Story Resume.
This story goes from the birth of my vampire character, Seth, and ends after the battle of Hogwarts. From what I have written in drafts, it ends with Seth marrying Luna Lovegood, but my second draft could change it and I created a new Character called Ruma Vulken.
It this story, you see how Tom Riddle interacts at school, along with Seth but until his fourth year at Hogwarts. Seth leaves and goes to war with his parents, so you do not see what happens to Voldemort at school, but it does follow canon. Seth returns to see Voldemort, working at Borgin and burkes, and ask him to go abroad and learn dark arts but also to destroy a device that controls vampires. Their relationship starts again there and Voldemort uses Seth and his home to gain power and followers.
In the books, it never tells stories of what happens during the years 1970 to 1981, so I added a lot. How Bellatrix marries Rodolphus, how she did her first cruciatus and killing curse. How Seth gets the giants. How Alastor Maugrey loses his eye and leg. You see the marauders and my new character, Ruma Vulken.
All of this and… Vampire vibes, desire, lust, cravings, sex.
UPDATE: Chapter 63 online. That's the year 1980. You know what that means, yes Harry Potter's birth and prophecy in chapter 64.
For those who begin to read this story, welcome. My writing has improved by a lot when you read it, so it is PERFECTLY normal the first third of this story is average. I will rewrite everything, also removing the * and placing '' for dialogues. It really gets more interesting after the chapters 50 and on...
You could start this story with chapter 63, but you might be confused as to how Seth behaves and who he is. It will mostly follow canon until the end.

The purpose part 1 Seth Vulken
Chapter 1
Waves crashed on the cliff side. Rain poured echoing the thunderstorm that had been going for two days now. A woman yelled loudly. Running steps going back and forth to the masters chambers and the restrooms. A servant yelped while tripping on the carpet and fell with a loud thud. His head had hit the King and Queen's mattress.
*Freaking idiot, go away and go fetch a human.* Said the king at the servant who promptly scurried away.
*Will this rain stop anytime soon? I can't concentrate with that non-stop tapping on windows* He said while rubbing his temple.
His sleeves had been brought up his arms so he could help his wife with the birth. The birth… its impossible! IMPOSSIBLE! Vampires are dead, DEAD I TELL YOU! He sighed and looked at the Queen. You could see sweat on her neck and cheeks, she had been trying to bring out… well, possibly a baby, into this world for more than two days.
She was fine, apart from the constant contractions and the pain that gave her. They had started to worry something might be wrong, but Flamel had done several times a check-up spell on her and the baby and it always said the same thing : mother dead, baby's heartrate : 30 per minute.
Medically speaking, the baby would be in great distress, but never had that been done before, or even heard of. After one day, Flamel had expressed concerns about the baby that he may need to do a c-section on the queen and could heal her after.
*We do not know how that baby would hurt me, so we shall wait, I am still fine! Ahhh* The queen had replied while having another contraction.
Her eyes had turned black.
*Blood!* She asked and a servant had brought a human who promptly showed his wrists to the queen.
She grabbed his arms and plunged her teeth in his writs. The human had winced at the bite and left when she was done.
The same routine had been going on for 50 hours now when a Sunday morning, the rain finally stopped. The king opened the dark green curtains and let the sun hit the windows.
*Finally!* Said happily the King with his arms in the air.
But the happiness quickly went away when his wife made out the biggest yell ever, coming from the very depths of her insides. He rushed to her and Flamel who had caught the baby and had put him in a blanket. Flamel shook his wand and mumbled spells at the queen who instantly felt better and thanked him. She drank again from a blood-filled cup before laying her head on the pillow. The king ignored the baby and went to grab his wife's hand and spoke quietly.
*Are you allright?* said the king worryingly.
His wife nodded but had another contractions that left her breathless before finally knowing it was done : the placenta, as black as coal went out of her and laid on the bed. It seemed wet but quickly, the placenta faded away like ash in the wind and the cord went away with it. Silence was deep in the master's bedroom. No baby crying, nothing.
That's when Flamel, who had dried the baby with the blanket, revealed his little face. Icy blue eyes stared back at the wizard. White strands of hair covered his head, pointy ears, small nose, pink lips, delicate features like his parents. A perfect baby who only had one weird feature: a tail. His tail was skin colored and very small and thin. Was that a birth defect because of dead parents?
