[Homeroom of Class 1-A]

Most of the students had enjoyed their day off as it was needed for some to recuperate from the villain attack. Mina had realized that she never got a majority of her classmates' numbers so she asked them for it after the attack. During the day off, the class got to learn more about one another whilst cheering each other up.

As expected, the green trench coat and hat wearer was not in his seat. No one was allowed to see him, but Mineta remembered the pink haired beauty who said she was his best friend was the one who got him to the infirmary, so the class decided to split up searching for her.

They assumed she was in the support course as she fit the description of the girl that Midoriya accidentally groped, it was bizarre now to think he groped his best friend but they ignored it. Suddenly the homeroom door burst open as a mummy walked into the room. The class stared in confusion as a mummy walked into the room until they heard their teacher's infamous tired voice.

"Morning" said the teacher nonchalantly.

{SENSEI! You're back already?!} ask the class in shock.

"My wellbeing is of no concern to you all. Because your fight isn't over…" said Aizawa menacingly.

"Our fight…?" muttered Bakugo, now intrigued by whatever his teacher had to say.

"No more villains please!" pleaded Mineta. Aizawa waved away his cries of concern.

"UA's sports festival is approaching fast!" says Aizawa with a serious expression. Everyone deadpanned thinking that he made it far more dramatic than needed.

[UA Conference Room]

"Despite searching through the quirk registry, it seems like ringleader Tomura Shigaraki doesn't exist, or the warp gate user, Kurogiri. No leads have turned up as to where their main hideout could be. We've created a profile for the two for the future though." said Detective Naomasa in a suit, with his hair slicked back.

"Leader huh?" mumbled the skeleton-like man.

"What is it, Yagi?" asked Nezu.

"Well I'm sure it's nothing, but the way Shigaraki acted was more like a manchild than a competent leader. Whenever things didn't go his way he freaked out and threw a tantrum! His plan was crafted meticulously so it doesn't add up that he appeared so incompetent" said Yagi, utterly perplexed.

"I'm sure someone is pulling the strings from behind the scenes but I could be wrong" said Yagi, scratching his chin.

"So he's just a kid with too much power huh? I don't like the idea of someone trying to groom this Shigaraki fellow into a real threat of a villain" said the blood hero, Vlad King, homeroom teacher of class 1-B.

"We apprehended 72 villains at the USJ two days ago, they were all just back-alley thugs so the possibility of a figure in the shadows orchestrating the league's plans is a possibility" said Naomasa, nodding.

"Anyways heroes, that's all we have right now. We'll continue our investigation, expanding our search for the league" continued Naomasa.

"A man-child villain huh? With proper mentorship he could become dangerous, he really is similar to our students…" muttered Nezu, his statement alarming his co-workers who nodded while frowning.

[Homeroom of 1-A]

"Is it really safe to hold this after a villain attack? Seems like a stupid idea especially if villains could LITERALLY be watching us!" exclaimed Mina. A few students nodded in agreement while Bakugo scoffed at her supposed cowardice.

"I-...I understand your concerns, however as a counter to that question, what do you think will happen once you are officially pro heroes? Hm? Look, it is risky and I completely get that. However as heroes, villains and everyone will be looking at you from the get go so it's best not to overthink that aspect of the job. As for the safety of the event, a certain group has decided to generously invest in helping with the security of our festival this year, known as the Speedwagon Foundation" said Aizawa. The students raised their eyebrows collectively as the company's name definitely didn't sound local.

"What the hell kind of name is that?! Why would we feel safe from bastards who have fucking wagon in their name? This has to be some sick joke" said Bakugo, utterly baffled.

"They are a kind of conglomerate specializing in research in the medical field to hire security jobs with their own personally trained bodyguards. Nezu contacted the current head of the Speedwagon company's security branch to arrange for possible extra security on the premises of the festival grounds as it would allow for more heroes to enjoy the festivities and add extra reassurance to the populace and participants. I hope that answers any of your questions" explained Aizawa tiredly. Momo found the name interesting as she for one did know the foundation as her parents had collaborated with the company's security branch many times as well as supplied them with equipment.

"Back to what I was saying, the sport's festival is one of the biggest events in japan, hosted globally for the whole world to see. It's the modern day replacement of the pre-quirk era global phenomena called the Olympics" said Aizawa, relaxing his shoulders as he let the students process the information.

"Since the nation and the world will be watching, I assume the top heroes will certainly be watching as well?" asked Momo.

