Code Tenno Uprising of the Void
ESKK: Well, we have another chapter I hope you all will enjoy ready it.
(Start Ven Area 11 Docks)
While the invasion was taking place at this moment, many citizens, as well as hidden groups, were watching the broadcasting. There were mixed reactions. On one hand, some were grateful that this invasion was being executed since they were causing serious economic and political problems. On the other hand, there were others, or better yet, more than half of the population in Brittania that were displeased by this action taken by their leaders. Many knew how powerful the Tenno were and they were not stupid to go and attack them.
Not just that but when they brought back Cornelia from the Narita Battle, there was likely a chance to make peace with them. But the politics, the nobles, and the eldest prince of Britannia, decided to attack them, nonetheless.
The Areas would most likely take this chance to cause another uprising after their failure in their first attempt, if only they have the resources to accomplish that. Britannia left a good portion of highly trained Britannians to control the population and the supplies in order to prevent them from using it against the Britannian government. Many citizens from the Areas couldn't do anything but pray for the victory of the Tenno. They proved to be the most powerful organization to stand against Britannia, the strongest superpower in the entire world.
At the same time Evan was watching the broadcast as work was being done on the Noir, Railjack, and a new piece of equipment for the Noir. Ven glared at it as Umbra did his best to keep Ven calm from what he was watching. As Ven sat there he soon heard movement as this opted for Ven to look over. "What is it?" Ven asked as he looked to a man who walked in.
"It's ready we're preparing to launch as we speak." The Operative said as Ven heard this.
"Good get everyone ready to clear out." Ven said but there was more to add.
"Also, we have some good news." The Operative said which got Ven confused. "According to your talkative friend... we might have some help said the Kyoto Group sent them." The Operative said and thus Ven saw where this was going.
(Meanwhile the Battle the Platforms)
Several squads of Tenno were seen fighting as they stood their ground against the enemy assault. Like the other struts, many Britannian soldiers managed to land on the platform. But unlike the other struts, the Tenno were able to withstand them since there were more soldiers and vehicles to protect the Mess Hall strut. More so now only could they withstand them but also the Tenno were seen overpowering the enemy troops.
The soldiers of Britannia put up a valiant fight but against Warrior Gods they were nothing but lambs to the slaughter. What made it more factual that they were facing monsters was when a Grendel showed up and consumed several Britannian Soldiers turning them into ammunition and fuel for itself. The soldier who survived this screamed and ran as he saw the Grendel eat his comrades and spit them back out destroying everything in their path. The one that survived was covered in what could only be stomach acids as his body was broken beyond repair. He died right there as the soldiers saw this while the Grendel glared at the Britannians.
"Anyone who enters Grendel's kitchen becomes Grendel's meal." The Tenno operating Grendel said as no doubt he valued the kitchen and the food it produces. The Britannian soldiers fought, but their moral was slowly decreasing from the attacks of Tenno. Even worse, many were losing their minds as the Tenno showed abilities beyond that of a human.
On another platform Britannians were forced to fight their now undead brothers as Nekros Prime walked through. The Harbinger of Death lead his army of the undead to attack the Britannians who were horrified because with every death it added to Nekros Prime's army. A lone soldier was running away only to trip down a set of steps dropping his gun. He regained himself too late as he tried to grab his rifle only to find Nekros Prime stomping on it glaring down at the poor soul.
The Soldier aimed his pistol at Nekros hand shaking terror radiating off of him, but he knew for a fact it wouldn't do a thing. Changing targets, the soldier chose to end his own life instead of facing Nekros Prime and thus he shot his brains out. The soldier fell down dead but instead his body began to rise while grabbing the rifle he droops. His now revealed eyes showed them to be lifeless and dead as the hole his gun made showed that he was dead and now a part of Nekros Prime's undead forces. A soldier brave or foolish tried to attack only for Nekros to shoot him with Tigris Prime ending his life then and there.
In another area, 20 Britannian Sutherlands were shooting at a Mirage Prime who had made duplicates of herself with a Limbo Prime setting a Decoy in place. A Saryn Prime had also shed her skin which helped with forcing the Sutherlands to waste ammo needlessly. Just then Zaphyr Prime came in using Dive Bomb right after the molted Saryn exploded sending toxic at the Sutherlands. Zaphyr then produced several tornado's using her ability called; Tornado that not only sent the Sutherlands airborne but also tore through them due to the force revolving around a Tornado.
Nearby the other Britannians saw this in shock and horror. They suddenly ran off to prevent those tornados from reaching them. After 15 seconds of torture, the 20 Knightmares were launched away. Some hit against their companions, others against the Britannian aircrafts and other into the sea. In turn the four Primes regrouped nodding to each other before charging back into the battle.
In another area, 40 Britannian soldier and ten armored vehicles were firing at two squads of Tenno operated Sutherlands along with two more squads Warframe Operators. They were taking cover behind the walls of the buildings while firing back at the enemy. While they were shooting, Titania Prime in her Razorwing form was flying around like a sprite cleaving through the soldiers before they could even fight back. This gave an opening for Atlas Prime to come in and go to town on the armored vehicles and like his namesake Atlas grabbed two of the tanks and tossed them into another set.
The pilots of said vehicles were wide eyed but before they can open fire a cold chill ran through the area. Just then they looked and saw ice spikes shooting out of one of the vehicles where Frost Prime appeared from the top. The ice was stained with Britannian Blood as his Reaper Prime was dripping the substance showing exactly what he did in there. The Pilots were unable to act though as suddenly their remaining tanks were crushed by a magnetic force with them inside it.
Standing atop a building a Mag Prime had her hand up to show she was the one who did the deed. She then jumped down and aided in dealing with the last of the forty soldiers of Titania Primes slaughter.
Many soldiers saw what was going on and found themselves horrified at the slaughter. "They're demons monsters every last one of them!" A soldier cried out as he ran away as did several of his cohorts. The battle had turned to the Tenno's favor no doubt they let some of these Britannians land to further show just how horribly outmatched they were to the Tenno.
