Super Star Mario was on a windscreen created by his arch nemesis Bowser he yelled to his foe who was inside the damaged cockpit "Bowser you ignorant fool! If you don't let me save our world, your recklessness and arrogance will kill us all!"
Bowser roared inside the cockpit of the damaged but still functional Mecha Genesis Bowser cockpit "IF I CAN'T HAVE THE WORLD I ALWAYS WANTED THEN IT WILL DIE WITH YOU PLUMBER!"
Super Star Mario growls as he said to himself 'Come on Mario you only got one chance at making this right Make. It. Count!' Mario created a green sphere as he yelled as he threw the energy sphere "CHAOS CONTROL!"
Bowser however said "I WILL NOT LET YOU FIRE BLACK PLASMA SHOT!" A black power blast flew into Their and into Sonic's world causing the two worlds to be destroyed shocking Mario, Bowser and the Koopalings
Bowser's eyes widened in horror at what he had caused "Oops that's not good!"
Super Star Mario questioned his foe as he cursed in his italian language "Oh figlio di a-What have you done Bowser? WHAT HAVE YOU-"
Then the super genesis wave caught them up creating a brand new world and as for the old worlds they perished by this dangerous way as the Super Genesis waves spreaded across the multiverse once the deed was done everything was quiet as we change the scene to one of the new universes of the newly created multiverse with a different Mario
"Bro! Big Bro!" Mario woke up from a massive headache as his brother Luigi and their friends Princess Daisy, Sonic, Tails and Knuckles three humanoid people with animal ears while Tails had two tails and they were inside Bowser's castle earlier Bowser had kidnapped Princess Peach but he also took the seven Chaos emeralds from an unexpected Dr. Eggman as the heroes charged into battle Mario felt a bit dizzy and then fainted right on the spot and they were worried for his health Mario got back to his feet and said while dusting himself off as he looked at them
"I'm okay, just had a small headache let's a all!" Luigi then said in worry
"Y-you sure big bro if you don't feel right we could have Team Mystic or let the freedom fighters take care of it.." Mario smiled as he placed a hand on his young brothers shoulders Mario shook his head and said to his young brother
"No thanks bro we started this mission and we're gonna be the ones to finish it!" Sonic said
"Yeah that's more like it, let's do it to it!"

They battled their way through Bowser's army of Goomba's. Hammer Bros and Koopa Troopers and then ran into Bowser's throne room while flinging the doors open and saw Bowser a muscular man with horns and a spikey shell along with his Koopa kids and his son Junior as he grins at Mario who shot a glare back at him as a young blond haired woman wearing a pink dress gasped to see her rescuers
"MARIO!" "Peach!" Mario yelled as Bowser laughed as he said "You show your face at last when I saw you faint back there I started to fear death was at your doorstep!" Mario growls while glaring at his longtime foe as Sonic said
"Did you have the same headache or something as well?" Bowser scoffed at that thought remembering he was on his throne cackling the chaos emeralds were now his and that victory was his and then he fainted when he woke up thanks to Junior he thought it was all his fault but casted that thought aside as he got out from his throne and stood up
"No matter today's the day I finally I King Bowser ruler of the koopa clan rid myself of you lot and with you gone I will rule the Mushroom kingdom today then by tomorrow I'll rule the world!" As Bowser Junior then said "Yeah and Mama Peach will stay with us forever and you won't do anything to ruin it!" Bowser and his Koopalings laughed at their foes just then
CRASH!
Everyone fell to the ground and saw a hole in Bowser's wall as a voice yelled with fury

"BOWSER GIVE ME BACK MY CHAOS EMERALDS!" As the fog cleared it was Sonic's archenemy Dr. Ivo Robotnik or just Eggman as he piloted the Egg emperor and he was not in a good mood
Bowser yelled while pointing to the door "You could have the door like a normal person EGGMAN?!" Eggman yelled
"I don't care about the door Bowser I'll say it again, I want my emeralds back so give them BACK!" Mario then said, breaking the tension with a smirk "You know I think we'll take the chaos emeralds and Peach if you don't mind?"
Bowser yelled "Yes I mind I'm not letting my victory go to waste Koopalings ATTACK!"

"TAKE THIS!" Eggman yelled as he launched slashes on both Mario's group and Bowser's as they dodge in time and started to run around the room as Sonic then jumped into and homing attacks Eggman "OW!" Yelled Eggman as he felt the attack as he flew back to avoid making the same mistake twice
Bowser then appeared before Sonic but just before he could punch Sonic Mario blocked it with his hammer Sonic ran off as Mario and Bowser clashed with their weapons of choice as they locked eyes with each other with a growl then they jumped back from each other
"Here it goes!" Larry Koopa said as he launched a cannonball at the heroes as they dodge as Knuckles was delivering a break combo on the Koopa kid and punches him so hard he crashed into Iggy and Morton then the other Koopa kids charged into the fight
"Charge!" Eggman yelled as he charged at Luigi, Bowser Junior and Tails Eggman looked around and said seeing that his enemies avoided his attack "Hmm very clever of you!" Knuckles then punched Eggman as the doctor lets out a yelp he growls from the attack
Bowser did a Bowser bomb but Mario dodged in time and punched Bowser back Bowser growled at this until Daisy delivered the element of surprise with a sucker punch on Bowser he had a worried look on Daisy but remained strong as he clashed with the orange Princess
As this happened Mario made his move as he ran over to Peach's cage breaking the lock and the two went over to a control panel that stored the Chaos emeralds as they typed in some commends to unlock the emeralds from the containment fields Eggman noticed this and said "Oh no you don't pasta boy TAKE THIS SHINING EGG SLASH!"
Eggman unleashed a mighty slash as Mario and Peach managed to dodge just in the nick of time but however alarms started to beep as the control panel sizzled with electricity while the Chaos emeralds started to glow "You smart aleck what did you do!?" Bowser yelled at Eggman who had a worried look "Whoops!"
Mario said as he held Peach's hand "What's going on!?"
Knuckles then said "Chaos control is happening, brace yourselves!" As Knuckles said it a massive white light enveloped the room as everyone was sucked into it once it dyed down everyone had vanished where did they vanish to?