"Yes you are correct in your assumption, Yaoyorozu. Show the pros what you're made of and make your futures for yourselves. This only happens once annually during your three years here, so don't mess up this opportunity" said Aizawa encouragingly despite his tired disposition.

[Lunchtime]

"Open up Izuku" said Mei, grinning as she fed him katsudon from his bed. Izuku groaned at how embarrassing it was that she was getting a kick out of this.

"You're loving every second of this!" said Izuku while chewing his food. She nodded, while caressing his arms gently, Izuku gently held her hand as their fingers intertwined. Having his best friend with him was great for his mental health as Mei's odd positivity kept his mind from going down the dark road of self-loathing, even if he still was in severe pain.

The reason why Izuku didn't heal him with [The Day] is because he can't. It turns out there's a limit to how much he can heal as he had been overusing that specific capability of his stand, meaning that he had to be more careful in the future in regards to his own safety. He wanted to focus on healing others like his cousin even if self-healing was tempting at times. He had attempted to use Full Cowling, in an attempt to move his arms but it only made him pass out from severe pain.

Izuku overheard from Mei that a rumor was going around school that his spot in the hero course was up for grabs due to the upcoming sports festival, he reassured her that once he gets better, he'll be back in the game!

She enjoyed chastising about how he wouldn't be in his current predicament if he'd just accepted her idea to add an array of bombs to his costumes weaponry, but the boy wouldn't budge on his answer.

"Izuku, you know I've got your back. I can try to make a device to help you walk for a while?" asked Mei in a soft tone. He appreciated that she was trying to act less hyper due to him having a slight headache.

"No, I'm good, although…I have an idea!" shouted Izuku. He unfortunately shouted as Recovery Girl returned from lunch, who groaned in annoyance.

"Goodness gracious, I told you young man that this girl would be bad for your recovery process. Now Miss Hatsume, I understand you're a lovely girl, but please understand you're making your boyfriend here, too hyperactive! You two can flirt or whatever base you two are at, ONCE he's fully healed" said the woman tiredly as she lightly hit Mei on the back with her cane.

Izuku turned beet red in embarrassment as Mei tilted her head in confusion, utterly perplexed by her use of baseball terms. After realizing their hands were still intertwined, they both quickly separated them.

"W-We are not dating! Anyways, I-umm have a rather unorthodox idea" asked Izuku, chuckling nervously.

Flashback

Being confined to the infirmary bed since the USJ incident left the boy with time to come up with various ideas on how to use his stand's abilities. That's when The Day came out and told its master probably the most nonsensical thing that he'd heard the entire day.

[So master, I assume you know the calcium in milk can help strengthen your bones. You suffered grave injuries on both your arms and legs, which not even Recovery Girl could heal] said his stand. Izuku telepathically said yes in agreement before his stand continued speaking.

[Alright, here's my idea. If you drank a rather large amount of milk, I could use the calcium from the milk to slowly restore your bones from the inside. How you cover this up is up to you, but if you drink enough you may be fully healed by the end of the school day!] explained his stand. Izuku just stared at his stand without saying a word as he laid back down in his bed and rolled over, falling asleep.

"What is it?" asked the old woman.

"Well I was wondering if I could get some milk, maybe a few gallons" said Izuku nonchalantly. Recovery Girl and Mei looked at him like he lost his mind.

"I don't understand why you need so much milk, dearie?" said Recovery Girl, still perplexed.

"Yeah Izuku, I don't follow. I've literally never seen you drink that much, what's with the sudden interest in it" said Mei.

"Since, I'll be in the hero course and relying on you a lot more now then it's now or never" muttered Izuku. Mei quickly grabbed his face and turned it towards her as she got really close to his face.

"You're not really gonna tell her, right? That's like our secret, this sucks" whispered Mei, pouting. Izuku gave her a small smile as he explained that if he didn't do this then he'd lose his spot in the hero course, she nodded understanding his predicament even if she didn't like it.

"Miss Recovery Girl, what I'm about to tell you will change your view on some things, can I trust you with this?" asked Izuku, sighing. The woman nodded slowly, completely confused as to what the injured boy was talking about until she saw his katsudon bowl lifted into the air, and the chopsticks began feeding him seemingly by telepathy.

"H-HOW?! Aren't you quirkless?!" asked Recovery Girl, now even more perplexed. So Izuku proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes explaining to her about his stand while Mei left as her lunch period had ended.

