Chapter 53 Japan, Beyond the Gate

Mitsuki was riding in the same vehicle as Itami, Pina and her group, Cordelia and the turtles.
"Hey we're going to Japan." Mikey looks outside a window.
"Don't make a scene Mikey." Don said.
"Wait you never went there?" Pina said.
"We live in New York, plus we don't go out as we avoid to be seen." Leo said.
"Well don't worry we'll make sure you guys won't be caught." Itami said.
"Also i'm surprised you thought tanks were elephants." Mitsuki looks at Pina who blushes.
"Well I never seen anything like this." She said.
"This land is filled with so many large buildings because of the size of the country." Bozes said.
The turtles stared at her before they started to laugh.
"What's so funny?" She said.
"Small, Japan is bigger than other countries that are out there." Mikey said.
"What?!" They said.
"You think because of the tall buildings it makes a country small, theres tall buildings to have other buildings that have different uses, plus a lot of them are not even for living." Don said.
"Okay we'll make a check in." Itami goes out to talk to the gate.
Some of the others went out as the turtles stayed to avoid being seen.
"It's so cold." Tuka said.
"Need a jacket?" Cordelia asked.
"No thanks, i'm good." She said.
Mitsuki looks around. It's been a long time since I was in Japan.
He smiles being back to his home country, but then he noticed Itami talking to a man wearing a coat and ruffled hair.
Mitsuki goes up to him. "Hey who's this guy?"
"Oh Mitsuki, this is Komakado he's with the Public Safety Intelligence Agency," Itami said surprising Mitsuki.
"Yes, I also heard about you, your Mitsuki Kira, your a doctor in New York after you moved there and has been making a name after the Purple Dragons been attacking there." Komakado said.
"Oh yes them." Mitsuki frowns.
He then looks at Cordelia. "I also heard about her, she's one of the most skilled snipers and gunsmen in the world, as she was ranked one of the top best."
"What?!" Shino said shocked to hear that.
Cordelia looks and smirks at them.
"It's pretty impressive you got her to join, the country has been trying to keep the other gate a secret." Komakado said.
"Yeah, that would have been a big problem if it was found." Mitsuki said. "Despite it being busted up."
"Yes, also I know about your friends." He said surprising Mitsuki. "Don't worry, just make sure they're under a disguise."
"Oh don't worry, they're good." Mitsuki said.
After they got through the gate they went foward on a bus and the group of the gate watched outside.
"Theres so many people walking around, is there a fair today?" Lelei said.
"Uh, no it's normal everyday life." Don said.
"Theres a tree with decorations." Rory said.
"That's for Christmas." Don said.
"Christmas?" The girls said.
"Yeah, it's a holiday here." Mikey said.
"The guys are talking a lot with them." Mitsuki said.
Rory looks at Venus as she meditates. "You seem the most different from most of your brothers."
"I was trained to always be in control." She said.
"Well we're going to buy some clothes for them, also for the turtles." Itami said.
"Good idea." Mitsuki said.
Later they went to a store and bought the turtles clothes like jackets and hats plus shades to cover they're faces.
"Will those work?" Shino said.
"It worked back in New York." Mitsuki said.
They went to a ramen shop to order a few beef bowls.
"Why beef bowls?" Shino asked Itami.
"We don't have much funds." Itami said.
The turtles were eating they're bowls while pouring eggs on them, Mikey noticed Pina and Bozes were worried looking at they're bowls.
"What's wrong not enough?" Mikey said.
"It's just strange how you eat raw eggs with them." Pina said.
"Hey don't knock it, until you try it." Mikey said.
The girls tried it and they got amazed before eating more.
"Well don't choke on them." Raph said.
Later they went back to the bus and drove foward to the gates before they got off with Pina and Bozes staying with the major.
"So we would have to stay?" Mitsuki said.
"Yeah, they are going to talk about the diplomacy, we will have to wait later." Itami said.
"Also would I need to go and talk in the peace conference." Mitsuki was worried.
"We'll have to see, but we'll make sure your friends are not seen." Itami said.
"Good, since the last thing we need, is the turtles to be hunted down." Mitsuki said.
Later
Mitsuki and Cordelia were brought to the Diet with Itami, Tuka, Lelei and Rory as many were taking pictures of them.
"This is strange." Mitsuki said as they took seats.
Itami goes to talk with the woman called Mizuki about what happened.
"We were told that you were attacked by a fire dragon." Mizuki said.
"Yes, it was powerful, with fire and skin stronger than any metal, we were able to defeat thanks to a hero wearing a advance suit." Itami said.
"Many casualties were made by it, couldn't you have stopped it on your own." Mizuki said.
"We couldn't." Itami said.
