"Hey, she's the Lycoris of the Radio Tower!"

Chisato shuddered as she stopped in her tracks upon hearing a nearby Lycoris talking with her friend. She wished to forget all about the event, which made her such a popularity. What went down within the great Radio Tower was the reason why she no longer used lethal bullets, and Chisato learned something important that day.

Smiling back, Chisato waved as she kept on course to get to the LycoReco cafe-where she found nothing to be uneventful. She had just been walking back from a recent mission call, but it ended in large machine gun fire by a Lycoris. Chisato found the cafe somewhere to forget and just chat along with Mika, Mizuki, or other customers. Mr. Yoshi also came around from time to time, and often talked with Mika, their supervisor. However, Chisato did not know that she'd meet a girl who'd soon help her.

Opening the door, Chisato found Mika standing behind the counter and Mizuki sitting on a chair on the outside of it. There was also a girl with a blue uniform in front of her, with her head facing the two. Mizuki then peeked around as she heard the door open, and saw Chisato.

"There's the noisy one."

"Teach! Did you hear? There's word about our shop, they say our servers are super cute!"

"Oi! Servers? They mean server, as in just me, yeah Chisato?"

"Funny joke, but your face should already suffice for our Cafe's comedy, drunk."

Mizuki only stayed silent in response, and left into the back to look for makeup.

"Oh hey, a Lycoris," Chisato realized.

She had a white bandage pad on the left side of her cheek.

'Strange,' Chisato thought.

"This is your partner, that I told you about, as of today, Chisato," Mika clarified.

Chisato became so excited that she pushed aside the Radio Tower memories and immediately went to the girl.

"Hey! Nice to meet you, Lycoris partner! I'm Chisato!"

"Hi. I'm Takina Inou-"

"Oh, Takina! We have not met before, right?!"

Takina was a little shocked by the girl's energy.

"Correct, I'm a transfer from Kyoto since a year."

"Oooh, so a top tier! How old are you?"

"16."

"I'm 17, but you can just call me Chisato! I saw what you did the day before, it was so cool! That bandage is an 'honor wound', right?"

Takina looked to the side as she explained.

"No. My squad member, Fuki, disapproved of my actions. She said I endangered Erika-another fellow squad member, as well as failed the mission to keep the dealer alive for information."

Chisato gave a frown as she moved to the phone, telling Takina to wait a moment.

"Is she different than your expectations?" Mika asked.

"Not at all."

Hanging up the phone with a pinch of frustration, Chisato told Takina it was time for work, but she could have a bit of tea first.

Mika smirked a bit as he reminisced about how Chisato was, years ago.

— [Flashback] —

"Awaiting orders, teacher."

"Yes…there's a man running off with some important details on the layout of the secure bank nearby. If he escapes with it, then we can expect a thorough robbery and an investigation afterwards."

"I understand. Any information on his whereabouts? Should there be none, that is fine."

"No, there is some. He's driving down this interstate here," Mika explained as he marked on a map.

"We also assume he'll meet up with his gang at this abandoned building."

"Thank you, teacher. I will depart immediately."

Chisato came back, with only blood stains. However, the blood was not her own.

"Come on, Takina!"

The two left out the door as Mika sighed to himself.

"It sure was different, back then."

As they walked, Chisato chatted about Fuki.

"We used to be roommates, but she isn't exactly nice nor bad."

"I was roommates with her back at DA," responded Takina.

"She's so uptight, no matter what. I'm sorry about that."

"Miss-"

"I told you, just call me Chisato!"

"Chisato."

"Yes?"

"Aren't you a top-tier Lycoris? Why aren't you over at DA?"

"I'm…a little problematic for them. But did Ms. Kusunoki say I was top-tier?!"

"I was also told that, over there, was because of you."

Chisato looked over to where Takina was looking, and her eyes shrunk. She breathed a little heavy in fast paces, but tried not to grab the attention of Takina.

"Y…yeah…but h-hey! I didn't break it!"

"The Lycoris who solo fought the terrorists within the Radio Tower is a famous figure in nearly all places."

Chisato almost frowned, but covered it up with a neutral face.

"I see…"

"The guns weren't there?!" Chisato asked.

"No," replied Takina as she glanced away swiftly.

"Maybe…it was a fake and never happened?"

"I hope that is the case."

Just then, the two Lycoris camouflage as students were crowded by a bunch of young kids, as an elderly woman greeted Chisato.

"Welcome, Chisato."

"This is Takina, your new Big Sis Friend!"

"Big sis!"

"Takina!"

"Big sis Takina!"

Takina was left overwhelmed by the amount of kids who kept greeting her, and telling her and Chisato about their days.

"Do you need anything, Miss?" Chisato asked.

"No, we're all fine with you just being here."

"No, no! If you need something done, just ask either of us!"

"Thank you dear, but unfortunately there's nothing to be done…kids, back to recess!"

"Aw…" all the kids were despondent for a few moments as they waved goodbye to Chisato and Takina.

Walking a few blocks away, Takina found there was a highschool nearby-and Chisato nudged her to follow into the building.

"Miss-er, Chisato, what are we doing?"

"Just watch along!"

"Oh, hello there MIss Chisato!" A fairly old man said, in English.

"It is…just…Chisato!" She responded, trying to speak in English as well.

"Oh, my apologies. Did you need something today?" The Principal asked, in Japanese.

"Yes, I want to show my new classmate here your Japanese learning class!"

"Very well, follow me this way."

Peering through the window, Takina saw a teacher writing down and speaking out several phrases.

"Ah…"

"You want a representative, Principal Saisho?"

"Haha! That'd be wonderful, but today they are reviewing for their test tomorrow. Are you able to come back some other time?"

"Sure! Here's the number for my workplace, you can just call them and schedule!"

Writing down on a piece of ripped paper she had in her bag, Chisato gave the telephone number to the principal.

"Thank you very much! Now, I'm afraid I have a speech to attend to in a few minutes.."

"It's no problem! I need to go somewhere else, anyways. Goodbye, Principal Saisho!"

He waved back as he sighed and walked down the hallway.

"One more place, one more place! Let's go, Takina!"

"Alright."

Next was a Yakuza Office, which made Takina a little skeptical upon seeing the entry treatment.

"Get lost before you get hurt!"

"Hey. They're guests," crept the boss as he lifted the dude up."

"Ah…"

"Apologies, he's new here. Come on in, Chisato!"

The two walked in as the boss carried the subordinate and put him down, making him stand up straight along with three others.

"Is this what I ordered?"

"Yes!"

"Woah, it's quite big..oh goodness it smells good."

Takina flinched a little and went to stand up, but Chisato stopped her.

"It's freshly ground by the Teach!"

"I see, give my thanks to the maker."

A few minutes later, the two were at a park and Takina had a question.

"What is this Division all about? We've gone to a preschool, then a highschool, then a Yakuza office to deliver coffee?"

"Ah…Well…What we do…is help people."

"Help people?"

"Yes, it also helps to move away from all our 'criminal hitmen' troupes."

"I see…."

Takina continued.

"The old Radio Tower is still there, even with the new one being nearly done. Why do you think it's still up?"

Chisato paid no attention to that, and looked at the kids playing around.

"Who knows…"
