out of existence. Suddenly he would get the feedback of all the clones. His eyes widened in shock. Itachi and Shisui smiled seeing as Naruto had noticed why the Jutsu was so good.
"Can I use this to..." said Naruto slowly shocked at how useful this Jutsu could actually be.
"Hai," said Itachi with Shisui smiling.
Naruto performed the Jutsu again as exactly 100 Clones poofed into existence. "Itachi, if you don't mind could you create a three clones and separate my clones into groups so they all could learn something new?" asked Naruto kindly hoping that Itachi would do just that. Itachi thought for a moment and then continued to do that.
Naruto turned to Shisui.
"Hai hai," said Shisui as he also created four Clones to go create four groups of 25.
"Good. Shisui, I'm assuming you are having at least one group training on the Shunshin," said Naruto with a serious look on his face.
"Y-yes," said Shisui. ' Jeez, he always gets really scary when it comes to fighting or training. A complete 180' thought Shisui.
Naruto smiled. "Let's spar!" said Naruto already rushing Shisui.
So? What do you guys think? Second fic that I'm writing so I'm hoping my writing has gotten better. Also yes, I got rid of the Flying Thunder God. It's way too op and Naruto would learn that which is something I want to avoid.