(On the Sea)
The Ship was being overtaken as soldiers were being slung around by tentacles of an unseen kraken while Hydroid Prime made his way through. Meanwhile it would seem that his partner in crime Yareli was skipping about like a child despite the slaughter she had taken part in. On the ground crawling away, commander Angus was trying to get to safety as a knife was stabbing into his shoulder. His own men had turned on him out of fear of the Tenno who shown just what sort of monsters they truly were.
"Hi!" The Yareli Operator called out with a childlike sing song voice. Angus looked and saw Yareli leaning towards him giving off an aura of an innocent child despite the fact he just witnessed her slaughter his men. Behind her Hydroid Prime glared down on him wielding the Nami Skyla Prime in his hands. "Mr. Ship captain since your ready how would you like to die today?" She asked and thus Angus knew he was a dead man. All that could be heard was his screams of pain and agony as the two Tenno tore him apart.
(With the Lotus)
"Lotus we've dealt with the sea assault." Came the Tenno leading the squads in the water.
"Good detach a few squads to secure the area and move on to defense of the rest of the base." Lotus ordered as she then focused on the rest of the battle. The Britannians took their bait as expected this was the ideal time to show the world just how powerful the Tenno are even when they hold themselves back.
(Meanwhile on the Avalon)
Schneizel stared at the screen displaying the Tenno ships. He was about to shoot them with the Gawain prototype cannon, but he decided to stop when he remembered what happened inside the ship which his most trusted officer commanded it.
All the Britannian ships have hidden cameras implanted in case there were terrorists that hijacked it or any other incidents.
Schneizel felt somewhat sad that one of his most trusted officers got stabbed by the crews of his ship. He was going to punish them once the invasion was successful, but there was no need for that since the Tenno slaughtered them. Needless to say, seeing the abilities up close and personal was somewhat... educational for the prince. He can see why some of his soldiers believed the Tenno to be demons of some kind. But then when he saw that their ships were retreating from the Avalon, he deduced that their ships cannon were no match with the Avalon.
"Your highness, what should we do with them?" Kanon asked as he saw the retreating ships.
"Let them go, we will deal with them later." Schneizel replied which surprised many of the presents as he wouldn't do such thing in a battlefield. He decided to spare them since they indirectly avenged his friend. For now, his main focus is to capture the base of the Tenno.
"Of course, your highness." Kanon said and thus they proceeded with the operation as planned.
(Meanwhile South Side)
Sayak and Nonnette were going at it as dagger met lance with the two clearly trying to one up the other. But, while they were fighting, the Britannians continued to attack the Tenno. The advance was extremely slow as the Tenno were giving them a really challenging time. Many Britannian units fell from the Tenno attacks, and even though they managed to push them back the Tenno only pushed back harder.
All the tanks, armored vehicles and Knightmares from the Tenno continued to fire projectiles at the Britannians in an attempt to stop their advance. They managed to stop the advance, but it was only a matter of time before more Britannian soldiers arrives from the aircrafts. It was as if Britannia sent all their soldiers from their homeland, leaving only a significant force to guard the areas.
So far, the side who is having more casualties is Britannia. In a part of the platform, there was pile destroyed vehicles and Knightmares, not to mention the Britannian soldiers scattered all over the platform. Sayak was feeling intense from the fighting he was having with Nonnette. She was almost as good as Ven was back when Sayak was stupid and made an unwise decision after losing the Lotus. Sayak was a quick study as he already figured out how to work Dion and thus was able to use the walking tank to his advantage.
But Nonnette was good and Sayak can admit that since she seemed able to dodge most if not all of his attacks against her. Meanwhile while Sayak had these thoughts of Nonnette, Nonnette herself was feeling the same. She has not had this kind of fun since her fight with Cornelia. In this fight, she was displaying all her skills to defeat this man, and every time he managed to dodge her attacks.
Nonnette switched her spear to the mass vibration swords and proceeded to slash horizontally at him, but he always leaped back while firing the mounted guns on his Knightmare. Just then she stopped and saw Sayak disarming the massive sword and switching to a dagger. "Care for an up-close and personal dance milady?" Sayak taunted as he looked to Nonnette who smiled back.
"Yes let's!" Nonnette called out and thus the two charged at each other as Nonnette had switched over to her swords. The two clashed against each other as they moved fast and true to one up the other. But while Sayak was fighting, he took notice to a crane holding a pile driver and in turn he got an idea.
Nonnette was about to slash him downward, but Sayak blocked it with his dagger before rearing back Dion's Right Arm. Nonnette saw it but was then blasted back by the Knightmare's powerful right punch. Nonnette managed to regain herself to which Sayak then opened fire with his Knightmare's mounted weapons firing a volley of bullets at his foe. Nonnette saw this and thus proceeded to block the bullets and slash the last one in half as it came towards her chest. Suddenly she saw one last bullet coming straight to the head to which she quickly raised her left sword and slashed it vertically.
"Is that all you got?" Nonnette asked as she smirked at Sayak, taunting the Tenno.
"Nah I'm done because I win." Sayak taunted in return while Nonnette was at a lost.
The half bullet that went to her left side hit an angulated part of a building, which caused it to ricochet against the wires of the crane, causing the pile driver to fall down, on Nonnette. Nonnette heard the noise and was wide-eyed in shock when she saw the load falling down upon her. The result was her Knightmare being pinned down as she was unable to eject due to the fact the debris covered the cockpit preventing the eject from working.
Luckily, during the fight, they were away from the battlefield, meaning that no Britannian soldiers will be able to interrupt the fight.
Nonnette was trying to get out from her Knightmare but since her Knightmare was pinned down by the pile driver, not to mention that her Knightmare's energy filler got disconnected after the impact she had trouble. She pressed the eject button, making the cockpit move backward and open for her to exit but when she began to climb out, she saw two Tenno standing in her way pointing guns at her. Behind the two Tenno was Dion and a Necramech as Dion had his machineguns pointed at her.
