Well let's get another chapter in the works. This one is about what the villains are up to and also reference a character who is finally introduced into the main story. I will discuss that at the end so we can have a nice chat.

At the same time on the League of Villains Hideout.

All For One was talking with Dr Ujiko, the scientist was using all his free time to make sure Inei was being treated right and fully manifested.

''How is Inei?" Asked All For One.

''His progress is going strong, if things work out we can have him receiving orders in the next month.'' Said the doctor.

''How is the brain patterns?' Asked All For One.

''Still too early to start messing with that. If we want to make him obey our orders I need to wait a little more so we can fully create his backstory.'' Said Ujiko.

''And his powers?" Asked All For One.

''Its easy, I don't know why but it's almost like his quirk is part of his DNA. Even his blood cells could stretch in the same matter as rubber, this is kind of rare to happen to someone so young.'' Said Ujiko with a creepy smile.

All For One couldn't help but also to smile at that. Luffy was beyond human in modern terms, so having a clone of him working under him would be the perfect weapon.

''Those weird rubber powers are stronger than anything this modern age has it. I wonder how it will feel against the next generation of heroes.'' Thoguht All For One with a smile.

Then someone open the door towards All For One office. It was Himiko Toga who despite sensing the horrifying atmosphere was overall calm and collected with the environment.

''Hey boss.'' Said Toga

''Oh Himiko are you ready for your mission?" Asked All For One.

''Yes! Give to me!'' Said Toga.

''Doctor is the blood sample ready?'' Asked All For One.

''Yes.'' Said the doctor.

Soon a box materialized in front of the two. Inside was tubes full of blood, something that Toga was itching for.

''Oooh my new blood has arrived.'' Said Toga with a smile.

''Alright, have fun my dear.'' Said All For One.

The girl took one of the tubes and open them.

''Bottoms up.'' Said her with a smile.

She then drank the whole thing with no problem.

Soon the effect of her quirk started to take effect. Himiko Toga soon transformed into Monkey D. Luffy.

''How do I look?" Asked her.

''Exactly like him.'' Said All For One with a smile.

''But I guess some of his friends might noticed something off. Which is why I order this.'' Said the doctor.

''What?" Asked Toga confused.

All For One and her soon turned to see a huge table full of various cuts of meat. There was meat everywhere, something that the real Luffy would love to see.

''Do I have to eat all this?" Asked Toga in the Luffy voice.

''No, just enough to fool the group.'' Said All For One.

''Ok.'' Said Toga going to the table.

A few minutes later

Himiko Toga was with her belly full. She felt like she was going to burst open and have her organs all around the ground.

''I am so full!'' Said Toga in pain.

''You only ate 5 steaks.'' Said Dr Ujiko.

''I don't know how the Straw Hat does this.'' Said Toga in pain.

''Well he is a boy that needs a lot of food. I wonder how we will feed Inei.'' Said All For One.

''I am dripping in icky meat sweat.'' Said Toga seeing the sweat in her forehead.

''Ok we get it.'' Said Ujiko.

''So Toga my dear. Do you have the device?' Asked All For one.

''Yes.'' Said Toga showing off in a backpack a mini bomb that she was going to plan on the Straw Hats apartment.

''Well after you put it you will have 5 minutes to ran off before it exploded. Can you do that?' Asked All For one.

''Yes, this isn't my first attack on a large building.'' Said Toga with a smirk.

The psychopath girl who was looking like Luffy left the room, ready to start her mission. If the bomb succeed the Straw Hats would be dead or mortally injured, if they escaped they could ran off as a terrorist attack and they could exploit that.

''There she goes. I wonder if all the Straw Hats will be there.'' Said All For One.

''Well Master I don't know if she can fool all of them.'' Said Ujiko worried.

''Lets see my old friend. Time is at our side here.'' Said All For One.

The villain just laugh at that. He felt that this time he would have an advantage, while Inei was still under his way he could at least exploit and have some fun over the Straw Hats misfortune.

At the Straw Hats apartment.

Franky, Zoro, Chopper, Nami and Brook were all relaxing on their place. Just watching Tv or just goofing off. Luffy and Robin were at UA while Sanji and Usopp went off shopping.

''Man look at these race cars. I wish we had thse types of thing in our world.'' Said Franky seeing a race on TV.

''So cool!' Said Chopper excited.