{Intermission}

Quirk: Heal

Hero: Recovery Girl

{End of the Day}

Class 1-A was pumped for their next 2 weeks of training. They were alarmed by Aizawa's lack of a comment on Izuku's whereabouts or his student status. During lunch, the class even got Todoroki and Bakugo to agree to search with them although they had their own reasons to see the green haired boy. The search turned up empty, as she was nowhere to be found even with twenty students searching for her.

Komori was feeling terrible all week as not knowing how her friend was doing was eating up at her. She had dark eyes from not being able to sleep at night assuming the worst, and failing to find their only hope of getting answers only made matters worse.

She gloomily sat through their final period of the day, doodling in her notebook, until it was time to go. No one in the class really felt that they could do anything to cheer her up. Komori walked towards the door eager to go home and nap before starting her training later. Upon opening the door she was greeted by a horde of students staring at her.

"What's going on, Komori?" asked Ochako, behind her.

"What the heck, why are they here?! We can't even leave in peace!" said Mineta, whining.

"They're scoping out the competition. Duh, small fry" said Bakugo, walking past Mineta.

"They're here to see the kids who survived a villain attack. No point though, now move aside, Cannon Fodder!" yelled Bakugo angrily, a few people budge while others hold their ground, staring into class 1-A's souls.

"Please refrain from antagonizing our fellow schoolmates, Bakugo!" shouted Iida, chopping at the air comedically.

"It's true. We came to get a look at the golden eggs of UA, the creme of the crop so to speak. Well, aren't you all an egotistical bunch?" said a messy purple-haired insomniac, in dire need of some sleep reminiscent of a certain teacher.

"The fuck did you say, Eyebags?" asked Bakugo with a pissed off expression. Shinso smirked at his reaction.

"Gotta say I'm unimpressed if this is all you have to offer. You know, those of us who couldn't make the hero course are stuck in general studies, while you people with flashy quirks get all the glory and admiration. There's quite a few of us, did you know that?" said the boy, slightly annoyed until he began to smirk again.

"However we were all blessed with amazing news! They allowed some fucking quirkless kid into the course, as laughable as that is. He lasted a good while too, but supposedly he got pretty fucked up by the villains, go figure. Now his spot will be open for one of us!" said the teen grinning. Most of the class, disgusted with the boy's comment, glaring at the boy with Ochako even about to say something when Komori snapped.

"HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT MY FRIEND LIKE THAT YOU ASSHOLE!" yelled Komori as she prepared to lunge at the purple haired boy until Iida and Kirishima quickly held her back as she ferally glared at the purple haired boy. The insomniac was a little unnerved by how the cutesy looking girl could get so pressed by his comments, he assumed that the quirkless student really meant alot to them but it didn't matter as his goal was to get into the hero course.

"What are you a banshee? You people really are savages, this'll be the perfect chance to knock you all off your pedestals. Consider this a declaration of war" said the boy, confidently.

Suddenly, a girl with a megaphone yelled for the crowd to make way as a pink haired girl strolled along with a boy in a wheelchair, wearing a green trench coat over his uniform with black shades, through the crowd. The crowd in question was seemingly being pushed aside by some invisible force as they shout out their annoyance at the insomniac's cool declaration being interrupted.

"Hey everyone! It's been awhile" said the boy, smiling. He stood up from the wheelchair, surprising everyone until the pink haired girl ran up from behind him and wacked him in the back of the head as she whispered something in his ear. She then grabbed his hand and helped him walk as he took off his shades, dramatically posing in the middle of the hallway.

"MIDORIYA-KUN?!" shouted Komori as pushed Iida and Kirishima aside with random herculean strength and lunged at him. The poor girl was reaching her breaking point but now everything was fine, it had to be.

She hugged him while shaking her head on his chest profusely. As he patted her head, she began to sob.

"I-I was worried sick about you! W-We couldn't visit you then we were told you'd be losing your spot and it was just too much! I didn't want to lose my friend, please don't scare us like that" said the mushroom quirk user through sobs. The crowd looked on in shock as class 1-A, even including Bakugo and Todoroki included ran up to greet the boy.

"Deku-kun! I'm so glad you're alright. How are you healed though?!" said Ochako, leaning close to Izuku's face with starstruck eyes. He blushed a little as he moved his head back to gain some distance.

One by one they each told him about their worries regarding his well-being and spot in the class. It truly warmed his heart to know his classmates genuinely wanted him there. After he finishes greeting his class, he turns to the crowd.

