Valentine's Day Forever
Bakura does something romantic for his koi.

The front door opened noisily as it always did. "We need to fix this," a gentle voice complained to nobody but the air and himself.Ryou Bakura stepped in, his hair ruffled from the high winds blowingoutside.
"I hatethose underpriveleged grocery store people." He set down a package of oven mitts, seething. "Who says that the quantity of the package can get you kicked out of the 10 items or less line?" Ryou sat down on the couch and sighed heavily. Suddenly a familiar aroma tickled his nose.
"It smells like… vanilla in here," Ryou observed in awe. "Vanilla is my favorite scent. But I didn't buy a candle..." Then two arms wrapped around his neck, enveloping him in a soft, welcome-home hug.
Ryou blinked. "Hello Bakura-chan."
"Hi koi," Bakura said softly, standing behind the couch. Ryou blinked again cutely. Bakura was acting strange.
The touzokuou blushed so faintly, that it was impossible to see."Ano, Ryou…" Bakura picked up a Blockbuster case. "You know that movie you wanted to see?"
"Yeah?" Ryouresponded inquisitively. "What about it?" He fidgeted, wondering where this was going.
'Kura smiled nervously. "I rented it…"
Ryou smiled softly. "That's sweet 'Kura… but... but why are you doing this? It isn't Valentine's Day, is it?"
Bakura's smile faded almost instantly, and the thief king's dark chocolate orbs bore holes into his soul partner, drawing in every ounce of Ryou's attention.
"But when you love somebody," he said seriously, "doesn't that make it Valentine's Day every day?"
Ryou stared at Bakura. And smiled a huge smile. And glomped him.
"Thank you koi," he said gratefully. Bakura smiled.
"You're welcome…" Bakura pulled both him and his koibito to their feet. "Um, but if you want to watch the movie, you have to set it up. I'm not allowed to touch the VCR, remember…?"
Ryou rolled his eyes. "I remember. After that little incident, you're never going near the VCR again."
