It was a few days after that weird storm in Hawali, which Rocket was still trying to figure out how that had happened despite Herbert saying it was just weirdness as she got ready using her super-speed power grabbing her backpack noticing Branchie seemed excited, unaware the sapling was starting kindergarten at Avengers Campus making Casey remembering seeing her pal excited.

"I am Groot, I am Groot, I am Groot." Branchie asked making her giggle.

"Yep somebody's excited, hmmm I don't know Branchie." Casey answered hearing Rocket calling them for breakfast giving Casey an idea scooping the female-sapling up flying downstairs landing on her furry feet outside the kitchen door opening it making Herbert wonder, why she had a smirk on her face.

"No reason, Herbie plus it's Branchie's first day of school, right uncle Rockie." she told her step dad.

"Yep and so excited for her, plus Carmilla and Groot are excited and emotionak about it." he replied making Casey quiet as she sat at the table which Jupiter noticed knowing her lil cub was still adjusting to Herbert after Rocket had explained to her last night, after Casey had went to bed.

"Everything alright, starshine." she asked softly.

"Yeah, I guess mommy." she replied eating.

Plus every morning because they lived on the grounds of Avengers Campus, Casey normally either walked with Rocket or Yoko to school so she was surprised hearing that Jupiter wanted to walk her, which Gamora, Herbert and Rocket thought sweet, giving them a chance to bond a little seeing Branchie on Casey's shoulders.

"We should get goijg, before Branchie's late." Casey said yawning which hothered Jupiter as she'd no idea Casey was Raccoon Girl or out all night kicking tail but Rocket did alomg with Shocket whom she hadn't heard from guessing leading her own hero team kept her busy taking deep-breaths which Branchie got.

Ever since Casey had adopted her, the female-sapling at first had been confused about her family but now considered Rocket her daddy too and Casey her big sister knowing right now, she was having that problem with Herbert being her step-dad so would help her feel better.

"Okay we're here, gotta get Branchie to class-" Casey told Jupiter who hugged her.

A few kids in her grade snickered seeing this but Yoko found it sweet, giving those jerks a glare which warned them, not to mess with Casey this morning seeing Jupiter leaving, so scampered over relieving Casey knowing Yoko's dad, her uncle Rocke was the kindergarten teacher making Yoko get it as she led the way noticing an new cub that looked familarvto Casey shaking it off for now.

"I am Groot." Branchie asked.

"I'm fine, nothing to worry about." she said.

"Don't sweat it, Jupiter as she's still adjusting to you and Herbie being her parents, plus cubs are a bit sleepybin the mornings so she'll perk up by the tine she and Branchie get home." Rocket said to Jupiter.

"I hope so, as she was quiet on the way there, maybe you're right." Jupiter replied drinking coffee hearing Rocket's comm-bracelet go off worrying him as it meant something was wring at the campus impressing Herbert askig if he could help.

"It's probablybBilly or Tommy doing something, Wanda's gonna flip." he said leaving making Gamora chuckle.

Rocket was surprised seeing Casey fighting Riley who looked like an Avengers Campus student realising if she was here, something was going on involving his birth-mother growling making Riley gulp, justvas Casey put her in a protective bubble noticing scratches, bumps and bruises on both them.

"Raccoon Girl shoots, she scores plus isn'tvAunt Riley old like you." Casey told him.

"Yeah but she looks cute pretending to be a student." Rocket replied to her seeing security there taking Riley away, while Rocket was tending to Casey's minor injuries, wondering if Roxy was somewhere on campus, so would ask Riley later.