*He's beautiful.* said Nicholas.
He looked at Elena and Nathaniel.
*Sire, my queen, your son is beautiful.* repeated Flamel while putting the prince in the King's arms.
Nathaniel looked at his son, his mouth opened and closed several times.
*A son* he said.
*I… I'm a father now?* He looked back at his wife, who smiled a him and nodded.
She winced while getting up but was fine otherwise. She looked at the cooing baby and then back at her husband.
*Seth…* she said proudly.
A big wind made the windows violently open, and the fresh morning air filled the air. Seth cooed of joy as laughter filled the room.
Chapter 2
The vampires lived on secluded island between England and Ireland. They were not well seen from either humans or wizards. Only the ministry officials knew there was an island, uncharted, although no one was interested in going there. The vampires had made their fortune through centuries of using their charms and vampire powers on muggles. The very few they were, but everywhere around the planet controlling muggle banks. Humans were oblivious to vampires, although they had made stories for them for entertainment and keeping the realities of true vampires. As for wizards, as long as they didn't bother them, they just plain ignored them. Some worked within the ministry part-time to keep business connections.
They had kept Seth's birth from the wizards. Every single vampire was registered. If someone sired a human, they had to tell the ministry at once. Since they ignored why he had come in this world or what he was, they had preferred keeping the secret. Seth's parents attributed a female human to only serve Seth's needs and desire. Her name was Kathleen and she had been in the family for already 30 years. She had been at the birth and gladly took upon responsibility to be with Seth.
22 years had passed. Seth's body seemed to grow twice slower than normal. He had stayed a baby for so long they thought he had dwarf syndrome or hormones problems since the very fact of being alive was a mystery. His mind was sharp, alert, smart and cunning. He had learned from books and from his parents all there is about the world, magic, history and economics. Throughout his childhood, his parents served him food before trying blood as he was *growing* fine, albeit slowly, without it. He did not have cravings, nor any signs of blood rage whatsoever.
One day, when he was about six years old, he had run into his parent's bedroom in the middle of the night because of nightmares. He had his hands over his ears, panicking.
*WHAT ARE THOSE SOUNDS?!* he yelled, wimping.
Elena quickly grabbed his son and hugged him tightly.
*Seth, calm down, describe me the sounds* asked his mother.
His chest against her heaved back and forth rapidly and his panicked heartbeat resonated into her ears. She brushed his hair slowly and making shh sounds, waiting.
Seth calmed down.
*They sound like, squeaks, rattles, steps, owls… water tap falling down a sink.* He seemed to focus now more intently.
*There's…. heartbeats, those are loudest, and everywhere!* He looked at his mother, then at his father behind her.
*I..I have nightmares, visions of people dying.* His high-pitched boy's voice reminded his parents he was but still so young to even begin to live all that.
*It's all right, son, we will find a solution. * Answered Nathaniel while calling a servant by pressing a button on the wall beside the bed.
Seth put back his hands on his ears and went on the bed beside his parents.
The servant arrived shortly who was then asked to fetch Flamel. Nathaniel dressed up and went to open one curtain to look outside. The night was almost done, and you could see the colorful horizon. A knock was heard at the door.
*Enter* said the King. Flamel opened the door.
*You asked for me, Sire?* said Flamel.
*Our son has heightened hearing, probably one of his many powers to come… Is there spell that could dim that?* Asked the queen.
Flamel only thought for a few seconds.
*Not a spell directed at him, but on a piece of cloth or headband. I will need a few testing combined spells to work it out and testing on the prince.* Stated Flamel.
*If it is all right with you, Seth can follow me in my room.* Continued Flamel. The king and queen nodded. Elena gave a kiss on Seth's head and shooed him away.
Nicholas and Seth went out the bedroom and turned right. The castle was enormous, because of all the vampires that lived there, but also all the servants and humans that fed, clean and took care of the castle stayed there. Since Nicholas had lived with them for centuries, he had added a lot of magic everywhere to help everyone here. One thing Seth had loved right away is the lights on the crimson carpet that lit up every time he made a step like bioluminescence. He never wore shoes or socks because he felt everything : the vibrations and the magic coursing through the walls, floors and air. Just like the kid he was, he giggled and hopped on one foot after the other following Flamel happily. Nicholas chuckled. His room was close to the master's bedroom since he was at the highest esteem of the vampires. Perenelle was still sleeping in her bed. Perenelle is a tall, elegant woman who could be anywhere between the ages of forty to sixty. She has green eyes and black hair which is streaked with strands of silver. She has small straight teeth and small laugh lines. She woke up to them entering their room.