She gritted her teeth in annoyance as she was in his grasp now. All he had to do was to pull the trigger and end her life.
Sayak now had a clear view of this woman and he saw that she was a young woman, like 28 or 29 years old. Sayak smirked as he aimed his weapons at Nonnette. The Knight slowly closed her eyes to await her end because after all there was nothing she could do. Her soldiers are not with her since they are pretty much away from the place she is in, and it would be impossible to fight a Knightmare on her own.
Just then a volley of bullets went forth but none of them hit Nonnette. Thus, she slowly began to open her eyes startled about not being killed. She turned around and saw that the bullets all shot her Knightmare making it useless to continue fighting. "What?" She said with a confused tone over what had just happened. Normally the enemy would take out their general without hesitation, but this Tenno didn't finish her off.
"Honestly, your way too good of a fighter to snuff out." Sayak said as he smirked at Nonnette. "Try to get stronger that way I don't have to hold back." Sayak said and in turn the Tenno with him grabbed Nonnette by her arms knowing she was a prisoner now. "Get her to the brig or somewhere we can go back to get her from." Sayak said and thus the two Tenno nodded and departed. "Now for the main fight." Sayak said and thus with active land spinners the Tenno was off to rejoin the main fight.
(Meanwhile with Eureka vs Monica)
Django was back in his bipedal form as in one hand was the heat whip and the other was the combat dagger. Both combatants glared at each other as they had clearly been fighting for some time. Django swung his heat whip at Monica's Knightmare and in response Monica dodged it knowing the sort of damage that weapon can do. In response Monica threw her spear at Django who deflected it with the combat dagger. Monica moved in for close range combat and thus her sword clashed with Django's dagger.
"I will not allow you Tenno to cause any more chaos than you already have, Glass!" Monica yelled as she glared Eureka calling her by her callsign.
"Chaos that WE Caused?!" Eureka asked sounding offended by the accusation. The two then parted ways as Monica grabbed a shield that had been left abandoned. "Are you blind all this chaos was because Britannia wanted global control!" Eureka yelled as she swung her whip at Monica who managed to dodge the first crack of it.
"It's to bring order and peace!" Monica responded only for her shield to be wrapped up by the whip.
"At what cost the freedom and rights of the conquered?!" Eureka yelled back as she then yanked the shield away from Monica. "If you are fighting evil, as you said, then why are you allowing these people to bully other areas that were conquered by Britannia?" Eureka yelled as she glared at Monica daring her to answer while they paused from the fight.
"That's…!" Monica began but then stopped as she realized that what he said, it hit her hard.
Eureka saw Monica could not answer and thus she had her retort. "You, see? Britannia doesn't give a damn about the people who are suffering in the areas under their control." Eureka said as she saw Monica could become an ally if she is shown the truth. "Your own countryman conquer territories and "integrate" them with Britannia. But then, you let those corrupted politicians take control of those areas and make them suffer." Eureka said trying to get Monica to see reason. "How is Tyranny and Oppression supposed to be Peace and Order?" Eureka asked calming her voice down as she didn't want to let herself lose control.
"All that I have done was to serve and protect the emperor." Monica defended as she glared at Eureka. "We conquer because it is needed to bring the peace and order he envisions." Monica said but by the sound of it she was trying to convince herself more than she was Eureka.
"Of course, peace and order." Calisto said as she had heard that many times before and in turn began growling at Nonnette. "You are doing a wonderful job on that, like allowing Britannians to oppress the Japanese after robbing them of everything." Eureka accused as she glared at Monica and yet could not help but resonate with her.
"It's not my fault that people like Elevens are weak." Monica yelled as she was ready to fight once more. "It's because of them that terrorists like you, you just want to expand fear in our society!" Monica accused and charged at Eureka.
In turn they clashed as Eureka's dagger met Monica's sword. "No, I just want to give them back the freedom your people stole from them!" Eureka yelled and in turn pushed Monica back. "The conquered don't accept when people come in and take their land their home they fight back for their freedoms and to take back what was stolen!" Eureka yelled as she glared at Monica. "If it was Britannia that was conquered you would have undoubtedly done the same!" Eureka yelled and in turn Monica was in a corner for this argument.
Monica's hands were shaking in anger after she listened Eureka. She was angry that Eureka was revealing her the nature of Britannia, and she didn't want to accept the sad truth. She broke out of her trance when Eureka charged at her. The Tenno had her combat dagger at the ready and began to continuously slash at her. Unbeknownst to Monica, Eureka was actually pushing her back to the edge of the platform.
Soon her Knightmare's left foot stood close to the edge of the platform, and that is when she realized the Tenno's plan.
"Damn it!" She struggled to fight him back.
"I knew a girl so much like you long ago." Eureka said as her tone changed to a sad one. "A young girl who thought that her people could do no wrong that they were pure and good." Eureka said as inside Django she had her fists clenched over a time she thought like that. Long ago Eureka truly believed naively so that the Orokin were good that they could do no wrong. But that was a lie that she had deluded herself into believing all the way until she and the other Tenno were rescued from the Zariman. "But when she saw the truth of her people it broke her innocence." Eureka said as she then fired her Slash Harken at point blank range forcing Monica over the edge.
Monica screamed in fear as she saw she was about to die in a watery grave. But before she could fall her Knightmare was grabbed from above by Eureka's heat whip. Monica was surprised by the rescue as she saw that her enemy had saved her life. "It's for that reason I won't let you die here." Eureka said as she pulled Monica back up to stable ground. Once there she quickly acted and neutralized Monica's Knightmare by severing the arms and legs.
"Return to your people see them with your own eyes and be the judge yourself." Eureka said and in turn she took her leave of Monica leaving her there as the Knight of the Round sat there in shock over what just happened.
