A/N: So, what do we have here? A pointless crossover by me as usual. This one takes place in the Victorian era and Meiji era. In other words, in the 19th century. If you don't see your favorite canon character in this crossfic of mine, they're irrelevant to the storyline. Sorry. There are too many canon characters for me to keep track and there are also OCs that I need to add. As for the Hetalia characters, they're humans in this fanfiction and will refer by their canon human names or fan-given names.
Things to note: This is a crossover alternate universe fanfiction. The details of canons may or may not exist in this crossover fanfiction as I will try to make the storyline "original" as the best I can, so it doesn't interfere with the canons that much. Also, this crossover fanfiction involves a few future crossover pairings and probably a Canon x OC. If you do mind this kind of crossover, this crossfic isn't for you.
Prologue
One hundred and twenty-eight years ago, a supreme war happened between the Seven Virtues and the Seven Deadly Sins. The Four Cardinal Virtues and the Three Theological Virtues aided the surviving magical and supernatural beings and humans to safety. Soon, after the Seven Virtues defeated the Seven Deadly Sins, the deadly counterparts of the Four Cardinal Virtues and the Three Theological Virtues swore revenge for their fallen leaders and sprang an invasion. The Four Cardinal Virtues and Three Theological Virtues battled their foes.
After the threats were eliminated, peace returned to the human world, the realms of magical and supernatural beings, and the virtues. The Seven Deadly Sins and their supporters were condemned to be sealed in the Netherworld. To prevent a war from happening again and knew the seal on the door to the Netherworld would weaken in time, the Virtues devised plans and established a law for their kind.
"You shall not reveal your identity to a human, you shall not expose your magical and supernatural powers to a human, and at last, you shall not fall in love with a human."
Those were the lawful words from the Leader of the Virtues.
Unfortunately, the law has been disobeyed by rogue magical and supernatural beings.
"Unleashed an attack on a human, get killed by the human. Revealing your identity or exposing your powers to a human, and the human will loathe you, and falling in love with a human, your half-bleed child will be despised by both humans and your kind. Those are your punishments for disobeying the law."
Virtues can be cruel in certain circumstances.
One hundred and twenty-eight years later, in the human world, steam-powered machinery has become so astonishing to the world that the United Kingdom and the United States of America became popular countries for foreign tourists to explore steam-powered airships, cars, carriages, etc. Some families still prefer traveling in the old-fashioned ways.
Commoners, aristocrats, and nobles despised each other, while neutral families preferred to keep out of the conflict. The wealth influenced the injustice for the commoners. Besides, class discrimination and xenophobia, human trafficking, drugs, shady underground groups, and various crimes were also happening.
As for the virtues, their whereabouts were currently unknown. The magical and supernatural beings were still around through.
