Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Giga Gamers. Enjoy the 3200-word chapter. I don't own Helltaker, Vanripper does.
He had been thrown off for a few minutes as of the time being when it came down to it. there was a lot more on his tiny little mind when he considered it for the time being… Oh, so damn much that his brain seemed to have stopped working for even a fraction of a moment. It had been a lot more than he wished it would have been for the time being when all of this was said and done for now.
Chanti was interrupted from this train of conversation by a weight pressing into his crossed legs. He looked down just in time to see Malina plop into his lap, crossing her smaller and slender legs across his as she nestled to find a good angle to sit. She said nothing as his arms climbed her shoulders to rest in front of her chest and stomach, still holding the gaming remote. She also barely glanced at him as the taller demon rested his chin and head atop hers so he could see over the demon girl.
He had been a lot more interested in what was coming next. Not the funniest of all topics when he was concerned with it. there was a lot on the line for this when he had been interested.
He had been a lot more to see and do for the second when it came down to it when he had been focused on it. there was more fun to be had here.
Chanti sighed at the fact Malina had taken to using his lap as a seat while they played. He'd ask why if not for the fact the rest of the floor was brimstone and rock which could probably melt someone as if they had been a push pop. Still? it wasn't exactly like he could just ignore the woman who had decided to plant her backside inside the middle of his lap. Simply that it was odd.
Not that it stopped him from being more amused than anything as of the time being. He still leaned over her to try and play on his controller as he rolled his eyes at the woman.
"Are you sure you are, ok?" Chanti questioned before he cracked his fingers and looked over her and at the screen in front of him. "Whatever. I'm still kicking your butt from here to the other side of the city." Chanti stated as he rolled his eyes at the woman.
She growled, her tail flicking at his face which made him more amused when she decided it. The amusement between them had been something funny and odd as of the question before this had been done and dusted. Whatever little moment of pain he had next had been a lot more amusing.
This girl had been something else, but it was a lot funnier when this had been said and done. The mere idea was a lot more than a simple jab at this game when all had been said and done at the end of the moment.
What he did know for a second was that she was pretty damn good for a demon as of this second. He had been so amused by her antics that he had been so thrown off by this for the time being. He wiped off his lip before slowly turning to look around at her with a sigh as of now. He knew for a time that this would be.
This had been something amusing and he wanted more than anything to find it. There was a lot more to the game than it had been before now.
The idea before now was going to be interesting for the time being. He'd scream and rip all of this apart if he had to do this before long. It had merit at the very least.
"Yes…" Malina said as she sighed and looked at the screen. "Why the hell aren't you thrown off?" Malina asked as Chanti laughed.
"Oh, so you're admitting your trying to throw me off?" Chanti asked with a smirk as she held up a finger. "Because I guess you're the first person to not be a giant jackass. Do you know how many people end up doing stuff like that? All your doing is screwing with me… Honestly? This is pretty damn fun for the afterlife if I need to put up with trying to kick your ass at games." Chanti added before Malina smirked despite herself.
"Jackass." Chanti heard as she restarted the game. "We still need that last gem around here if we're going to unlock the gate. I don't see it anywhere and the stupid hints guide is ticking me off." Malina added to which Chanti hummed.
He hummed as he seemed to question for the time being when all was said and done before now. it'd be an odd little piece of the pie if he didn't lie to himself. Whatever came next would be a lot odder if he didn't pause for a second. It'd be an odd little part of life at the second.
Still? Whatever came next would be an odd little point of contention.
She rolled her eyes despite herself. Chanti didn't even seem to care about the fact she had made herself at home on his lap. It was a lot more to be respected as of the time being. This was going to be a lot odder than this would be odd when it came next to it. This was honestly a lot odder than it had been for now.
Still? if he was at all honest with himself? He had been oh so interested in what came next. It wasn't as if he had been that thrown off by this for now. it'd be a lot more interesting as of now. A lot more of a pickle to get over for the time being. It'd be a lot worse if not for the fact that he had to step over a lot more of an odd angle when she considered it at the end of the day.
