Hello. Damn... been a long time. I have no intention of abandoning this and I will continue to do my best to update this story as fast as possible but fate has other things in mind. A lot of stuff came up and updating the story has become harder and harder but I will continue trying harder.

Thank you for the reviews! Nice guesses hehe. I loved reading what you guys wrote. I do have a question. Do you guys prefer me to answer the reviews here or PM? I don't mind but I think it's better when everyone sees them you know?

"That was quite the fight, Naruto..." came a voice from behind.

As soon as Naruto heard it, he jumped up creating distance between him and the voice. Naruto looked at the human-looking thing.

"Who are you?"

"Don't worry about that, Uchiha Naruto" said the strange being. It wore no clothes and while it looked like a human body, it was completely white. It had human-like facial features. Spiky green hair and round yellow eyes. It had spiky protrusions on his shoulders and on his back it had zig-zag patterns running down his midsections and legs.

"Don't worry- why am I even bothering," Naruto asked himself as his violet eyes transformed to crimson red with three tomoe spinning violently.

"Wait-" the thing said before it completely stopped moving. Now it seemed like a very tired man-thing.

"Who are you?"

"Zetsu," in a monotone voice.

"... What are you?"

"I am a being that was created by the Gedo Mazo," replied Zetsu with the same tone.

'These answers... he should elaborate more,' thought Naruto as his eyes spun again.

"What's the Gedo Mazo,"

"It's the statue that Madara summoned with his Rinnegan. It is the husk of the Juubi. When all Nine Bijuu are sealed in the Gedo Mazo, the Juubi is revived,"

Naruto's eyes widened from shock. This was all new. Rinnegan, Juubi, Gedo Mazo. He shook his head after thinking carefully.

"Tell me when Madara summoned the Gedo Mazo and how he got a Rinnegan," asked Naruto. He knew about the Rinnegan but he also knew that the eyes of the Sage of Six Paths and the man himself were all myths. Now Madara somehow awakened them?

"After the final fight with Hashirama Senju, Madara Uchiha bit a piece of his flesh off and died at Hashiramas hands. Madara, however, anticipated that and cast a time-delayed forbidden Jutsu called Izanagi. After he was in the clear, he implanted the Hashirama flesh in his wound, and decades later, he awakened the Rinnegan. That's also when he summoned the Gedo Mazo," explained Zetsu as Naruto listened carefully.

'Izanagi... also to think combining Hashirama's DNA with his would result in this,' thought Naruto.

"is Madara still alive?"

"Hai,"

"Did he send you here? If so, why?"

"He did. You are his plan B,"

"Explain," ordered Naruto. This just got really serious. Not only was the legendary Uchiha alive, but he also had his sights on Naruto.

"Madaras plan is to cast the greatest Genjutsu ever, Infinite Tsukuyomi. To do that he needs to gather all the Bijuu, revive the Juubi, and become its Jinchuriki. Being its Jinchuriki and having the Rinnegan are the requirements to cast the Genjutsu,"

Before Zetsu could continue, Naruto interrupted. "What's this Infinite Tsukuyomi,"

"It's a Genjutsu that is cast on everyone. A light is shined upon the whole world which no one can escape. It puts you in your perfect dream,"

Naruto nodded. "I see. He wants to achieve peace then,"

Zetsu nodded and then continued. "Madara is too old now and was only able to live so long because he was connected to the Gedo Mazo as life support which not only had incredible life force, it also had Hashirama Senju's DNA in it. Which is why I also have his DNA and can use his abilities to a lesser extent.

To overcome that, he is currently manipulating another Uchiha, Obito Uchiha. They implanted Madara's Rinnegan in Nagato Uzumaki who lives in the hidden Rain. They want to use him to cast one of the Rinnegans abilities to sacrifice himself and revive Madara. Nagato knows nothing about this and thinks he awakened it,"

"So Madaras manipulating Obito who is manipulating Nagato? And no one knows that they are being manipulated?" Asked Naruto to which Zetsu nodded.

'I'm getting a headache,' thought Naruto. "How am I his plan B?"

"Madara knows Obito himself wants to carry the Infinite Tsukuyomi plan but he is still a careful man. To make sure nothing happens, he sent me to get you over to his side,"

"How did you plan on doing that,"

"By smooth talking you over. You already experienced so much pain that you would've undoubtedly agreed,"

"I see. Tell me everything you know about me,"

"Naruto Uchiha. Son of Minato Uchiha and Kushina Uzumaki. Jinchuriki of the Kyuubi. Trained by Shisui and Itachi Uchiha. Gradu-"

"Stop. Let me gather my thoughts," ordered Naruto as Zetsu lowered his head. 'I'm the fourth Hokage's son?! I never questioned my red hair but to think I'm actually an Uzumaki... explains a lot,'

"What were your plans after 'winning' me over?"

