Gaining access to the purple mechanisms we made our way to the first area, if the imps knew we were coming then the best course of action would be to divide and conquer.
Dawson: If the imps are after us than the most potent course of action would be to divide into groups. Tails, you and Mikasa scout ahead and locate the temple on this Nippon, Sonic and I will take care of the imps. Once you arrive at the temple send us the coordinates, we'll rendezvous with you 2 later.
Tails: Got it Dawson.
As Tails went in search of the temple this gave me the perfect opportunity to have a little chat with Sonic.
Dawson: So Sonic, you maybe faster on foot but when dealing with relationships Tails is already ahead of you.
Sonic: Excuse me? Relationship? If so than with who?
Dawson: Seems like Tails and Mikasa are starting to develop feelings for one another. Feelings, that's the only thing you run away from, your feelings for Amy.
Sonic: I do not!
Dawson: Really? How many times have you ran away from Amy just so you could hide your true feelings from her.
Sonic: Uh...
Dawson: Lost count haven't you? You silly hedgehog.
Sonic: If Tails is going get that girl than I'm going to go and give him some advice.
Sonic was running fast, though fast enough where I was able to use my own leg to trip him, than when he got back up I gave him my own piece of mind.
Dawson: Take it slow for one minute Speedy McBlue! He's my brother as well, so don't tell him to act all cool like how you handle things, he'll act cool in his own way, but he's the one who will decide what that is.
Sonic: Okay okay! Seesh, when did you become the bigger brother all of a sudden?
Dawson: I still may be Tails' little brother in bond, but throughout my years on Earth I have gained wisdom others wish they had. Who knows? Someday it may rival even Tails' intelligence.
Sonic: Makes sense since you've always looked up to him. Seems like that was the reason L.S. wanted you to meet him, the 2 of you became friends so quickly. His mind, your soul. A combination like that can make a strong bond, strong enough to rival my bond with Tails.
As we finished our talk we came across a giant worm. Sonic busted its booty while I broke its jaws. On its defeat it dropped morph ball bombs which I was able to acquire to my suit. Just as I finished acquiring the bombs I had received coordinates, Tails came through.
Dawson: Sonic, Tails just sent me the coordinates to the temple, said temple lies just beyond this door. Let's not keep those 2 waiting, follow my lead.