(Meanwhile with Ava vs Luciano)
The entire battlefield was a slaughter fest of Britannian Soldiers as Ava and Luciano continued to fight Warframe vs Knightmare. Garuda Prime was at max Blood count which was used to fuel her savagery while Luciano enjoyed every second of it. Ava enjoyed a good fight especially when she was using Garuda Prime but not the way Luciano did it. Ava had better control of her bloodlust, but Luciano was not like that at all.
Ava glared at Luciano as the Vampire of Britannia had relied upon ruthless tactics that endangers everyone. From what Ava had seen he would occasionally use anyone as a human shield or as a decoy. Ava really wanted to rend him a new one, but she had to be careful as the Lotus said this attack was always going to happen, they just needed to wait for the star attraction to arrive.
Luciano came at Ava with a crazy laugh as he tries to attack the Garuda prime Warframe, but he was a bit too slow to catch her as she leap out of the way and counter against the guy which he move just enough to avoid the full strike of Ava attack as only scratch came upon his Knightmare as he said, "This is so good, so fun I never been this excited for a fight other than facing another of the knights of the round, but they were never this fun!"
"He, I almost feel the same," Ava said as she was having a good time before but when Luciano came in to fight, her mood just slowly dim down and put a sour taste in her mouth as fighting her enemy is one thing, but facing an enemy that uses his own people to take the hit instead, she held no love for that as she soon went on saying, "But I'm afraid our fight had our a bad taste in my mouth."
"What are you talking about? I've seen how you fight, the battle, the blood, you love it as much as I love it," Luciano said to her with Ava shaking her head a bit as she said, "Well I will emit that I do enjoy showering in the blood of my foes I slay but that all, you on the other hand like to get your hand dirty with anyone blood, friend, foe, it doesn't matter to you as it does for me as you let your bloodlust run wild, while I control mine and aim it right at the heart of my enemies."
Luciano was surprised by this as Ava went on saying, "As this not only bring death but install fear into others as well to help spread the word of the Tenno of not to mess with but there are those who are stupid enough to do so anyways but with you." Luciano paid close attention to her when she pointed at him as she went on saying, "You don't hold fear in your heart, nothing but savageness, at this point your more like Luciano the mindless beast."
Luciano was pissed at that, he earned his title of the Vampire of Britannia to be feared by his enemies but this one just called him, mindless beast, he won't stand for that as he said, "You bitch, I will kill you for that name!"
He came at her faster and more savage as he went out her as much as he could, but Ava can read his movement like nothing as she avoided his attacks and leap behind him as she said, "Is that all you got?"
"No, but I am going to enjoy watching fall into despair, as there no way any of your friend will be coming out of this battle alive as 2 other knights of the round are here as well," Luciano which surprise Ava to hear this of there was more than one knight here, but then again she's been hearing report of a couple well train Knightmare pilots that was going toe to toe with her teammates, no doubt they are the knights of the round as she soon said, "Well then I better hurry and end this fight now so I may join up with my friends then."
"You're not going anywhere!" Luciano said as he charged at Garuda prime Warframe once again as she leaped out of the way to avoid his attacks as Luciano went on saying, "I can have you running away like a little coward! As once I beat you down, I will cut off your arm and cut off your legs, then I will make you watch as I kill every last one of the Tenno before sending you to hell!"
"I've already been there!" Ava responded blocking Luciano's attack with her claws. "Got a T-Shirt that says, 'I survived Hell and got this T-Shirt to make me leave,' afterwards." Ava went on before she pushed Luciano away from her. She wasn't worried simply because Ballas tried to do that with Ven... and the guy was so stubborn her managed to crawl out of Hell none the worse for wear. Anyway, once Ava had pushed Luciano back, she then activated her Garuda Primes, Seeker Talons allowing her claws to fly about and stab into Luciano's Knightmare. Luciano was mid attack when Ava sent her attack out that hit his Knightmare's joints. The frame fell as Ava jumped upward and started clawing into the Knightmare.
Ava was laughing the whole time as she continued to claw her way into Luciano's Knightmare from the front as his Knightmare was unable to move for a bit. Just then the arm came at her only for Laura to claw it off before using the same arm to stab into the Knightmare. Tearing the arm out she saw Luciano starting at her and in turn the Knight was dragged out of his Knightmare. "Any last words, Lucy?" Ava teased as her Warframes entire body was now covered in blood.
"I am so hard right now that it hurts." Luciano said and thus Ava growled and threw Luciano off the edge. He cried out in shock as he fell only to yelp as Ava had attached a rope to the Knight and thus left him hanging off the edge. "Wait Carmilla come back! Don't leave me blue balled like this!" Luciano cried out as he wanted his beloved Carmilla. "Come back blood-soaked temptress of my heart!" Luciano cried out as Ava was creeped out now.
"I don't know if I should be flattered, aroused, or scared that sociopaths are attracted to me." Ava said as she took her leave of the area only to hear Luciano roar in psychotic rage. "Ok I got my answer and gross." Ava said as she then left to get to the main battle once more.
(Scene Break on the Avalon)
Inside the airship Avalon, Schneizel started to feel impatient at the progress of his troops. He received reports that the North Side of the Tenno's base was harder than they anticipated and there was no guarantee that they will capture that strut for today. They are very resourceful, and they have a solid concept of teamwork. But what was concerning was the abilities they had been reported to display in the battle which both impressed and unnerved him. After all, how does one respond to reports of the undead, and these Tenno literally commanding the elements of Fire, Ice, and Wind to fight for them. Schneizel rubbed his head with stress as he had never felt so stressed in a battle where he is getting huge casualties from his side while the enemy side just had 10% of casualties.
He barely managed to push them to their command center struts, but there was no way to penetrate them, as they have barricaded the bridges and are defending the narrow paths with Knightmares and those odd skull-faced mechs. But just then he realized that it was starting to feel fishy something was not right about this. Some of these combat reports from the Areas showed the Tenno dominating the fight but here it appeared they were struggling somewhat. More so it was almost as if the Tenno were holding back for a big attack. More so the South and The East soldiers had simply withdrawn to the bridge that connects the command center without any fight but of course the Knights fighting there had been reported to have lost. This was a major blow to their morale as the Tenno had bested three Knights of the Round Table.
