[ 10 km north away from the northeastern border of Dracorell ]

Suu's drones observed the stationed fortress on the border from far away, while she watched with Kayblis and a... guest.

She's not exactly a guest, but more like Kayblis's "friend" who somehow doesn't care about decency, because she's completely naked.

Plus, it somewhat annoyed her when that woman unceremoniously and shamelessly bit on her father's neck and sucked his blood. This probably happened twice since they met her a few hours ago...

"Suu? What's wrong?"

"It's about her, the woman that is sucking your blood like it is her meal."

The said woman stopped drinking Kayblis's blood, yet still held Kayblis close to her.

"What's wrong with it? I and Kayblis see no problem with this, plus I was very hungry." The woman replied, before letting go of the other Demon King.

"..."

The researcher sighed, focusing back on what she was doing. She kind of wondered why there are only a few Dracorellian soldiers guarding it. It was somehow suspicious.

But, as for how they even met such a troublesome ally that is Shadow, the woman beside Kayblis who is very clueless of the technology around her...

Well, it started yesterday after two dragons from the Camilla Fortress escorted them far enough, around 50 KM northeast to their current encampment.

"We're back to walking again, huh?" Kayblis said, before feeling something familiar nearby.

He gestured to his party members that he'd be going alone for a moment, so they stayed around there for a while.

After a while, Kayblis found a dark grey haired woman curled down to the ground like a ball, she kinda looks malnourished, except that her assets from top and bottom were developed already. Her hair... which was quite long, covered most of her body, and she was completely asleep.

"She looks... familiar..." Kayblis spoke to himself, before he proceeded to approach the woman, and kneel before her with the intent of moving some of her hair that covered most parts of her face.

But, before he could touch her hair, it suddenly moved, in which Kayblis was alerted and made a quick backflip.

"... Uuuu..." And then, the girl started to wake up, using her hair to help her up.

"Umu? Kayblis? Is that you?" She asked, rubbing her eyes with her hands. Her skin could be described as pale as chalk. However, how did she even know him? There might be only one answer because he felt some sort of connection with her.

"... Kkulf Kkulf?"

"... Of course I am... and I am not Kkulf Kkulf, at the same time. Me forcing myself to be cut out of "my" main body was a very painful process, but I did receive many, many things from doing that. Well, maybe details would be vague, but..." Kkulf Kkulf's humanoid self had smiled, before approaching Kayblis and hugged his smaller figure.

"I'm glad we meet again after hundreds of years..."

Kayblis was confused, yet had recently regained his bearings as her malnourished body had pressed onto him.

"Anyways, can I drink your blood? I haven't been eating aything since I emerged and split up with the original."

"You may."

While she fed on his blood, Kayblis had to use time magic to accelerate both his regeneration processes (that includes physical and magical regeneration) to keep standing. The girl was draining his blood at an insane rate, after all, she might have gotten too used with draining the blood of the dragons for hundreds of years.

"I'm filled..." She spoke, however, Kayblis looked very displeased.

After that, Kayblis returned to his party members with Kkulf Kkulf following behind him.

"... Father, have you been seduced by... this whore?" Suu spoke out, her pupils turning red for a moment.

"I am not a whore. I'm his first friend from 500 years ago, ever since he was still a cute, fluffy Lis. Anyways, my name was Kkulf Kkulf, but now, you can just call me Shadow." Kkulf-, Shadow bluntly replied, while casually introducing herself.

Things were... somewhat strange after this event, as Suu took a sample of her blood, before pocketing the sample on one of her equipment for later use.

She would secretly observe Shadow's movement and be overprotective to her father at the same time.

The others were originally creeped out by her strange behaviour and appearance, though they immediately got used to it in around 6 hours.

And now...

"Father, may I request something from you?" Suu asked, focusing entirely on the fortress.

"Go on."

"Would you like to see me fight?"