"Return to Madara and tell him the mission was successful. After that, he would allow himself to die,"

'I see. So if I kill him right now then Madara will continue his thing. Let's see if this works,' thought Naruto as his Sharingan shined a dark red and the tomoe started spinning. Zetsu stared into his eyes as they started gaining more color. Zetsu looked at his fists as he clenched them. He now had full control of his body.

"Your orders, Naruto-sama?" said Zetsu as he kneeled down.

"I need more information but I need time to gather my thoughts. For now, return to Madara and report a successful mission. Better not make a mistake, Zetsu," said Naruto as Zetsu nodded.

"Hai, Naruto-sama. I will make sure Madara suspects nothing and return at once," said Tadashi as he started sinking down to the ground.

"Ah, wait!" said Naruto as Zetsu stopped sinking. "I'm not expecting for you to know this but just in case... do you know why the Uchiha massacre happened?"

Zetsu looked at Naruto as he nodded. "The Uchiha were planning a coup d'etat. Itachi was a double agent working for both the Uchiha and the leaf. In the end, he stayed with leaf after Danzo Shimura gave him the mission to massacre the clan,"

Everything went silent. Naruto's legs failed to hold him as he fell down.

"Naruto-sama!" yelled Zetsu worried for his master.

His eyes empty of all emotion replied, "Don't worry, you make sure Madara dies,"

Zetsu nodded as he finally sunk deeper until he disappeared.

"Danzo Shimura," announced Naruto as he held onto his tantò.

*flashback graduation academy*

Naruto just got out of the academy with his headband. 'Finally, I graduated,' he thought as suddenly a presence appeared before him.

It was a frail old man with a walking cane. black, shaggy hair, and his right eye was bandaged. He also had an x-shaped scar on his chin.

"Are you Uchiha Naruto?" the old man asked. Even though he appeared old, Naruto knew well that appearances were deceiving. This man proved that.

'Such a sinister aura,' thought Naruto as he nodded.

"I have a question for the rookie of the year. One of the best students of this academy ever,"

Naruto silently waited for the man to ask his question.

"Ten of our brethren have been shipwrecked. One of them has caught a nasty, infectious disease. If he is allowed to live, the other nine will also get sick and die. If you were the captain of that ship, what judgment would you hand down?"

Naruto thought curiously. Not about the question but why this man would as such a question on a first meeting. Without hesitation, Naruto answered.

"The one who is sick is destined to die. As the captain of the ship, I would kill the one with the disease and save the other nine,"

A bold smile crossed the man's face. "I look forward to the day we meet again,"

*end of flashback*

"Yes, Danzo. You better look forward to your last day on the living plane," announced Naruto until he slapped himself. 'Killing him would be a waste. I'll have to use him in a much better way. I'll have to get more information on him from Zetsu,'

*the next day*

Naruto was in the Hokage's office as Naruto had requested a private meeting.

"Well first I'll give you this," said Naruto handing Hiruzen a piece of paper.

Hiruzen took a look at it and smiled. "The Ninja registry,"

"Hai," said Naruto as he then went through some hand signs. He bit his finger and then slammed his hand down on the floor. Soon after, sealing formulas appeared on the ground, walls, and ceiling.

"Naruto... what's this?" asked Hiruzen curiously.

"Ah, this is just a Barrier Jutsu. No one will be able to open a door, see anything through the window or hear anything from the outside," explained Naruto as Hiruzen's eyes widened a bit.

"So, you've learned Fuinjutsu,"

"Hai. I'm not on my mother's or father's level yet..." said Naruto giving a hint of the conversation that was about to follow.

"What... do you mean by that?" asked Hiruzen. He knew very well that Fugaku or Mikoto could use Fuinjutsu. Not at this level. Could it be...

"I know about everything, Jiji. Who my real parents were. Why they sealed the Kyuubi in me and... why Itachi did what he did,"

Hiruzen quickly stood up in shock. "How?!"

"I have my ways don't you worry about that. Seeing as I know why Itachi did what he did, my goal for answers seems pointless now doesn't it? Maybe a change should now follow,"

Hiruzen looked at Naruto intently. Does he plan on going against Konoha for the mission Danzo gave him? "What is your goal now?"

Naruto thought about it and then said, "I'm not telling you. Just know that I'm not against Konoha and will not seek revenge against it for what Danzo did. Not after everything my big brother did to protect it,"

Hiruzen sighed as he sat down. "That's good, Naruto. You are really mature for your age. Be it a good thing or a bad thing. But I'm curious about how you got your hands on multiple S-rank secrets,"

Naruto smirked. "That shall be my S-rank secret,"

Hiruzen smiled. While it bothered him that he couldn't know how Naruto found everything out, he was glad to see that he still stood with Konoha.

