Hall Monitor: A parody of Hall Monitor from SpongeBob SquarePants with Total Drama characters.

"And that's all for today's class." A girl with brown hair concluded. "Any questions?" When no one spoke up, she continued. "You're dismissed then."

Everyone went to leave, except for Ella, who stopped in the doorway to wave. She was wearing a special hat and belt that was given to each hall monitor. "Have a good day, Courtney! Oh, I suppose you'll need this back!" She took off the hat and belt and handed them over to Courtney, who accepted them.

"Oh, thanks, Ella. I actually need someone responsible to hold onto something for me. The last person somehow managed to lose it when it's not even hard to hold onto."

"Oh, sure thing. What is it?" Ella inquired.

Courtney fished out a uniform from a drawer, one that looked exactly like the one Ella just gave her.

"Here, just… hold onto this thing until you come back."

"Oh, why thank you, Courtney. I was hesitant to take this role before, but I couldn't think of a better way to help people. I feel bad about whoever was hoping to get this job before."

The Hispanic girl rolled her eyes. "I just needed someone to take it so it wouldn't get lost, and someone else would probably steal it." She reiterated in annoyance.

"Oh, okay! Goodbye then." Ella then went out into the hall. "I suppose I'll have to monitor the halls then before I leave." She joked as she was exiting. She looked back inside for a moment. "Nope, it hasn't moved." She giggled and then went out to do her own things.

She happily skipped along, narrowly dodging a passerby.

"Oh, excuse me, officer!" They apologized at the same time.

"Oh, well, I'm not an officer, but it's no problem at all!" Ella assured. After the stranger went on their way, she continued speaking. "I suppose my duties don't have to end there though."

"Walking as the monitor of the hall, hoping to help everyone short and tall!" She rhymed as she walked along.

She then heard a terrible noise of someone screaming. "Oh, goodness, what was that noise?"

The songbird went to investigate it and saw an open window. Looking inside the building, a golf ball had been shot through it and seemingly hit someone on the head, whose girlfriend was comforting him.

"Oh, that poor man…" Ella said sympathetically. "Perhaps if I shut the window, then they will be safe!" She did so, but right as she did, another golf ball struck the window, shattering it. "Oh dear!" She exclaimed fearfully as murmuring was heard inside of the building. More of the offending balls continued to come, so Ella ducked in fear and ran away. As she did so, she tripped over and kicked a rock below the window.

"I'm terribly sorry!" She apologized as she accidentally tripped someone, making them land on a car and gripping the alarm.

Eventually, she walked far enough away to calm down and was walking down a sidewalk. As she walked along, she felt something fall on her hat. Something pink and liquidy. "Hmm?" She hummed in confusion before looking up and seeing Owen sitting on a wall next to some stairs, enjoying a strawberry ice cream.

"Oh, please be careful not to litter!" She politely corrected.

"Oh, what? Oh! Sorry, Ella." Owen apologized. "Hey, are you an officer now?"

"Oh, no, this is just a hall monitor-" Loud music played as she uttered "hall monitor" "-uniform. But I do want to help people today while I wear it!"

"Can I join you?"

"Of course! You don't necessarily need a uniform to help out. What would you do as an officer on your first day?"

"I'd get an ice cream!" The two then walked out of an ice cream parlor with an ice cream cone each. Ella's was strawberry while Owen's was chocolate.

"Okay, what next?" Ella questioned.

"Hmm…" The big guy thought.

The duo came out of the same shop a second time.

"Well, this is very fun, but it isn't exactly helping people, you know?" The singer brought up as she threw away the dessert.

"Yeah, the only way I know how to help people is hugs and bringing fish." Owen brought up.

"Those are good, but I'm unsure if that applies here."

"Gotcha."

Ella thought for a moment before getting an idea. "Why not look for people and ask them to not be impolite?"

"That's a good call."

Just as the big guy uttered that sentence, a newspaper boy came up. "Extra, extra, read all about it! Maniac and her gang destroy windows and cars with long-range assault! City in a state of fear!" He gave the food lover a newspaper.

"Oh, goodness! That's terrible!" Ella exclaimed.

"I guess it's up to us to stop em, eh, little buddy?" Owen decided, accidentally toppling Ella with his might.

"I suppose so." Ella replied, brushing off the dust from the ground. Her friend helped her to her feet, apologizing. "No worries! I suppose we should split up to-"

"Search for clues?" The food lover suggested, trying to finish the sentence at the same time as Ella.

The songbird giggled. "No, to cover more ground. Call me on your phone if you find anything!" The two then split off from each other.

Two cops then pulled up to the shop in a car. "Good afternoon, son." One of them greeted.

"We're looking for the maniac. Have you seen a girl who looks like…" The other cop pulled out a crude drawing of an Asian girl wearing a dress with black hair. "...this woman?"

"Oh, good gravy, she's horrible!" Owen freaked out. "Take her away; take her away!"

"Calm down, son, it's just a drawing!" The officer waited for the big guy to calm down. "Alright, look, I'm gonna show you the picture again, and you'll tell us if you've seen this woman. She seems like she's around her early 20s, got it?"

Owen nodded, so the cops showed him the image again. He screamed again. "Cheese and crackers!"

The two officers smirked at each other as they hid the poster once again. They constantly showed and hid the picture, making Owen scream and shout various food exclamations every time. This happened about five times before they decided they had enough fun. "Stay indoors, kid, and guard your windows."

The camera then cut to Ella, whose phone was ringing. "Hello-o?" She answered in her sing-songy way.

"The maniac is out! Some cops gave me a description of her." Owen reiterated the cops' description to his friend, making her frown slightly.

"Oh dear, that's not good!"

"What street are you on? The cops told us to stay inside!"

"I'm on 321 West Avenue." The songbird answered, slightly worried.

"Ella, get out of there! That's where the maniac is!" Owen shouted into his phone.

"Oh my!" Ella put her hands up to her mouth in shock. "Where is she? What's she doing if you see her? I don't."

"She's just standing there… menacingly! Oh, it's just like that shady taco salesman last Tuesday! Try to hide somewhere!"

Ella quickly ran behind a recycling bin. "The maniac's right next to the recycling bin, run!" The food lover informed, panic in his voice.

The princess darted behind a building and accidentally ran into it, stumbling backwards and falling on her butt. She grunted in pain. Ella looked up and saw a wanted poster.

"Now's your chance! Run!"

"Owen, the maniac isn't near me…" She mentioned as she observed the image. "I believe I am the maniac!"

The phone call ended, but that didn't stop Ella from being able to hear Owen scream.

Several police cars pulled up, surrounding Ella. "We'll take that as a confession." One of them remarked.

"There you are! I trusted you with that thing and you destroyed half the city." Courtney huffed.

"You know this girl?" Another cop questioned.

"Well... yeah! I gave her the uniform in the first place. If anything, she's my responsibility as her teacher. She obviously needs someone."

Just then, the CIT was cuffed, but Ella spoke up. "Wait! None of this was her fault. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?"

The cops discussed among themselves for a moment. "You'll have to do standard community service to make up for the damage to the town." They decided.

Courtney sent the songbird a grateful look as she was uncuffed.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure to still come to class after the sessions!" Ella assured, making her driving teacher sigh.

A/N: Owen may seem a bit dumber than he is in canon here, but he didn't know Ella was the maniac because it was dark, and for all he knows, there could be another Asian girl around Ella's age, maybe say, a certain one with a doctorate in revenge? The cop also described her outfit as a dress, which it is not.