"So are you saying the JSDF was imcomptent?" She said.
"No, we didn't have the right weapons to face that thing, we needed bombs and railguns to take it down, the warrior has more advance weapons that helped taking it down." Itami said.
"Also..." A man came. "We analyzed a sample from it, the scales was stronger than tungsten and was giving out heat like it was breathing fire, you think they could have fought that thing with no casualties, you are delusional."
She flinches at his words.
Mitsuki knows what she's doing, she's trying to make the JDSF look bad, he frowns at her since she's only making things worse for everyone.
Cordelia was next and she looks at Mizuki while leaning against the podium.
"So ms. Starling?" Mizuki said.
"Yes, that's my name." Cordelia said.
"Could you tell us why you were inside of the gate?"
"I was just with Mitsuki hanging out before those weirdos attacked, so we just had no choice but to go inside to save our butts." Cordelia told the lie they planned.
"It's also said you've been helping them." Mizuki said.
"Yes, i'm a good shot." Cordelia grins.
"Yes, i've seen the reports about you, have they been doing any restrictions?" Mizuki asked.
"Nope." Cordelia said making her frown. "They gave us what we needed even a bath, which is what a lady needs the most."
They talked to Lelei and Tuka with many being amazed at Tuka's ears and Mitsuki watches the entire thing as they keep questioning the health and moral reasons.
Rory goes next and said: "You think that Itami and the others are coward yet they managed to survive against a battle with the dragon thanks to they're warrior friend while you were hidding here safe."
"How dare you!" Mizuki said.
Mitsuki goes foward and said: "Uh, it's better to say that she's way older than she looks."
"Oh really how old?" Mizuki said.
Rory smirks. "961 of your years."
"What 900!" Mizuki and many were shocked.
"Yes, the other races like elves and Rory they live much longer." Mitsuki said.
"Okay, well let's finish with you." Mizuki said.
Mitsuki goes to the podium and looks at her.
"So your name is Mitsuki Kira?" She asked.
"Yes, I was born here and moved to New York to work at the hospital there." Mitsuki said.
"But any reason why come back?" She asked.
"Simple visit, can't a man visit his home country and see his friends." Mitsuki said.
"Any family?" She questioned.
"Three adopted children."
"And where are they?"
"At New York with my girlfriend." He said.
"And you let her take care of them?" She said.
"Of course, April is a responsible woman." Mitsuki smiles.
Rory smiles. "He's also a brave one like his friend to take down the dragon."
That made many gasp as Itami and Mitsuki got shocked she told them.
"What him? Theres no way this must be a lie to help the JSDF!" Mizuki said.
Mitsuki sighs. "Guess I have no choice." He puts on his gamer driver.
"What's with that toy?" Mizuki said.
"It's not a toy." He takes out the gashat. "Henshin!"

GASHAT! GACHAN! LEVEL UP! MIGHTY JUMP! MIGHTY KICK! MIGHTY MIGHTY ACTION X!
He goes to Level 2 Ex-Aid and poses.
Many gasped seeing that as the entire country was seeing a real Kamen Rider, many children cheered.
"He's Ex-Aid!"
"I don't believe it!"
"A real Kamen Rider!"
"No way, this must be a trick." Mizuki couldn't believe it.
A orange energy comes out of Ex-Aid and Parado appears on a chair with his legs on the arm rest.
"Wait that's Parado!" A man said.
"Hey there." He smirks. "I hope this isn't too surprising."
Many took pictures of them and Ex-aid sighs since now the entire country knows.
Later they were at a subway train as they went foward.
Mitsuki was sitting at a seat with Cordelia and she said: "Rory had to blab it out."
Pina and Bozes were there too and Pina looks at Mitsuki. "You didn't want them to find out."
"No, now my kids can be in danger when I go back." Mitsuki said.
She was worried about that too.
They stopped before the turtles came out of the shadows.
"Hey guys." Itami said.
"We got a problem." Leo said.
"What is it?" Bozes asked.
"Someone got leaked and now theres some guys after our friends here, we had to knock a few guys out." Raph said.
"So we're not safe." Mitsuki said.
"I know a place we can stay." Itami said.
"Wait a minute..." Mitsuki looks at him.
They arrived at appartment and Itami goes inside before a woman crawls out of a living room. "I need food."
"Yeah I got it here." He gives her a bag and she smiles.
"Who's that?" Shino said.
"It's Itami's ex wife." Mitsuki said.
"His ex wife!" They got surprised and Risa noticed them.
"Oh, Mitsuki." She said.
Note: Mitsuki's rider form has been revealed since of Rory's big mouth and the turtles didn't come since it wouldn't make sense if they revealed who they are since it would go against later episodes.