"I have a request too," said Naruto smiling.

Hiruzen looked at him waiting for him to state his request.

"I want everything that belonged to my parents to be sent to the clan district. I mean everything,"

"That can be arranged. But be careful, there are Jutsus that they had that are life-threatening,"

Naruto smirked. "I'm counting on that,"

"So, we are finally going to graduate, huh?" asked Naruto as he sat in the row before Shikamaru and Choji.

"I'm wondering what kind of prank you've got cooking," said Shikamaru as he sighed.

"Not this time. I decided to stop pranking our hard-working teachers," said Naruto with a laugh while ignoring the fan girls who were fighting as to who will sit near Naruto. In the end, Sakura won and sat in the middle. On her left was Naruto and on her right was a civilian known as Keigo.

"Troublesome,"

"Bothered that you still can't figure out what I'm thinking?" asked Naruto smirking. Usually, Shikamaru could predict what most people were thinking about but Naruto was different. He was like an adult with a lot of experience. He is the only one he couldn't beat at Shogi who was his age. He still was really close though. "You guys give your best with your team,"

"You don't think we'll be on the same team?" asked Choji as he ate his chips. He wasn't pleased since he liked Naruto and Shikamaru.

Naruto looked at Shikamaru as if asking him to explain it to Choji.

Sigh

"You'll be in a team with me and Ino Yamanaka to create the Ino-Shika-Cho formation. I'm sure you've heard about it from your father," explained Shikamaru as Choji nodded.

"I still wanted to be in a team with Naruto. It's because of him that I lost my fear of hurting people and that I got so strong," said Choji looking down.

"I'm glad we aren't. He basically tortured us," frowned Shikamaru while Naruto laughed.

"You got stronger so stop complaining. I'm surprised you didn't get your future teammate to train too,"

"I tried but as soon as I mentioned training with you she fainted,"

Suddenly, the door slid open and Iruka came in.

Naruto's thoughts went elsewhere as Iruka started congratulating them and whatnot.

It had been a week since he got access to his father's notes and he was disappointed. The whole week was looking at the scrolls of Fuinjutsu. Specifically, Eight Trigrams Sealing Style. He wanted to temper with it and see what he could do but this Fuinjutsu was much too complicated for him.

*Flashback*

Naruto sat in a lotus position. He was concentrating. It was something he pushed aside until now but since he had learned that powerful people were after him he had to do it.

Drip

The Uchiha heard that and opened his eyes wide. "Seriously? A sewer?" he said to himself as he looked around. He was standing on water and there were several pipelines going in one direction at the end of a tunnel and it was also the source of a growl.

Naruto walked towards it and soon he reached his destination. Before him stood a colossal cage and inside it was the infamous Kyuubi.

"We finally get to meet, Kyuubi," said Naruto with a grin while the Kyuubi only growled.

"Naruto... an Uchiha and an Uzumaki," it said with a voice full of hatred.

'Such killing intent,' thought Naruto. "Not surprised you hate me. I mean first, you were an Uchiha's obedient pet and then you got done by an Uzumaki," said Naruto as Kyuubi's tails started wailing violently.

"You dare mock ME!" yelled the Kyuubi.

"Yea yea. I'm sure you heard what Zetsu said so how about it? You help me and I help you? With your help, I'll defeat Madara and anyone who tried to use the Bijuu as weapons, and in turn, I'll arrange that after my death, you'll never be sealed again," said Naruto as the Kyuubi let out a savage laugh.

"I'm only asking once. This a limited-time offer. Refuse this and I'm never asking again,"

Kyuubi stopped laughing as it looked at Naruto with hateful eyes. "You think I'll ever help you? You, a descendant of the two clans I despise so much?"

"I see... I'll do it on my own then. Just know that I may use your Chakra without asking from time to time. In fact, your Chakra is leaking out at the very moment and increasing my reserves. My healing factor is greater but because of you, my Chakra control worsens. Not that it is a problem for me," said Naruto as the Kyuubi remained silent.

*end flashback*

His plan was to somehow use his Chakra without the drawbacks of becoming a violent animal. No luck so far but he won't give up.

Naruto looked around to see that he and two other classmates were the only ones in the classroom.

"Huh? Where did everyone go?" asked Naruto. Sakura was too shocked to see Naruto talking to her so she couldn't answer so the young man on her right side answered.

"They already met their Sensei. Seriously, weren't you listening?"

"Oh, right. So this is my team then..." said Naruto letting out an embarrassed laugh.

"So much for the Uchiha prodigy," he said gaining a glare from Sakura.

'A fan girl and a civilian who doesn't seem to like me? This is going to be great,' thought Naruto. "Who's our Sensei?"