Schneizel started to grit his teeth in frustration as he began to wonder just what the hell is happening in that base? "My lord." Kanon spoke with a tone of concern as he saw the prince was getting irritated. This in itself was something very unusual from him since he is always calm and calculating.
Slowly Schneizel was getting a little bit pissed and he was slowly succumbing to his ego. For the first time in his life, he has never been this irritated and the Tenno were the cause of it. He thought that this invasion would be over in no less than 4 hours, but now it has passed almost 6 hours since it began and there has not been any satisfactory progress. Even though he managed to "push back" the enemy force, he was losing troops, vehicles, and aircrafts every second it passes.
'Damn it, I guess I have no choice.' Schneizel thought after he decided on his next course of action. "Have the Avalon move forward to the enemy base!" Schneizel commanded which had shocked everyone present. It would seem that Schneizel had enough of it and decided to make an approach.
"Yes, your highness." His officers complied without any hesitation as they knew that no matter what decision Schneizel takes, he always ends up victorious.
(With the Tenno)
Django after reloading the guns was on the main strut with Dion firing at their foes. Dion was currently using his right arm in its canon form and was firing the weapon off acting as an artillery unit. The fact the cannon takes anything and everything and turns it into explosive ammunition was serving them well.
"Damn this this is fucking epic!" Sayak called out firing his weapons off without problem while laughing about it.
"By the Void Lotus what did we give him?!" Ava asked as she hid behind some cover seeing just how much fun Sayak was having with his new toy. "What in the name of the Void was I Thinking?" Ava asked grabbing her head in shock over what she gave Sayak who she worried might level a city with that thing.
"Lotus the stage is set, how much longer before Ven arrives?" Eureka asked as she contacted the Tenno Mission control.
"Just hold out for a little longer he will be here!" Lotus responded putting faith in Ven to cover them.
Just then all the Tenno and Operatives saw something large appear in their scope. Looking to it they saw that the Avalon had moved in and was now in the sky closest to the base. "We might not have that time because the prince has joined the front lines!" Ava called out knowing full well they had to win this now because enemy troops will now have a moral boost from this.
"In coming!" Sayak called out and thus from the Avalon a squad of Knightmares came down and moved into the battle. Seeing this Eureka and Sayak moved in with Django and Dion respectively to fight off the invaders. "Ven hurry." Ava growled knowing full well they needed all they help they can get to ensure this act of theirs went off without a hitch.
(Back on the Avalon)
When Schneizel saw first-hand what was going on he had no words on how to describe it. He saw that some of the reports were inf act truth as he could see Britannian Soldiers firing at their own before eventually dying on the spot. But when he saw their own rise up from the dead with the black reaper of a Warframe walking by he knew that this battle was not one in their favor. He was sweating and clenching his teeth in frustration and anger and partially in fear as was being beaten by things beyond human comprehension.
Thankfully now that they came to the front lines it would seem their troops noted this and were fighting twice as hard now. But still this was not in their favor at the moment. Still, he did not expect these Tenno to control the forces of nature itself which put him at a disadvantage since he felt it was only the surface of what they can do. Schneizel was steady and thinking over all of the weapons available in the Avalon. All he got were the gunners, the onboard weapon systems, and another squad of Knightmares. The main weapon of the Avalon, which is a giant cannon can't be used since it's a straightforward cannon and needed a moment to charge. Plus, with the Tenno flying around on their jetpacks they might try to disable it before they can fire.
But just then from behind the Avalon, a large explosion erupted, shaking the whole ship. The crew was caught off guard by the blast as it had knocked out over 50% of their shields. "What was that?!" Schneizal asked shocked over what just happened.
"Your highness! Something attacked us!" One of the pilots reported after regaining himself.
"But how?! Why didn't the radars detect?" Schneizel asked with anger as he did not enjoy that surprise attack.
"W-we don't know your highness." Another pilot said with fear at the outburst worried for the prince.
"More annoying Tenno flies to pester us." Schneizel muttered while the pilots were analyzing their radars
They were able to detect a large force arriving from south and needless to say they were nervous over what they saw. "S-sir, it's not the Tenno." The pilot said with a nervous tone over what he reported.
"What?" Kanon asked with both a shocked and confused tone.
"It's a large group of unknown battleships!" Another pilot reported with shock clear in his voice.
Everyone was shocked that a new force attacked them from behind.
"We have the images!" One of them said and thus Schneizel focused on the one.
"Show it!" Schneizel ordered before on the screen, a large window appeared, showing ten battle cruisers and twenty armed ships with a flying vessel of some sort leading them. "What?!" He asked and in turn something popped up.
"Communications on an open frequency!" A soldier reported and thus they put it on speaker.
"Sorry for being late but had to get some friends." Umbra was heard and thus Schneizel was shocked over what he just heard. In fact, everyone in the battle both on and off the field paled in recognition of the voice because they knew who it belonged to, the poster boy and ace of the Tenno himself, Umbra.
(Meanwhile with Ven in the Railjack)
Ven meanwhile was in his modified Railjack manning the controls for it. As he moved in for combat, he could hear his team on the comms happy he made it. "Finally, the star arrives!" Sayak called out as this went just as Lotus's script anticipated.
"What took you so long asshole!" Ava was heard as Ven rolled his eyes to this.
"Sorry I'm late but I'm here now." Ven said as he knew it was time. "Cy will the launch system work?" Ven asked as Cy had a response.
"Still running numbers." Cy spoke but Ven begged to differ.
"Then stop because it's now or never." Ven said and thus let Cy take command of the vessel. Once he got to the lift it opened up below his feet and in turn carried him downward. Once he was in the second part of the Railjack which had taken a spot that did not obscure the artillery or missiles yet still allowed for the use of its new attachment.
