Pansy Parkinson felt used by the man standing in front of her. At that moment she wished to slap him or curse him with every dark spell she could think of. His usual aloof facial expression was ever present as always when she was in the room or near him. She trusted, she loved, cared for, and gave her heart, body, and soul to him. "Why?" She asked, in a defeated voice.

"Why?" Harry Potter, the boy who she loved when they were children. He mockingly laughs at her. "Why? I thought our wedding day was very obvious. I left you standing alone at the altar after I said I do. Did you really think I will ever love you?" At the silence was consumed the dark haired snorted," I told you since day one that we should've gone our separate ways. You could go fuck anybody or have a relationship with that person for all I care. The simplest thing was to sign the contract and make our marriage official with our signatures but instead you latch onto this pink filled daydream of us becoming an actual couple. Besides, Gabrielle will come live here with me."

"Why?"

"She has given me something that you my wife couldn't give me within our ten year of our marriage. My future heir."

Hearing those words coming out of his mouth broke something inside her.

"Why do you care if she gave you a child? All those times you made it clear to me you didn't want one. Or was it because you wanted it from someone else."

"At first, I wanted you to believe that to discourage you. You were persistent enough to stay with me. I thought probably I could tolerate you if you gave me a child and it would secure my legacy even when the public has seen you as my loving wife."

"Tell me something when we shared a bed did you mean it."

"What?"

"Did you truly mean those words you said to me I love you when we laid together?"

"No"

"All those times. You have lied to me. All those I love yous were for her not for me."

"Yes."

"I'm still your wife in paper and to the public. She's not living here!" She shouts her protests.

"Yes she is!" He angrily shouts back at her.

"Why should I care about her and your unborn bastard child!"

"Because I care about her morning, noon and night! I care about her! Gabrielle is the one that I chose to wed before you came in to the picture. My loyalties lie with her. That's where my heart lies with her and only her!"

"What about me? The woman you married!"

"Your ancestors sold you to me, like a slave sold to his oppressors. Do you see now? You're no better than a slave right now. Back then when the contract was made women had no rights, no freedom, no say in anything. They were treated as dolls, a brood mare and playthings. As of right now you are nothing but a doll to be used on a whim if I feel like it. That is the predicament you are in right now, don't you forget Pansy. But if you have a complaint about not been loved take it to the people who arranged it."

Pansy has tears in her eyes as she stares into the eyes of the man in front of her. She stares into the lifeless eyes in front of her. There is no soul behind those eyes, no life, void of love, not anymore. Pansy knew what she was when she read the contract but didn't want to acknowledge it. Even though she was arrogant enough to believe that there might be a chance of him loving her, she casted away her pride, the truth was she still held on to her pride. Casting away ones pride was never an easy thing to do. Harry knew this and made sure Pansy knew this as well.

Here she is sitting in the dirty streets of London holding a divorce paper. Harry did find a loophole in their betrothal contract that if a daughter of house Parkinson didn't produce a child within their tenth year of their marriage the contract can be voided. Harry without hesitation divorced her especially finding out that Gabrielle is pregnant with his child. He placed down a blank check telling her to write any number she wanted.

Ever since they were students at Hogwart's they were praising him but had no doubt about him succeeding in life. He proved it with his various businesses. They were right. He may succeed at life but he failed at being a loving husband to her.

The nonstop rain kept hitting every inch of her. She loved the feeling of the rain, but now not anymore- until now. The sky was gray like her mood. She can see many rushed to get out of the rain or go inside their home. She continued to see the people rushing by, but her gaze moved to the small droplets that the rain created a steady stream running down her feet washing at her heels.

She must look unstable. Which it is true. A dark truth that she realized about herself too late or maybe she knew and didn't want to acknowledge it due to her blind love for Harry.

She is all alone.

She has no one to turn to.

She pushed everyone she cared about away.

Her friends.

Her family.

All because she thought Harry would love her only for the people who used to be in her life told her that he wouldn't care for her and to move on.

Being alone made her realize many things. A sudden cry escapes her. Slowly and as gentle that it turned into a full wail of sadness squeezing within her heart. She fell into her knees and covered her face with her hands, releasing the paper she was holding. All she could do was cry.

The only good thing that came out of that marriage is her unborn child. She realized she had nothing to give. Pansy was even more terrified of Harry taking her child away from her if he ever realized she is pregnant with his child.

Then, she will lose everything.

At that moment she had no one to blame but herself.

She's the reason she is in this predicament.

She has to move on.

Her child will need her. She can't do that just by being on her knees crying for someone who never loved her.

Pansy gently rubs her tummy with affection and she will make sure her child will feel loved.

She got up unsteadily, started to walk across the street, in her shivering body she tried hopelessly to keep herself warm but she was already drenched in water.

A blazing honk caught her attention, and she twisted her body to see a bright light heading towards her. Her eyes expanded while her body froze in terror as it came closer her.

The driver tried to stop but doing so it crashed into her, throwing her across the road.

She can hear people yelling to call for the ambulance.

Her body felt so much pain and people who saw came to see if she was alive.

Pansy knew she won't make it.

The last words she said was,"My baby. Please triple goddess give me a another chance to live a place where my child won't be unhappy but loved."