*Good morning, my little one* She paused, eyeing the prince's aura.
He still had his hands over his ears and showed a red aura around his head but a light blue on the rest of his body.
*Something is bothering you a lot, my dear, but looking at Nicholas, he already has a solution.* She sat on the bed and took her wand beside her.
She pointed at her wardrobe and mumbled a short spell. A rip was heard and flew off the wardrobe and went on Nicholas right hand. It was a silky black tissue.
*That should do! Thank you.* Responded Flamel.
He took his own wand and pointed it at the tissue.
*Muffliato impervious!* Spelled the alchemist.
He then gave the tissue to Seth who put it right away on his ears. He smiled and cheered, but quickly changed his smile to a frown. He then removed it and gave it back to Flamel.
*Not that spell, I could not hear anything!* He explained.
*Right* Flamel answered.
He pointed again at the tissue and canceled the charm. He thought for a few seconds before trying again.
*Muffliato Protego Quietus!* Spelled Flamel who handed the tissue back to the prince again.
Seth took it and put it again on his ears, hopeful. He waited a few seconds and cheered.
*It worked this time! I can hear myself but not everyone so far now! Thank you!* He then scurried away to show his parents.
Flamel looked at his wife.
*I do not think this will be the only time I'll have to invent something for him.* He said to Perenelle who approved, wondering.
Chapter 3
All was calm on this Sunday, middle of July. His 22nd birthday was coming soon, and Seth was reading one of the many books Flamel gave him on magic. He had shown some magical prowess growing up, like levitating and setting some things on fire by accident. They thought it was maybe his vampiric powers that decided to show up so he trained until he mastered them. He had a lot of trouble with levitating, or flying in that case, so he gave that up but he twisted the effect and made it so he could fall extreme heights with no harm, so there's that. As for fire, it was only when he was mad, and he had to control his emotions to use it and still was to this day very difficult and it wasn't until he hurt Kathleen that he had stopped entirely.
A light tap on the library's window caught his attention. A big brown owl had a letter in his beak with his name written on it and his exact current location. Seth wasn't surprised about the owl, since Flamel had use of owls regularly with the magic world. He put down his book and went to open the window. The owl chirped and let the letter fall before Seth and flew away. Curious, he took the letter and went back in his seat. He opened the letter which stated the Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry and an invitation to come learn magic at the school. He paused. He looked at the giant mirror in front of him. He had the body of a 10-11 years old… Did he have the magic of a 10-year-old boy too?
What am I? He pondered. He finished the letter which had a list of school supplies and date to take the train and the whereabouts. Good thing they lived near London anyway. He got up and walked to his father's study to show him the letter.
*Father, it looks like I'm part wizard.* stated Seth.
His father quickly read the letter and things seemed to finally make sense. The king got up and started pacing back and forth in the study.
*Father, everything is fine… I'll be fine, I can, perhaps, make friends too with them?* Seth said.
His father stopped and looked at his son's features. He now had white silvery hair to his hip, pointy ears like vampires, clear blue eyes like the ocean and … his tail dangling right to left in his back. He scoffed.
*And how are you going to hide your… vampire traits?*
Seth forgot about his appearances because no one cared on this island. He made a movement with his tail and brought it in front of him. He started twisting it around his waist and put his pants and shirt over.
*Well, I guess that's one thing if I never have to show my body naked to anyone.* Seth said.
*As for my eyes and ears, isn't it like very small transfiguration spell to do? No one would guess a 11 years old boy can already transfigure anything…, right?* Said Seth.
The king sighed and resigned.
*You must be right, if this letter happened and the magical world sensed you like that, it is sure for a reason and must not be ignored.* He waved his hand in the air.
*Your mother is not going to be happy, let's go see Flamel for the transfiguration spells you talked of.* Said the king.