"Hey, where's the insomniac?" asked Izuku with a serious expression. Mei giggled as she whispered a suggestion into his ear, the pair both grinning mischievously. Ochako noticed that the two were still holding hands and she didn't know why but it irked her abit.

"D-Don't think this changes anything! I'll take your spot. Heck, you don't even have a quir-" the sleep deprived teen was cut off by a fist to the face, knocking him out immediately. The entire hallway went quiet after that. Izuku winced slightly as he still wasn't 100% healed, only 80%.

"Milk, I never wanna see that white liquid again but I'm definitely gonna have to drink another gallon now. Oh god…" the boy started muttering loudly as everyone in the hall, his class included, backed up a bit. Mei gently caressed his hand as she whispered.

"Don't worry, you won't be alone. I'll be eating chocolate beside you!" said the girl enthusiastically. Izuku glared at her until he sighed.

"I heavily dislike you sometimes…" muttered Izuku, frowning.

"You love me, don't lie" said Mei, wiggling her eyebrows with a bright smile. He groaned until he remembered they weren't alone, he coughed loudly before speaking.

"Umm…anyways, consider that my declaration of war" said Izuku holding his fist out, further unnerving the crowd. He walked up to Komori, who was smiling happily.

"You're strong, Komori-chan! You held onto the hope that I'd return, you're an amazing friend and don't worry about what these guys said, cause I'm here to stay" said Izuku confidently. He noticed Mei was slightly pouting, which was confusing him as he couldn't figure out why.

"Alright, I'm ready to go home. Let's go, Mei" said Izuku, hopping onto her back.

"You finally called me by my first name Izuku! You're getting bold aren't you? C'mon admit you're falling for this inventor's charm" said Mei playfully. Izuku groaned, blushing a little, as they headed to the entrance at top speeds. The crowd dispersed 6 minutes afterwards. The purple haired teen was carried to the infirmary as the school now spoke about the mysterious quirkless boy's badass entrance and peculiar exit.

[Timeskip]

Over the next 2 weeks, Mei and Izuku came up with strategies and gadgets to help them both out. The rules said that only support students could bring the stuff that they made, however due to him being quirkless, they allowed for the boy to bring his hero gear or anything he makes. The duo's plan was for Izuku to make some gadgets that could give them the leg up on their competition. They came up with countless contingency plans in case a different event was chosen then the one they expected.

He also enjoyed finally eating his mother's cooking, since he wasn't home since the attack as Recovery Girl had to keep an eye on him which left him relegated to UA's food. It wasn't bad but nothing hit the stomach better than his mother's cooking. She of course showered him with lots of hugs and he even got to chat with his dad, who wished him luck for the upcoming festival. He said that the festival would be watched live at his workplace so he warned him to not embarrass himself. Izuku enjoyed chatting with his dad even if he couldn't be there in person all the time.

Jotaro came by to give him some advice for the festival as well as ask about the villains that attacked for some reason. He also mentioned how his daughter was around Izuku's age, and that she would be watching to see how her cousin does, adding more pressure on him to do well. He hoped he could meet her one day although currently he had far too much on his plate to worry about that. He just hoped fate was on his side and that he did well as there wasn't anything more that he could ask for.

To Be Continued…

Hey again! We now enter the sport's festival arc. I'm just going to give a heads up and an apology. Mei & Izuku will have some pretty crack technology in this story and I'm truly sorry about that. I'll try to restrain myself butttt no promises :)

Now pretty big poll but this will help me plan out some stuff and it will require some engagement. I'll try creating a poll on whether or not All for One will have a stand and if you vote for him to have one, could you pm me some suggestions or just leave them in a review format. I repeat this is a rather important thing for the story so choose wisely. The poll will end in two weeks, I'll extend the time if needed.

Now as of this moment I'm writing, this story has garnered 8,880 views! I can not put into words how weird that is to me. I originally started this as a one shot idea as I was kinda frustrated by the MHA x Jojo stories I read and honestly wanted to give my take on a jojo story. I didn't expect it to gain traction but here we are 10 chapters in. I really do appreciate you all for reading this, and thank you to all the followers of this story and those who gave it a favorite.

As always reviews are greatly appreciated, oh check the story tomorrow for a little surprise :O

Iorweth.22 - Sorry if it's not how you expected for him to return :O
You were right about the Speedwagon Foundations involvement so kudos ;)
