"What?!" Huffing and puffing the little plush lion stared at the girl in question. "Just because I'm stuck in this... body doesn't mean I'm short and you--oww! What'd you hit me for?"
"Oh god, Kon..." Rukia sighed into her hand as Kon got back to his feet. "You're an idiot."
"Rukia-neesaaaaaaan, why are you being so mean? Did Ichigo put you up to it?! He did, didn't he?! Argh! What does he think he's doing? Trying to ruin our perfectly good relationship! Can't take it that you like me better than him can he? Oh, I bet he's jealous so he's trying to get everyone to practice cruel and unusual punishment on me and--"
"Kon. No, Ichigo didn't tell me to do anything. Stop being so... er... you. I was just saying that your ways of liking girls with 'bonuses' is shallow, as in, 'stop-it-now-before-some-one-tears-your-cotton-infested-body-apart'."
Rukia cast worried glances to the now silent plushie. Wondering if she might have gone too far she opened her mouth to speak... only to stop when said plushie jumped up and clung onto her shirt. Kon's beady eyes seemed to glisten with tears... but... that couldn't be, could it? Plushies don't cry, do they?
"Are... are you saying that you want to tear me apart? I.. I thought I could count on you Rukia-neesan!"
'...it has to be a trick of the light... there's no way Kon's eyes if you can even call them eyes--they're plastic for goodness sake!--could produce tears. No, absolutely no way...' Rukia was shaken out of her thoughts after a particularly loud whine.
"--MEAN!"
"Ugh, Kon. Stop it. Look, how about we make a deal... Hmm, see that girl over there, the one with the hat?" She pointed to a rather average looking girl that was walking by outside. "She's... not so bad looking, right? And she's not... well, 'your type' so to speak-"
"Hmph!"
"Kon! Ugh! Just for one day, don't mention or do anything perverted all right? Some of the others are complaining."
"Ahah! So someone did put you up to this!"
"Kon." Twitch. "Just do it."
"Fine, since Rukia-neesan is the one asking me. I won't do anything. For a whole day, approximately… ish."
"I would really like to see that, yes I would."
"Are you saying I can't?!"
A snort.
A twitch. "FINE! I'll accept your challenge!!"
"...fool."
