Hey guys, look I am writing this note because I would like to ask you all something: How is this story going? I want a genuinely response from you all. Like, the fanfic is mine and I can do however I want. I just wanted to see if its of your like.

As you all saw we reach chapter 23, and we start pass the first episode. I mean, I wanted to do some built up and some characterization before we start the main story. Like Luffy meeting each member of the cast and kind start off a relationship with them. I didn't want to just jump right ahead and have things happening. I know that in other fics passing the 20 chapter mark there is the end of the first season of DxD, but I wanted to do this style.

I want to make Luffy´s journey in the High School DxD world feel like. I mean he has a good idea of who the devils are, then he will have an idea on who the Fallen Angels are and who the Angels are. I want him to have a big impact on each part of the three factions and then have his impact with the gods.

If you all want to know, I am going to have some characters that weren't introduced in the anime, but they will appear in the this story. I already have someone in mind when Irina and Xenovia show up. This is will be interesting.

Also I want to explain to you all that I am not going to rush the next episodes. My goal is to be each week its going to be at least 1 episode or 1 episode an a half. If things go very well we can reach the end of season 1 in 2 months.

I was wondering if you all you will be ok if we had longer chapters. Like almost 10,000 words for each chapter and explain on how things will work on.

Now about the Straw Hats, so I am going to tell you all how this is going to happen. They will appear in Season 3, why that late? I want Luffy to be fully established and he be one of the main reason of why the three factions will work together. Its not like Luffy gets all of the attention and Issei is just there, no they will both work together and handle things out, but everyone will be like ´´Straw hat does the Heavy liffiting´´.

Look, I want to make things seems funny. I dodnt want to copy and paste how the other One Piece DxD fanfic. That one has Luffy more in character and is interesting to see Rias falling in love with Luffy before Riser and how things worked. There is a point in that story that goes to a direction that isn't comfortable, just wait to see a character named Lulu and you will feel a bad taste in your mouth.

I also I want to be established something, Luffy behavior. He is not 100% like in the canon, I mean there are things that Luffy wouldn't do. I mean I want him to keep his childish behavior, but there are things I don't want him to do like the poop question, which I feel like its more cringey than funny. Some asked me if I didn't wanted to make an OC for the main character and I just choose LuffY. Well I love One Piece and I want Rias and her gang have someone with ´´Actual´´ war experience, Luffy endured way more shit in only one year than Issei and the gang handle. I know they found out that God is death, but I don't think most of them would feel good in Marineford. Luffy is still acting like him, but he will mature and do some changes, mostly likely thanks to his future girlfriend's influence.

Regarding the Harem, I want all of them to have some connection with Luffy and have sometime with him. Like Issei get most of the harem because ´´he is a nice guy´´, which its fine but that's is not enough. If this was the case Luffy would have a huge line for his harem. His harem is composed of characters from High School DxD, One Piece characters, OC and some gods. Its going to be a bit funny and how Luffy will have lemons and it might be odd but I already have plans for this.

Also, I noticed something, in most of the fanfics most people go into original arcs once Season 3 is over. I know that season 3 felt like the final season because it took years for the next season to be produced, I also don't know if will ever get season 5. Once season 4 is over in my story we will go with the Light Novels, like many people said.