Ven's Warframe moved the cockpit of Noir before using Transference to take command of Umbra. Ready for launch Ven knew it was now or never.
"Knightmare slingshot loaded Knightmare in the barrel." Cy reported ready for what came next.
"Ordis you ready for this?" Ven asked hoping Ordis would be ready for what came next.
"Of course, Operator truly I have a most wonderful Operator to make my dream to fight by your side a reality all over again." Ordis said as he was excited about such a thing. "I HAVE NOT FELT THIS EXCITED SINCE WE FACED THAT CEPHALON MURDERING PIECE OF SENTIENT FILTH HUNHOW TO SAVE SUDA!" Ordis said as his voice glitched for his more savage side.
"Alright then ready to launch!" Ven said and thus it was time.
(Battle)
In the Archwing Slingshot a new piece of equipment was loaded into it. It was around the same size as the Necramech if not a tad bit smaller and slimmer. IT hovered there for a moment looking similar to a jet mixed with armor. "Slingshot loaded Ordis in the barrel." Cy said as Ordis might in fact be inside the new equipment. "Ordis if this does not work, I want you to know I will look after your Operator for you and enjoy the silence without you." Cy promised as he wanted to get one last quip against Ordis in just in case this was the end.
"Ready for deployment!" Ordis called out and thus the moment came.
"Launching." Cy said and thus the deed was done.
First the Noire came flying out of the Knightmare Slingshot like a bullet or maybe even a comet. It flew in the air with nothing to stop or catch it knowing the energy involved with ware off soon. Back on the Railjack the Archwing Slingshot fired off the new equipment targeting the Knightmare frame as it flew through the sky.
"It's all on you Ordis!" Ven called out as Ordis flew straight towards the Noir.
(Avalon)
"What is going on?" The prince as the crew saw the Knightmare fly with some sort of jet following after it.
"Open fire!" An officer called out and thus they did as was ordered in the hopes of shooting the Noir out of the sky.
(Battle)
The Avalon fired its weapons at the Knightmare and jetpack but were unable to hit them. Reason for this being the fact that the Tenno's Railjack and the battleships Ven brought were providing support fire. Once the jetpack and Knightmare were aligned they synched up and in turn the combination began. Ordis increased the speed of the jetpack and flew directly towards Noir and thus began to attach. First the two cannons flipped backwards while the wings converted a bit for flight mode. Once that was done the Jetpack attached to the cockpit of Noir before a chest guard flipped over and secured on Noir.
The wings stretched out and gave off a glow before boosters activated rocketing the Knightmare forward. In turn Noir drew one of his swords and began slashing through his foes while using his Veras to shoot down the VTOL's. Once he got through them all he flew upward to the top of the Tenno Command Platform and for a moment struck a pose with weapons in hand, wings spread, and scarf blowing in the wind. The sun shined off the Knightmare's armor causing it to glisten as it now had a gold trim to it giving it more of a prime appearance.

"I don't believe it." Milly said as she saw the event on the TV.
"A flying Knightmare?!" Alice asked shocked over what she was seeing.
Lelouch of course saw otherwise as he long since suspected the Tenno were purposefully holding back and now, he could see why. 'They knew they were being live streamed, so they decided to make a spectacle of it.' Lelouch thought as he saw what was going on.
"Ven..." Nunally silently spoke as she could feel the atmosphere in the room a feeling of amazement.
"He's flying." Nemo said as she saw what was happening and needless to say she was most impressed by this.
Meanwhile Alice saw this and gritted her teeth a bit as she saw this. She realized this was not going to be good for Britannian who only recently got the Float System to work for the Avalon and according to reports only have one Knightmare equipped with such a system. But now only had the Tenno caught up to them they even perfected it to make it into a deployable booster pack for the Knightmare. Suzaku on the other hand was not happy about this as he saw the Britannian forces were about to be pushed back hard. The VTOLs would not be able to keep up with a flying Knightmare, so their only hope was to clip those wings. But since this is the Lancelot Noir chances of them hitting it with what they had were let then 5% of success.
(With the Black Knights)
"No way!" Tamaki cried out as he saw this.
"They perfected their flying tech!" Ohgi called out as he saw what was going on.
"Looks like the tables have turned." Kallen added as she could not believe what she was seeing but she was happy about it. "Just think what the Gurren Mk. II could do with that." Kallen added as she imagined her Gurren would be able to do if it could fly as well.
(With Lloyd)
In the lab they used to develop the Lancelot Lloyd and Cecile saw the stream with Lloyd grinning like an idiot. "I can't believe it he's flying my eldest is flying!" Lloyd cried out in joy as he and Cecile saw the Noir flying in the sky.
"You're happy about this?!" Cecile asked as she liked that the Lancelot could fly but not the situation of who pulled it off.
"Yes and no, it's conflicting." Lloyd admitted as he looked to Cecile. "On one hand my Noir is flying but on the other hand the Tenno are the ones to pull it off." Lloyd said as he saw the Black Knightmare flying on screen. Cecile could only sigh in frustration as she knew Lloyd could be a tad bit eccentric when it comes to any variant of the Lancelot.
(Back to the Battle)
Once he was ready Ven flew off again into the battle targeting the Avalon. He fired a few shots from the Veras before following it up with a volley of missiles from his new Float Pack. His shots managed to hit several VTOLs which helped Ven immensely in clearing the skies. Once that was done, he moved in on the Avalon and flew around the vessel searching for a target to hit.
"Tenno Defensive Guns located and marked." Cy reported as Ven saw the target icons on his hub.
"Right!" Ven said and in turn proceeded to open fire on those gun ports on the vessel before they can fire on him. Each shot the Noir took brought the shields of the Avalon down bit-by-bit. Once that was done, he flew off again giving the Avalon and her crew time to breath as it were.
(Avalon)
"They took out our guns!" A crew member said with a tone of urgency.