She smiled before deciding to settle on just playing the damn game for now. It'd be an odd little part of this. He had been a lot more focused on as of now. He'd make for a nice partner in playing as long as he didn't screw her over when all was over with.
It'd be a lot harder to say or do at the moment when it came to the fact that she had been a lot odder for now.
It'd be a lot weirder for now if he had been bothered by this when all was said and done. It'd as of now. He had been a warrior or at least someone who was used to this and had been a lot more focused on this for the longest time. He had been a lot weirder than she expected from a human or a former one at the time.
Still? it had been an odd little thing at the end of the day when this came from it. The idea had far too much promise in his mind to simply back down from it. An interesting little part of their life he couldn't wait for.
Yet he knew better than to push for something than to try and control something like this. It wasn't at all part of his life and he knew that better than them as of now.
Malina constantly seemed to be capable of what to do next when this was over with… If anything? She was pushing him beyond what he was used to, a lot more focused on what to do next, whatever came next. He'd need to be prepared for it as he was prepared for every single little thing he'd focus on or deal with when all of this was said and done… But hey, wasn't like he couldn't witness and deal with that nightmare sometime down the line when all of this was moving. If nothing else? He'd focus on more pressing issues further than he had been doing for now.
He rubbed at the name of his neck, unsure of what would be coming from this, there was at least some sort of method to the madness within this place and he could at least laugh at the sheer insanity when all of this was truly over with for now all of this was over for now. If nothing else, she didn't have anything to lose, it was something odd for now.
He had been prepared for the worst when all of this all said and done before now when it seemed to be on the way to their possible doom. If anything? She was in an odd little spot when all of this was honestly over with.
They had more pressing concerns to properly focus on, for now, whatever had been coming down to it. Whatever he did next would be a little odd for now. He had a lot more to focus on at the end of the day… And he would. There was such a weird moment where he didn't understand whatever he seemed to be prepared for with all of this, a lot more fun.
It wasn't going to have been over anytime soon. This just wouldn't do for now. He didn't know what to question for now. He didn't know what else was going to happen next, this was going to be something odd for now.
He looked up at the sky, too unsure of what was going to happen, unsure of what to do next. There was a lot more to focus on as of now. There was more to this for the time being.
He didn't know what else was going to have been done and how this was to be done, or how else he could have done it. He didn't want to have remembered for now.
He smiled all the same. There was a lot more to focus on for now. There was only so much he could do for now. This hadn't yet been something as of the time when it came down to it.
She reclined on his lap, looking up at the ceiling, humming as she looked at him, he raised an eyebrow before he hummed for now.
Malina stayed silent, looking up at the ceiling as he rolled his eyes, cracking his fingers. there was so much more upon his mind. This didn't seem as if there was more to this. There was a lot more to have been focused upon.
"Dork, giant super dork," Malina stated to which she watched as he raised an eyebrow, looking up at the ceiling as he did so. "Giant weird, silly…" Malina stated to which she watched as he hummed, watching her, too unsure of what to do next at the time.
"Do you just have insults or are you going to be able to relax fine enough for me to whup your butt at this?" Chanti stated to which he hummed, there was a few seconds of silence.
Malina glowered at him, making him question if she was going to be this insane or if he was just special when it came down to it.
She was a special lady and he had no real problem with it, no real problem with her… In fact? She had a knack for making him laugh at how silly she was, it was just something fun for the time being when all of this was said and done for the time being.
He smirked to himself, for now, smirked deeply and wide. This was all too much fun as she flicked her tail at him with amusement before it came down to it.
This was a lot more amusing. He didn't know what it'd have been for now. He wasn't sure of what would happen next but he did get to have laughed for now. It was just too much more than he should have been prepared for the worst-case scenario.
Yep, this was all too much on his mind, he didn't know what it was going to be. He didn't know what it had been or could have been done next… Maybe it was just a certain way when it came down to it. Yep, there was only so much he could have done.
