A/N: This is not The Tales of version of Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods or Percy Jackson and the Greek Heroes, but rather The Tales of version of a book I got of Greek and Roman Mythology I got in Rome Italy. The settings will be after 'The Tales of the Heroes of Olympus: The Blood of Olympus' so please read that before getting in this story. Think of this story as something to pass by until The Trials of Apollo books.
Andromache
The death of Hector was hard on Troy, on his father, on his family, and especially on his wife Andromache. But her story doesn't end with Troy.
Andromache was the daughter of Eetion. By Hector she had an only son Astyanax.
After the death of her husband and the sack of Troy Andromache fell, as part of his share of the Trojan bounty, to Neoptolemus,. He brought her to Epirus, of which he was king. There Andromache bore hium three sons, Molossusm Pielus, and Pergamus. When Neoptolemus was killed he bequeathed his kingdom and his wife to Helenus, one of the brothers of Hector.
During Aeneas' travels in Epirus Andromache reigned peacefullywith Helenus. On the latter's death she was said to have gone with her son Pergannus as far as Mysia, where he founded Pergamum
Traditions has it that Andromache was a tall, dark woman with dominating character. She must be to be wife of a hero.
Speaking of wives of a hero, next is the wife of my namesake, and how she went from being a sacrifice to meeting him.
A/N: Although I already reached the hundredth chapter, since the first chapter was a prologue, I decided to stop with Andromache for the night to mark as the 100th name in The Tales of Classical Mythology. Thank you to everyone who stuck to reading thist story up to this point. I wish I can tell with with 100 names I'm done with the As but unfortunately there is still more to come that starts with A.