"We are waiting for him now," said Keigo with a growl.

'I see, so he's late huh? He'll regret that' thought Naruto with a grin as he stood up. Keigo raised his head curious as to what Naruto was planning while Sakura was awed.

Naruto sighed as he approached the door. He held his chin in thought. "AHA!" he said as he moved to the wall that stood at the opposite side of the door. Naruto bit his finger as it started bleeding. He pressed his finger on the wall as sealing formulas started spreading and then disappeared. He then made a Clone which dispersed into crows.

"What are you doing?" asked Keigo as Naruto grinned.

"You'll see," he answered as he went back to his sit.

An hour later, the door slid open. Naruto saw someone take a peek inside and observe them as he stepped in.

'Ho? The Copy Ninja?' Thought Naruto viciously grinning.

"Right... my first opinion of you is-" said the gray haired man as he looked at the wall in front of him which now had a sealing formula again. Before he could react, water started pouring out like a beam pushing the Copy Ninja back out on the hallway.

The Copy Ninja was now drenched. "What-" he said until he heard a poof from above and feathers started pouring down sticking into his wet body.

Naruto burst out laughing. Keigo only let out a smirk while Sakura only looked in amazement at her crush.

"Every time you come late to a meeting something bad will happen," said Naruto with a devil grin.

The Copy Ninja stood up. He said no word and only sighed. "Meet me on top of the academy," he said as he Shunshined away.

Naruto did the same as his body turned into dozens of crows and all of them flew out of the window while Sakura and Keigo ran out.

The crows joined back together and formed Naruto as Kakashi landed beside him.

'He's fast as expected. His personality will be a problem,' thought the Copy Ninja as the rest of the team arrived.

Naruto, Keigo, and Sakura sat before the Copy Ninja as they waited for his instructions.

"Let's start with introductions," he said as he closed a book he was reading.

"What do you want us to say?" asked Sakura.

"Hmm. Things like likes and dislikes and dreams for the future," answered the gray-haired Ninja as the three nodded.

"Why don't you start then?" asked Keigo.

"Me? Alright. I'm Hatake Kakashi. I have no intention of telling you my likes and dislikes. As for my dream... hmm I have a few hobbies."

'How can you talk so much but say so little,' thought Naruto annoyed.

"You're next, red Head,"

"Ok. My name is Naruto Uchiha. I like training and pulling pranks. I don't dislike a lot of stuff and as for my dream... well it will remain a secret. I guess a dream that I'll definitely achieve is becoming the strongest in the Shinobi history," said Naruto with a grin.

"interesting. You next," said Kakashi pointing at the fan girl.

"My name is Haruno Sakura. The thing I like is... well the person I like is... and Uhm... my dream for the future.. uhm..?" Sakura said screeching while looking at Naruto as he sighed.

"Ok... and lastly you," said Kakashi pointing at Keigo.

"My name is Keigo Asano. I like honest people and ramen. I dislike people who are full of themselves and think they are great because of their heritage. My dream is to prove to everyone that you can be great even if you are born as a civilian," said Keigo with a smirk with his fist on his chest.

Keigo had medium-long brown hair, flipped outward, and brown eyes. He wore a grey shirt with a stripe running through the middle and on the cuffs along with a pair of dull purple pants and sandals.

"Wow!" said Naruto amazed.

"What? Think I won't be able to achieve it?" asked Keigo annoyed.

"I didn't say that. I was just amazed by how big your goal is,"

"You're one to talk,"

"Well, with introductions done I'll go ahead and announce our first assignment as a team," said Kakashi gaining their attention. "Meeting place is at the training field 7 at five o'clock sharp... for our survival training,"

"Survival training?" asked Naruto. He never heard of it so he was naturally curious. The same was with Sakura and Keigo.

"Yea. You'll be fighting me. Also, I would recommend against eating breakfast... unless you enjoy throwing up that is," said Kakashi with a weird laugh.

"Against a Jounin? why are you laughing?" asked Sakura worriedly.

"That would be because out of the 27 members of your graduating class, only nine will actually be accepted as Genin Shinobi. The test we are about to perform has a 66% rate of failure," answered Kakashi.

The whole team was shocked.

Naruto only smirked. "I'll definitely pass. See you tomorrow then," said Naruto as he dispersed into crows.

That's a chapter done. I'm really curious as to what you guys think of this one. Naruto now knows almost everything which can be bad or good. I needed him to know this so something better can happen latter on in the story. That's his secret goal. Now he has a new and better goal AND a new companion.

I can see people asking why he wasn't more mature with Kyuubi and insulted him. To that I say, the fox killed his parents. You can't expect him to go to the Kyuubi all friendly. He still tried to become friends but Naruto is a descendant of both Uzumaki and Uchiha. Both clans that the Kyuubi hates.