"Get your damn foot out of my face!" Chanti hissed before he shook his head and looked around with a sigh. "You're getting too damn heated on winning, lady. I'm not going to let you win that easy. I ain't letting you win that easy. I'm not letting you win when it was all over… I won't let you handle it, not easy…" Chanti stated before she seemed to have gotten off-hand with it all coming.
She hadn't yet seemed to have prepared for the worse. There was only too much on his mind for him to have prepared for the worst. He didn't know what it had been. The only thing she meant was that this was all said and done, he didn't understand what it had been and what was coming.
He snorted as she flicked her tail at his face and kicked at him anything to try and throw her off. There was a lot more time spent on this.
"Are you going to win or just get in my damn way?" Malina asked as he snorted and chuckled to himself, there was such a manner that he could only hope to have been prepared for now…What he did do next? He could only seem to find some amusement.
This place was all going to have gotten out of control before he seemed to tilt his head, she smirked and flicked her tail at his head which led to him getting thrown off for now.
He didn't know what it was going to have to prepare for the worse… Such a problem would have gone over his head as he laughed to himself while he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.
He hadn't yet minded before he seemed to have prepared for the time being. He was too tired, too thrown off for this… All he wanted to have done was scream into the void. This was all too down. He wasn't sure how this would have ended, he wasn't sure if he'd win and beat her for now. He clicked to have to which was a lot more to have done. He knew more than she what would be coming and how well this would have come next. This was only too much that hadn't yet been something he could understand for the time being.
Then again? It was honestly very amusing when it came down to it, very entirely amusing to see her fold like a piece of paper as soon as she realized he'd be stopping her attempts to win so easily. Truly, it was just part of what he had wished to have done for the time being.
He yawned as she flicked her tail at him before she seemed to find herself utterly trounced, then again? Chanti was beginning to realize she had just tried to have messed with him for the sheer hell of it.
He could at least respect that if nothing else. It wasn't like he hadn't tried a worse technique to have gotten under his skin.
She glanced at him as both continued to play. Malina felt that despite the fact both were currently trying to outdo one another when it came down to it? She'd rather play a game where they'd both benefit from it. He was a good enough partner that he'd at least help as far as she had considered it.
Malina glanced at him to make sure he was paying attention before using her tail to reach for another game. Chanti watched her more than the game which she hit pause on, electing a roll of the eyes from the demon as he sighed, too amused and interested to find it to be far more than simply another one of her tactics.
He placed his controller to the side and then slowly started to think of every little move she could have made to have thrown him off for the time being. There was plenty if he was entirely honest and yet he still wanted to have known.
"I want to play a multiplayer game," Malina said to which he raised an eyebrow and gestured to the game in front of them, all too amused as to how this was turning out. "One we can both be on the team, jackass. I don't want to keep fighting you at all." Malina added to which he sighed and allowed it, not at all knowing what to have done.
"Really? And I don't find that odd and weird to understand… Because?" Malina asked to which he had fallen silent.
There was a moment of silence as he realized what was going on for the time being. He decided it was worth it and simply leaned back, leaning against him as he rolled his eyes.
It was entirely clear the demon was more and more amused than anything. They had something else at the moment which he shook his head at, allowing the peace to settle over them. It wasn't entirely like he had much if anything on his mind for the moment which meant he had more to have focused on later on anyway.
He felt tired for a few seconds, only tired more and more as he felt himself require sleep sooner or later. It was clear more and more as of now. All of their problems seemed to get before now as she was a lot more amusing as it seemed to get better and better as of now.
Still? Malina was honestly curious as to what to do next now as she looked upon her. It wasn't going to be easy before she seemed to question and find a lot more issues that needed to get off the ground before looking around.
"You're going to lose; I just want you to think about it. I don't even know how this needs to go." Malina stated as she looked at him and rubbed at her temples.
There were several seconds of silence as they slowly started to ponder what to do, she seemed to tap on her chin before looking at him. It was worth a laugh before now as she seemed to look at Chanti as she smirked and crossed her arms across her chest.
"Are you going to be, ok?" Chanti questioned as he raised an eyebrow.
