Disclaimer- Sadly, I do not own the wonderful world of Lord of the Rings, I can only dream and write my own stories.
Frodo stepped onto the boat, a wave of carefreeness swept over him. In that moment he forgot about the Ring and all of the suffering that went with it. He forgot death and pain, he finally was back to his early days at the Shire.
Sam, Merry, and Pippin looked to him as he walked to the back of the boat. Smiling at them, almost to say 'I'm going to be alright, so are you, don't worry '. The three smiled back and he walked to the bow of the ship.
"Frodo my lad, I think you'll enjoy this adventure." Bilbo smiled at his nephew fondly.
He looked to the horizon, never changing.
Gandalf walked over and put his hand on the hobbit's shoulder. "The fellowship lives on." Smiling, he nodded towards a small boat that was coming to greet them from the distant white shore.
Frodo squinted his eyes and what he saw truly amazed him.