"Shields down 35%!" Another called out as Schneizal sat there wide eyed in shock over the defeat Noir was giving them.
'This was their plan the whole time, draw us in and turn our invasion into their stage.' Schneizal thought realizing he had just played right into the Tenno's hand. 'That was why the revealed their location they KNEW we'd come to invade.' He mentally reeled as he just made the Tenno look better.
(Battle)
Noir soon got to the platform and once the Knightmare's wings were retracted Ven began to hack and slash through the enemy troops destroying several Knightmares in the process. Just then from above more Knightmares came down and went after the Noir but were unable to pin him down. Ven was proving to be too powerful and skilled for them as he easily weaved through them. Just then the enemy Knightmares surrounded Noir and in turn used Slash Harkens to force it off its footing and thus pinned it between them.
(The Avalon)
"Now fire the canon!" Schniezal ordered knowing it was the last gun they had on the Avalon.
"Yes, your highness!" An officer responded and thus got to work on activating their biggest gun.
(Battle)
Ven saw that he was pinned though they did not have his partner pinned. He then saw that the Avalon was revealing one more gun which he knew that it was their heavy artillery weapon. "Ordis!" Ven began and thus Ordis knew what to do here.
"Of course, Operator!" Ordis responded and in turn detached from Noir and flew on his own against the enemy troops. Ordis flew about and opened fire on the Knightmares freeing Noir.
(Avalon)
"It can be used autonomously!?" A soldier gasped seeing what had just happened. Needless to say, upon seeing this it was clear that Britannia's own Float System was nowhere near as advanced as the one the Tenno were using. The prince gritted his teeth as he realized that they were running out of options to use for this battle.
"Fire now!" He ordered but it was too late.
(Battle)
Ordis flew at the Avalon's revealed big gun and thus opened fire on it. The result was it losing power and being unable to fire as Ordis was careful to target the correct systems in this event. Small explosions still went off but thankfully the Avalon was still flight able. Nearby Noir used the Land Spinners to charge to the edge of the platform with Ordis flying nearby.
Ordis then reattached the float pack to the Noir before the Knightmare took to the sky once more. Flying around the Avalon Ven fired the Veras off in a continued burst leaving a line of damage and destruction on the Avalon as he did so. Once he got to where the Float System was located Noir stopped its flight and faced it.
"Ordis time for the main event!" Ven ordered and in turn Ordis understood.
"At once Operator!" Ordis confirmed and in turn the two barrels on the Float Pack began to shift. They flipped over and rested on Noir's shoulders before extending into a pair of two cannons. The system took aim, targeted the Avalon's Float System, and began to charge up a powerful beam on it.
The Avalon was unable to stop the attack so it tried to escape but after the damages it had already been dealt that would not be viable. This Noir fired off his weapons firing off a powerful beam attack at the Avalon which resulted in the ship suffering severe damages to the point it could no longer stay in the air. The Britannian vessel lost power and in turn it began to fall to the sea which also cut off the global stream as well.
Once Noir did its thing the Tenno began to clean out their invaders who were in shock over what had happened. The Britannian soldiers couldn't believe what they are seeing even after bearing witness to it first-hand. All the struts were lost, the enemy overwhelmed them, and the Avalon was defeated, it was clear that they have already lost the battle and they have lost all the morale. All the Britannian soldiers screamed and tried to run away. It was useless since they were practically trapped inside the platforms as the Tenno had their guns and weapons pointed at the invaders.
Thus, the Britannian's dropped their rifles and raised their hands over their heads surrendering to the Tenno. It started with one soldier which quickly became five and soon became ten and it continued on in that manner until all the Britannians were seen surrendering to the Tenno. The Britannians dropped their weapons, exited their Knightmares, tanks or armored vehicles as part of their surrender and avoid the Tenno's wrath.
(Back on the Avalon)
Prince Schneizel could not believe what had happened even though he was on the receiving end of it. The Avalon was damaged and was currently floating on the sea. Schneizel and the staff members were able to recover the beating as he couldn't believe what had happened. The Tenno was beating him they drew him into their trap and made a spectacle of it.
"We are receiving a transmission, my lord!" An officer reported as it was clear that at least SOME of their systems were still operational.
The communication was on and thus the message was played revealing the Lotus on screen. "Schneizel El Britannia, I hereby declare that my Tenno have won this battle, we have endured your invasion and all your attacks against us." Lotus said as she almost sounded like a proud mother right now. "You dare challenge the Void and the Void faced it and consumed it." Lotus spoke as Schneizel growled to this humiliating defeat they had endured by the Tenno's hand. It took all of his self-control to not lash out here, but it was proving to be a difficult act for him to commit to.
(Scene Break Later)
The mess caused by the invasion was being cleaned up by all the staff members of the base even the Tenno were pitching a hand to help. The Britannian prisoners were held in a large group by the Tenno who were guarding them at all times. The exception to this were the staff members from the Avalon, who were still inside the aircraft, but they are being watched by the Tenno who boarded the Vessel via Archwings.
Meanwhile a small ship was used to transport to the downed Avalon and once it landed and dropped anchor the Tenno departed from it with the Lotus. Ven landed via Noir as Ava was also there making sure their prisoners did not try anything funny. There were several Hydroid and Yareli users in the area with a few Zephyrs as well to guard the prisoners. Among the prisoners was prince Schneizel El Britannia himself as he seemed to have reigned in his emotions after the defeat.
"So, we meet face to face Lotus." Schneizel greeted as he faced the mased form of the Lotus herself.
"Prince Schneizel, you had a lot of nerve to pull off this stunt of yours." Lotus said making it clear she was not happy with the royal prince.
"I don't blame you for being angry at me." The prince spoke in a neutral and calm tone. "After all, I was the one who proposed the invasion." He admitted opting not to hide anything from the prince.
"After what I said in Japan, you still dared to invade my base, my home." Lotus scolded as she was very clear at the time to do so at their own risk.
