other words while I'm able to understand the 'format' of the memories you

I second it, that's the fastest way to master a form, since your stamina reserves are limited at 30
mins I think practicing 2 forms in 1 hour duration can be managed, but it's better to not push
yourself.Alright fine, and so I started joggling around the beach for a 10 mins lap, 5 mins break then
50
pushups, another break then another 10 mins lap, the remaining 20 mins was a final short break
before doining another 50 pushups.

Moving to when he told me about 'Kuro' and 'Sensei', I thougth he was just having a severe
hallucination problem. If his latest dicoveries are any indications, that means those two
aren't what I orginally thought they are…he told me Kuro disapparead...that means
eaither his 'Sensei' is the one who told him about the second form abilities otherwise he wouldn'tsay what he said...or he has a very vivid imagination.
The last thought made him smile a little.
