I'm here with anew chapter to celebrate yet another special occasion.

The Ratel's Kitties Are Born

The day marks the day of new lives that came into this world.

"WAAAAAAAH!"

"WAAAAH!"

At the hospital, in the Underworld, in one of the rooms, two wonderful cries are heard as two mothers are resting on the beds holding their newborns in their arms, both exhausted after delivery.

"Congratulations, you have two wonderful baby girls!" The doctor congratulated the father.

The father in question is none other than Issei Hyoudou, the famous Honey Dragon Emperor. He had come to the hospital to support his two wives, Shirone (AKA Koneko) and Kuroka, as soon as they went into labour and gave birth, and today he has two new children. Issei looked at his four girls, his two wives and two daughters, and smiled in happiness.

The doctor lets other people in, family and friends, see the mothers and their newborns.

"We haven't had any granddaughters ever since Airi was born!" Miki Hyoudou, Issei's mother, exclaimed excitedly, happy to have new granddaughters.

"It's great to have grandsons and all, but, it is pleasant to have more granddaughters!" Goro Hyoudou, Issei's father, happily agreed.

"Who wouldn't have imagined having your two children born on the same day." Joseph said to Issei.

"Just like twins." Fuyuko added.

"Except they, literally, are born at the same time." Issei pointed out a fact.

"You mean, none of them came first?" Yuuto asked, surprised to hear that.

Issei's wives came closer to Shirone and Kuroka with their children so they could see them.

"Kurenai, those two are your new sisters." Akeno said, holding her son as he looked at them with curiosity.

"Look, Airi, they're your sisters that came to this world." Asia gently held her daughter to look at them.

"Ex, say hello to them." Rias said to her son, holding him as he looked.

"Be sure to be the best brother to them, Zen." Xenovia ordered her son, gently holding him.

"Say hello to your sisters, Shin." Irina said, holding her son as she held his little arm to wave at them.

"Robertina, they are your little sisters." Ravel gently held her daughter.

As the mothers introduce their children to their new sisters, Kuroka interrupts.

"Not to cut the introduction short, but would you all please move away so the father could hold his daughters?"

"True, Issei has yet to hold them." Shirone added.

The mothers moved away, some apologizing, allowing Issei to approach them. Instead of holding one, he received both in his arms when Shirone and Kuroka lent them. Shirone's daughter on his right arm while Kuroka's on his left arm.

"My! You're doing an excellent job holding them both!" Miki praised her son.

"I did have training." Issei replied. When it was revealed that he'll have two new children, he practiced a lot to hold one baby in one arm so he could hold them both.

"So, what names have you decided?" Ingvild asked.

The Nekomata sisters smiled as they answered.

"Shirayuki." Shirone said.

"Kurobara." Kuroka said.

"'Snow White' and 'Black Rose.' Such wonderful names!" Irina exclaimed.

"What do you think, Issei?" Joseph asked.

"I liked them. And I'm sure they'll like them as well." Issei replied, liking the names.

Issei stares at his daughters and smiles. No matter how many times, no matter how many of his children are born, he always felt this warm, powerful sensation when holding them. And it always gives him the feeling that he's a father for the first time but he stopped fighting it as he knew that there's no point denying it. Much like with his other children, he'll vow to be there for them and protect them, he'll swear it under his GekiJyu Ratel-Ken, he will be a father who'll protect his cubs.

"Welcome to the world, my little kittens." Issei whispered to them, they're cat ears flipped.

Sorry for the long hiatus. I wanted to take breaks, writing other stuff, but then Coronavirus came and cause major stresses. Taken me awhile but I cam back, though writing other stories than this one, but no worries this is not abandoned.

Now, about this chapter; it is to commemorate Yuki Kaji and Ayana Taketatsu's newborn baby! Yes, the Japanese voice actors have now a child. Just like with their marriage, I write this chapter for them. I admitted it is short but is the feeling that counts.

Ok, sure Kuroka has given birth as well, but according to the EX LN, the daughters are born on the same day, so I followed the canon.

If some of you are familiar with the children's names, you hit on the nail, they are Issei's future children that were revealed in the special pack light novel (even though I haven't read), Highschool DxD EX. Yes, his children are canon in this story and they will be shown soon in the future chapter.