"Yes, it was not just by my choice." Schneizel replied as this opted Lotus to remain silent to allow the prince to speak what might be his last words. "You see, there are countless of nobles from every area we conquered, especially our homeland that wants you and your soldiers gone from the map." Schneizel said making it clear as to why he went ahead with the invasion. "They all see you as a threat. We made enemies with the European Union by invading them, and they were able to reclaim their lost lands by using their money to hire you and your soldiers." He spoke while the Tenno and Lotus listened. "None of the nobles likes this because the EU could also hire you to assassinate one of the nobles or a member of the royal family." He said bringing a concern that many nobles had over the Tenno's continued existence. "That leads us to another factor, the endangering of our citizens." He said to which Ava glared at him and was ready to fire.
"Just give me the word and I'll show this ass just how dangerous we can be." Ava said with a growl knowing provoking them would be what makes the Tenno a danger.
The Lotus then raised her hand to stop Ava and thus allow the prince to continue to speak. "But seeing as how this invasion resulted, I must admit that you have won, fair and square." Schniezel said as he looked to the Lotus. "We have challenged your Void and were not up to snuff as it were and thus, I will submit to anything you have planned." Schniezel said and in turn the Tenno knew that the prince was at their mercy.
Lotus was quiet for a moment as she went over what the prince had told them. While yes, he did speak truth about the continued existence of the Tenno, they had their reasons for doing this and that was to draw their true enemy out into the open. Just then the Lotus saw a man with glasses and after figuring out who he was she then had an idea.
"You, there." Lotus called as she pointed to the man with glasses.
Everyone looked at who Lotus was pointing and saw that it was Harry Nosam.
"Me?" Harry asked while pointing himself clearly shocked to be pointed out.
"You are reporter, are you not?" She asked making sure he was who he said he was.
"Yes, ma'am." Harry responded confirming wondering if the Lotus was going to make an example out of him or something.
"Is your broadcasting equipment still working?" Lotus asked as Harry was shocked for a moment. "I would like to make a broad." She said and in turn Harry turned his head to Schneizel, which he stared back and then nodded at Harry.
"Yes ma'am." Harry said and in turn went to grab the equipment which, the falling of the Avalon, interrupted the streaming.
(Later)
Meanwhile, the entire world was curious and nervous at what happened since the streaming was interrupted. Suddenly, the streaming was reestablished showing Lotus with Umbra and his squad. "Citizens of Britannia as you all may have known, the Britannian army had decided to invade the base of the Tenno." Lotus announced as she looked to the camera Harry and his crew were recording with. "I wish to announce that we have won." Lotus revealed and thus the entire world was left in shock over what was just said.
"The second prince of Britannia, Schneizel El Britannia, surrendered his forces and thus victory belongs to my Tenno." Lotus revealed as no doubt the entire world was reeling from this. "Now normally people would assume that we are criminals or terrorists for aiding organizations or groups that you consider to be criminals." The Lotus began as she gestured to her Tenno. "But I will not argue about it, time is what will define us who we are going to be, and I firmly believe that our actions speak louder than words." Lotus revealed and thus she went silent to allow the people a moment to process her words.
"It is as such that I will return all the prisoners we hold in our hands, as well as Schneizel and the staff members of the Avalon." Lotus said as she surprised the world with these words. After all they didn't expect the Lotus to be merciful to them in such a way. "I'm allowing them to return their homes, but know this, if anyone, be an organization, a group, a superpower or a country, dare to attack us again, attack our home, like the Britannian army just did then my Tenno shall not hesitate to search and destroy." Lotus said as she glared at the camera. "The Britannian forces dared to enter the Void and thus were spared by it but I nor my Tenno will show mercy to those we grant a second chance." Lotus said making her threat and warning clear. "If anyone does, we shall make sure they won't challenge us, ever again." Lotus said and thus the broadcast came to an end.
(Scene Break later that day)
4 hours have passed since the end of the invasion and right now the mess that was caused by the failed invasion was being cleaned up by the crew and several Tenno. Many Britannian weapons, equipment's, Knightmares, armored vehicles, tanks and aircrafts were salvaged to be used in either for combat or for experiments.
The Avalon was repaired by Ava and her Research and Development group for the Britannians to return to their homeland. It was repaired surprisingly in 1 hour using their own technology and Warframe abilities to expedite the repairs. Although they were feeling strange that they have to repair the enemy airship with questions making them wonder why they had to do it. Their curiosity was answered by the Lotus, who said that he is doing this as a proof that the Tenno were not warmongering savages and that all fights, they have done had only business. But this didn't stop him from allowing them to hack the Avalon system and steal every data and content for their own use.
Once the Avalon was repaired, the Britannian prisoners, the members of Knights of Rounds: Nonette, Luciano, and Monica, along with Schneizel and his staff members, boarded the airship and left. As they left, they were given the same warning that Lotus gave them before; never invade again or they will face the consequences.
At the moment the Lotus was meeting with the Tenno going over their loses and new acquisitions. A memorial would be held for those who lost their lives in the battle but first they needed to acknowledge a big piece of business that needed handling. "As you all know the Britannians had tried to invade our base today." The Lotus spoke as she looked to the gathered Tenno.
"Yeah, sooner than we anticipated." One of them announced knowing that this was way ahead of schedule.
"With this in mind we need to push up the schedule for Phase 2: Lua II Station." Lotus spoke as she looked to the Tenno with her. "We need to get it in the air soon and make sure the base is ready for another invasion." Lotus said and thus they were all in agreement on what was to be done about the base.
"I guess we're moving." Ven said as he looked to the group knowing they had to be ready to move out soon.
"I want Tenno squads out looking for viable locations for a landing and launch point send all your recon data to me and I'll make the final call." The Lotus said giving the Tenno their orders on how to organize the squads under them.
"Yes Lotus." The Tenno said bowing to her with their right arms over their chest plates respecting her orders.