''I am not betting my money on a stupid race.'' Said Nami while reading a book and drinking some tea.

''You are like that because you would loose.'' Said Zoro while trying to sleep on the couch.

''Shut up!'' Said Nami tossing her book on Zoro direction.

Bonk

''Ouch!'' Said Zoro in pain.

''Its amazing how advance this world is from ours.'' Said Brook.

''I got to admit I am pretty jealous of what they have done.'' Said Brook.

''Yes, I wish we could have such advanced medicine like in our world.'' Said Chopper.

''You known once we get back we have to say goodbye to a lot of this cool stuff.'' Said Nami a bit sad because she loved credit cards and her phone.

The males just smile sadly at that. One day they will return home but they could take some of these cools stuff and put on the ship.

''But you got to admit that these people are always trying to get one step ahead in creating a new form of technology.'' Said Franky full of passion.

''Wow Franky-san I never heard you say something so emotional that doesn't involve shipwright.'' Said brook.

''I am sorry, as a carpenter you admire the evolution of a good construction. Seeing those modern ships makes me wonder how the Sunny would be if he was made today.'' Said Franky.

''Yes, it would be 100 times more dangerous.'' Said Zoro with a smile.

''Do you think Vegapunk could have created something like this?" Asked Chopper.

''I don't know. That man is a mystery and his genius is also a mystery. Even when I was in his lab I couldn't read every research that he made because that would have taken me almost a decade.'' Said Franky remembering being in Vegapunk lab.

''That man is a mystery to the entire world. I wonder if we ever are going to meet him.'' Said Zoro.

''I don't think so Zoro-san. Why would Vegapunk who works for the government want to meet pirate like us?" Asked Brook.

''Even so you got to admit the dude is pretty super. I hope that he is a cool guy. I mean these genius from this world are also cool but I feel Vegapunk is even cooler.'' Said Franky.

Then Nami a bit curious on this conversation decided to ask a question that was bothering her since the start of this talk.

''Who is the smartest guy who ever lived in this world?" Asked Nami.

''Apparently was a guy named Einstein. He had a genius beyond insanity and has a really good sense of humor.'' Said Franky with a laugh.

''Really?'' Asked Zoro confused.

Franky then pulled out a picture of Einstein online and it was the famous tongue one.

''Ha Ha Ha ha.'' Said Chopper laughing.

''Really? Smartest guy who ever lived and this what he does?" Asked Nami shaking her head.

''What is wrong with a little bit of humor Nami-san?" Asked brook.

''Look at me I am Einstein!'' Said Chopper sticking out his tongue while laughing.

The crew just laugh at that. Even thought Franky admired this world technology there was still some stuff in their world that is a bit more advanced than this one. He didn't know why but he had a guess it was Vegapunk doing.

At a train.

Himiko was in her disguise as Luffy. The bomb in her backpack and she was looking like Luffy was a regular teen.

''I am almost at their stop. This should be fun.'' Thought Toga.

''hey isn't that the Straw Hat?'' Asked a random passage.

''Yes, why is he here?' Asked another passage.

While riding the train Toga saw a little kid looking at her a bit weird out. Maybe because Luffy was a controversial figure all over Japan and she was disguised as him would definelty get some people looking weird out.

''Hi.'' Said her.

''Uh…'' Said the kid a bit confused.

''BOOOH.'' Said her showing off her fangs.

''aaaaah!'' Said the kid scared.

''Ha Ha ha!'' Said Toga laughing her ass off.

This was a fun chapter. I want to set off Toga plan and her meeting up with the Straw Hats, she will be a good adversary in the future when the crew does the Camp arc and we will see how this play out. Now against Haki she couldn't have cut any of the Straw Hats, but this isn't important.

Now the big thing I wanna address is…this week we finaly got Dr Vegapunk. After a decade of teasing Oda finally shows off how he looked like. Some people got pissed because they thought he was going to be this super meancing or badass design, instead is a goofing looking drawing of Einstein. You know what I like this. It fits Oda and his style, he likes to draw goofy characters and we finally going to see what Vegapunk can do. So far the Egghead arc has been shocking twist after twist, I wonder where this is going to led us after that. This is going to be certainly a good arc.

I like the design of Vegapunk and I think is a really fun one. Also I am thinking of starting watching Bungo Stray Dogs. Is it good or not. I heard is really awesome but a bit complicated.