Chapter 4
It had obviously worked like Seth said as he used the floo network to diagon alley and shop alone for the first time of his life. With his tail tucked around him and hidden by a pair of black sweatpants and white shirt. He always loved his shirts because the sleeves were all tied with light brown laces. He also wore leather bracelets on both wrists. He looked around with his now bluish brown eyes and searched for Ollivander's wands shop. He walked around and saw all the different shops that existed in this magical world. He was beaming with joy and tried not to scream. People passed beside him without even looking at him. Kids were with parents or tutors or even friends and family members.
He first spotted the giant bank in the middle of diagon alley which was pretty obvious. He went inside and saw goblins, which were creatures he only read history about in his books. Seeing one in real life was amazing. He approached the first one on his left who was sitting really high up. The goblin had a very mean look and crooked nose. Seth waved his hand as a sign of Hello.
*Do you have your key?* asked the goblin.
Seth nodded and took out one key that his father had given him from his small leather bag. Flamel told Seth that he had enchanted his bag to make it almost endless, so he had to be careful not to lose anything in it or lose the bag itself. He also warned him that it is almost impossible to fool a goblin and that any spells made to modify greatly a body was dangerous, although since he only modified his ears and eyes, they would pose no problems.
*They will know who you are, or whether from where you come from….* warned the alchemist.
*They might show fear, anger, or respect depending on which goblin you choose… Your family controls so much wealth and artifacts they desire, and some are in their banks and some … aren't. Let me tell you to always look for the meanest goblin you will see, they love your family.*
So, Seth had done just that, and showed his key to the mean goblin. The key had the family crest on it and upon seeing it, the goblin eyed Seth fearfully and nodded. He followed the goblin to his vault which took about 15 minutes to arrive because the royal vaults were so deep . Seth closed his eyes in delight, the magic flowed everywhere around him. The wagon abruptly stopped. The goblin passed his hand over the vault to open it. When the vault opened, it was filled to the brim with only galleons. Seth looked at the goblin.
*I would like only 300 galleons, please.* The goblin nodded and put the galleons in Seth's bag.
When he got out of the bank, he spotted Ollivander's wand shop not too far and went directly to it. A bell rang as he opened the shop's door. Ollivander was showing several wands to another kid. Seth waited and looked around. He felt the magic in each and every wand around him. So many alike, yet so different. Cores, wood, magic poured in them. Seth could see that every single wand had a color tint the same as Ollivander's hands, since he was the creator. Amazing, he thought. What a wonderful creation. The bell rang again, telling Seth's the kid had left with his wand and he opened his eyes. Ollivander's eyes collided with Seth's.
*A vampire. No way.* stated the wand maker.
Flamel had also again warned him against Ollivander, that he likely would know right away what he was. Being a wand maker for so long would have done just that, telling, and feeling every kid that would pass his door. Seth knew only him and Ollivander was in the shop and had not panicked.
*Straight to the point, wand maker. I am in need of a wand.* Said Seth.
*Indeed, you do. Perhaps… do you see a wand that would suit you, lovely prince?* asked Ollivander with a tilted head.
What a weird question, how would I know that? Seth wondered. He closed his eyes and let the magic flow inside and out of him. The place was filled with it, he could feel colors swirling around. He could feel Ollivander walking slowly around his wands, mumbling, and shaking his head negatively. He then went in the back of his store and came back again with 2 boxes in his hands. Seth felt it right away, one of then glowed like gold. Seth opened his eyes.
*It's this one!* Seth pointed at the left box in Ollivander's hands.
*You know, Mr. Vulken, that does not surprise me.* He opened the box and lifted the wand inside it.
It was a very dark brown, with ebony lines, like veins and a length of 30 cm.
*It is yew, with a thestral hair as a core… It is the only one I had in my store and…* Ollivander got cut short as Seth took the wand out of his hands and threw 50 galleons on the counter.
The wand's essence engulfed his body, embracing his nature. He closed his eyes in delight, he felt he could finally channel all his magic easily. He pointed his wand at Ollivander, who didn't move. Seth's eyes turned black which now made the wand maker recoil. The prince snickered.
*I would never hurt you, Garrick. You are still a dear friend to a person in my family.* His eyes went back to normal, he took a wand holster he spotted on a display and installed it on his arm and then put his new wand in.
Perfect! He thought. He nodded at Ollivander and left the store.
